Excellent hospitality! Stayed two very cold nights and felt at home! Yurt had everything I needed and then some. Goat's were an extra plus! I never knew I needed one until now! If you're into a cold-weather adventure, this is the winter spot to stay!

I had a fantastic stay at Hannah’s place. The yurt is beautiful, clean, and super cozy with its wood burning stove. Hannah was welcoming and friendly. I would love to come back with friends in the future for another stay. 10/10 experience from arrival to departure. Thanks guys!

Great spot to explore some of Vermonts ski hills. Sharon and Mark were fantastic. The Yurk is an amazingly relaxing and comfortable space. Unique and worth the experience.

Excellent place just a few miles up from Montpelier. We stayed here after a day of skiing at Sugarbush and it was the perfect place to unwind. The decorations and ambience of the yurt were unmatched - beautiful and very very cozy. There was little cell service on the road up to the house, so plan ahead for directions - but the Wi-Fi inside was fast and reliable once we arrived. Overall a great place to stay!

This place is a little gem surrounded by beautiful gardens and natural foliage. It feels very secluded, but is close to everything one might want to do in Truro and Ptown. Will was very kind, communicative, and responsive - a GREAT host.

The yurt was once in a life time experience all must have. It was nice cozy and warm the entire time. The view from the mountains and surroundings was beautiful. We drove around quiet a few farms and found a lot of healthy products. The host was wonderful, she went above and beyond, very accommodating. Helped us with any questions we had, guided us step by step making sure my family was safe and enjoyed their stay. We will surely be back for more adventure.

This yurt was magical. Lots of space inside with a really high ceiling and nice string lighting. Bed was very comfy. Nice to have an incinerating toilet inside (a rarity in a yurt). There’s a grill outside which worked well, but no stovetop burner, so bring your own if you want to cook in a pan. Showering outside, under the stars is a cool and unique experience. The yurt is not insulated and it doesn’t retain heat very well, so you’ll probably have to move the space heater to wherever you’re sitting. Heated blankets for the bed were very nice. We spent a lot of time just looking up towards the ceiling at the beautiful rooflines and the cozy lighting. There are also electric/Tesla chargers less than 5 min away the 95 Kennebunk rest stop.

Great and spacious place, with many amenities. Offers an amazing view of the stars! Located a fairly quick drive from various towns. Throughly enjoyed our short but sweet stay!

We had such a wonderful stay at Yuris! The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. The host was proactive with all of their info and very helpful/responsive during our stay. Would love to return at a later date :)

The yurt was the absolute perfect getaway. It had everything we wanted and needed. The outdoor shower was beyond my expectations. I’ve stayed in places with outdoor showers that were very glitchy and not warm. This one was so functional and nice and warm against the cool autumn air. There were even cute trails behind the yurt. The wood stove was so magical as well and Craig & Karen were so kind and responsive. 5 stars all around - if you’re thinking of booking this place, DO IT!!!

We had an absolutely magical stay at April’s Airbnb! The place felt like something out of a storybook—cozy, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. The hot tub and amenities were fantastic, making our stay even more relaxing. April was an amazing host—super communicative and always available to answer any questions. Both she and Charlie went above and beyond, even helping us clear out the driveway when we needed to leave. Their helpful instructions and thoughtful touches (like fully stocked toiletries) made our stay seamless and stress-free. If you’re looking for a perfect getaway with wonderful hosts, look no further. We would love to come back again!

Loved staying here with my partner for our valentines long weekend. It was snowing very heavily but we chose the yurt specifically for a snowy weekend, so it was perfect. Inside got warm fairly quick, it was cozy and very cute. Very spacious. The wood stove is easy to figure out after a few trial and errors (be prepared with how to operate it before hand though), the causeway is right there with amazing views of the lake and good food. The driveway to the yurt filled with snow overnight and we had to wait for a plow truck to come by, which was no big deal at all. Loved it, and would 100% come back.

We only stayed one night but loved it—really allowed us to relax and enjoy nature. And the Yurt was very cozy and still warm enough in October. Would definitely go back!

We had a great and peaceful stay at the yurt! The property felt very private and it was beautifully surrounded by trees. We loved how cozy the yurt was and the skylight dome was amazing. We brought our pup too and he was very happy. Everything was clean and well kept. Amenities were accurately listed, so make sure to pack some essentials like plates, utensils, cooking supplies, etc. We cooked over the fire with grates provided. The portable charger is a nice touch and very appreciated! This is a great place to disconnect and relax within nature. We truly enjoyed our stay.

If you are looking for a cozy getaway to the woods that keeps you close to both cities and beautiful wild areas, this is it. The walk back to the yurt is private and beautiful -- between the fall foliage, the little mushrooms growing along the path, and all the chipmunks and squirrels there to greet you, it's something out of a storybook. The place is lit up well at night, with very cozy lighting inside as well! The woodstove was enough to keep me warm, even as a person now accustomed to Florida weather, and there were SO MANY blankets made available just in case. It was so lovely to lay in bed at night and watch the stars through the top of the yurt and listen to the acorns fall and roll down the sides - I've never slept more deeply at an Airbnb. The bathroom is outside, but the motion lights at night made it easy to go about my business. If you're a camper, it will feel like a luxurious little setup! I couldn't recommend it enough. Such a wonderful place to take a breather!

We are repeat visitors to Western Maine Yurts, although we had never stayed in this newer “village”. I liked the layout, proximity to the bathhouse yet still private & near the trails. We stayed in Kennebec. We were a last minute check in & Alex & Tricia were extremely attentive & accommodating! You really can’t go wrong with the experience they provide! We will be back!!

A quiet and cozy retreat into the hills and forest. The yurt had all the amenities we anticipated. The wood burning stove inside made winter feel non existent. The only issue i had was trying to leave after it snowed, but an all wheel drive vehicle will have no trouble at all. Thanks again, loved our stay!

We loved our stay at Birdsong! The yurt was so clean and cozy, and was the perfect place to unwind after a day snowshoeing or to just relax. Could not love our experience more. Thank you!

We had an incredible time! The yurt is absolutely gorgeous and so comfortable! We loved exploring the property with our dog as well as checking out some of the breweries/distilleries & restaurants in the area! Definitely on our list of places to stay again- highly recommend!

The yurt had a fire going before we arrived- which was great! We were not cold at all, actually quite warm. Our dog loved the amenities and the nearby trails to explore. Very close to the Stone Mountain Arts Center which is why we stayed here! Would recommend bringing your X-country skis in winter.
