One of the best Airbnbs I have stayed in. The place fit my friends' and my needs perfectly. Plenty of space and amenities, very clean, and responsive hosts, can't get much better than that.

This house is a gem! I came to stay a week in off season with my dog, Rollo. The location is breathtaking, right on the Long Island Sound. We had a great time exploring the beach, looking for all the biodiversity in the birds and sea creatures, watching the boats, and this place is relatively close to an airport so watching the planes land and take off was awsome as well. We came for privacy, and I expected the beach to be a little more private than it was due to my dog's reactivity. But the neighbors did not seem to have issues with us, and once you are close to the water, especially in low tide, the beach is pretty open for all the locals. Walking around, the locals all waved and said hello. Not too many restaurants close by, but the Lobster Shack down the road had good food! Would stay again! The deck alone was worth it!

A happy annual reunion weekend with friends. This was a great spot that was comfortable and clean and had all the conveniences we needed. We even got so lucky with the weather to be able to use the deck looking out onto the water. Good times.

So glad I came across this home! The space is great with a beautiful view. Joe was a wonderful host and always responsive and helpful. It was a peaceful getaway to begin the new year. Thanks for everything, looking forward to staying again!

Cozy, clean, beach gettaway. 2 Min walk to the beach. Fresh ocean air. Beautiful big back-deck and comfortable beds. Excellent, responsive hosts. Very good deal! Would stay here again.

Lisa’s home is incredible! Beautiful, clean, organized, and a great place to stay for families or group gatherings. Lisa is proactive with communication and shared great recommendations. Best part- watching the sun rise over the water from the patio! And great coffee shops and restaurants walking distance from the home.

The house was perfect ! It was exactly how it was described and shown in the pictures. The location is right on the beach and we got to enjoy the most amazing sunset! We took full advantage of the hot tub that is right on the deck overlooking the beach ! It was so nice to come back from being out all day and relax in it ! Matt and Celia are great hosts ! They responded so quickly to our questions about the area and suggestions for dinner etc . The location is perfect to visit Yale and downtown New Haven but also close to Branford and the other quaint towns on the water . We highly recommend staying here if you are in the area! 5 stars !

We just had most wonderful stay! The decks provided the most breathtaking views- from watching the boats, bird and duck watching, and catching glimpses of the fish jumping! It was the perfect spot for morning coffee, outdoor meals, and relaxation. Jim had a grill out on the deck to use. Our daughter enjoyed finding shells and small crabs on the beach area. We kayaked one morning right on site- beautiful! The big windows gave us plenty of view to the beautiful outdoors when we hit some rainy/colder times too. Everything was wonderful inside and out- we hope to stay again! The location itself is also great- plenty to do in the area- all within close enough driving distance. Our daughter loved Tree Trails. We also spent a day at one of the many ocean beaches to choose from nearby.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here and hope to return. It is perfect for our family of ten. Six adults and four children. There is something for everyone. There are outdoor activities and indoor activities. The children's books were upgraded this year and a big hit. The pool is delightful and Tyson was proactive in making sure the temperature was right. The house is clean. It has everything you need with no added clutter. Anne was generous in allowing us to stay a bit later when checking out and we appreciated it.

Beautiful, serene, clean and relaxing. What a wonderful stay at Jason’s Mystic home. The home was above and beyond. Location was excellent with lots to do in the area. Restaurants, shops and quaint Mystic village. Wonderful home for families with the immaculate pool. Very spacious. Would love to return in the future. Jason was kind, responsive and professional and great to work with.

We had a group of 8 adults and 7 kids (5 and under) and the space was great for a large group! There was plenty of room for the kids to run around downstairs and the large yard was fantastic. We were there in the winter so couldn’t take advantage of the pool but we did make a trip to the local beach (5 min drive) and use the fire pit. I definitely recommend Gregory’s place for both larger groups and families! We would love to return!

Absolutely beautiful home with every amenity and comfort. You can tell how much love and care went into this place- every piece of furniture and detail is the highest quality. It’s even more spacious and beautiful than it looks in the photos. It was perfect for our group with young kids and it was great they provided a pack and play so we didn’t have to pack one. The hosts were easy to communicate with and flexible. They even let us check out late on our final day. We opted to enjoy the beautiful yard and home longer rather than venture out because we were so comfortable. We cannot wait to come back in the summer as the pool and yard set up is incredible. Classic charming beach house, updated with all the amenities. great views of the water and unbeatable sunrises. 2nd floor deck was very enjoyable for morning coffee made at the coffee bar owner was very responsive when a smoke detector needed a battery as extras were on site and she responded very quickly to a message for help. Family room was the hub of our activity with a generous dining table and views from the open kitchen. Heat/AC kept us comfortable on the chilly mornings. House is on quiet street a few houses from the Restaurants start a few blocks away and a short drive.

We had a great stay at Rose and Tom’s place and can’t wait to go back. From the start, Rose’s communication was super timely and clear. Tom met us at check in to show us the property and answer any questions, and remained available the rest of the weekend in case we needed anything. The house is extremely comfortable, clean, spacious. All the bedrooms were comfortable with plenty of towels and linens. The house has plenty locations to work from home as well. The location is a perfect 5 minute walk to town. We didn’t get to go to the beach, but it was very close and the house also had beach chairs/ towels in case we needed them. The pool house was an extra great and comfortable space to watch sports on the big TV with our group. The yard is perfectly manicured and the pool was heated, making our September stay even better. It was truly a great stay and wish we could have stayed longer.

We were all very happy with the check-in/check-out. Instructions were clear and host left helpful information. Beds were quite comfortable. More than enough space for all. Laundry room was a plus. Easy to access town & beach. Lovely place - quiet - clean. Would definitely book again.

We had a wonderful stay! The house can accommodate large family gatherings - there were a lot of spaces for folks to spread out as well as gather. The kitchen is very well stocked. We would definitely rent again!

My stay at this home was awesome. The pictures were accurate and recent. Everything was spotless. The kitchen is very spacious with soft close cabinets and drawers. The living room furniture is very comfortable and seats several people. Everything was amazing and well organized. I visit CT several times throughout the year so I definitely will book this home again!

Cathy communicated great from the beginning. Reached out to us several times and asked if we needed help with anything. All of my party commented on how great a find this location was. Really appreciated everything.

This place was unassuming on the outside but the inside was very cool and classy! Beautiful furnishings and decorations. The beds were comfortable for our family. The location was steps from the beach and the weather was spring like in October so we took early morning walks every day! We had an issue with the heat the first day and lights the second day but Mike was incredibly responsive and got them fixed quickly. It was easy to get to New Haven by car each day and there was a parking spot right outside the house. Definitely recommend this place for a family staying in the area. Thank you Mike!

This cottage is our favorite getaway with our dogs. The dogs are welcome on the beach off season, which is a 10 minute walk. We found some nice hiking trails nearby and some nice local shops. The house is cozy and clean. Comfy bed, great kitchen.

We booked Chase's home SUPER last minute and Mary was incredibly accommodating in getting us right in. We couldn't have been happier with the home, location, or hosts. It was the perfect long weekend getaway for our 4 adults and two kids under 2. It seemed like almost a new home, everything in pristine condition and very tasteful decor. We like the lazy susan they had on the dining table so much we ordered one for our home! Just an awesome experience all around! Thanks Mary! Top tip: IF you want to walk out to Charles Island at low tide you actually need to arrive to the crossing point 30 minutes or BEFORE low tide. We trekked out there with the kids AT low tide and were instructed by the local life guards that it was already too late to cross as there wouldn't be enough time to get to the island and back. No biggie and it was still VERY cool to be out in the ocean on a narrow strip of sand. Also, we found Jimmy's Apizza to be great pizza when you inevitably order out.

Beautiful views of the beach. Close to Silver Sands Beach with a nice boardwalk to take a walk on. Home is comfy and well stocked. Owner was quick to respond to our questions. Great place to stay.
