Absolutely beautiful place to stay. Very comfortable- the most relaxing beds ever!! Can’t wait to go back!!

Stunning place! Looks like the photos but even bigger. The kitchen was great and had everything you could possibly need, also loved the big selection of tea. Movie room was cosy with a nice couch and surround sound and the beds were comfy. My partner and I really enjoyed our stay in this peaceful location just a short drive from the beach.

We had a wonderful stay at Jacqueline’s place. The hero of the stay is the backyard - perfect for dogs, ideal for Santa’s BBL Beach Cricket set and we loved the hot tub. Would absolutely recommend.

The house and location were amazing. So close to the beach and some beautiful restaurants. Thank you to Shaine and Kate for giving us the opportunity to spend time in their wonderful abode. Will definitely be doing this again in the future!

This was a beautiful home. Beautifully presented. Exceptional cleanliness and pristine house. Instructions were clear. Labelling on kitchen was so helpful. The decking and jacuzzi were absolutely beautiful and the jacuzzi was ready to be used which was awesome. The views from the deck are stunning. Amazing stay would definitely recommend for family’s with older children. Amazing place and made lots of amazing memories. Thank you for your hospitality as a host.

Tess was a great host. She was really easy to deal with and made checking in and out so easy for us. The house is beautiful, clean and has everything you need for your stay. It’s a short drive to the Main Street in Rye which made heading to the beach and having a great time over the weekend really easy. I would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at Peggy’s place. It had everything we needed to keep us entertained we didn’t need to leave the house. Would definitely recommend. Can’t wait to visit again.

Prefect get away home from city living, with an abundance of space for family activities. The layout of the house was really open where everyone could relax in your own space with out feeling to segregated

Great large size house with plenty of space to enjoy. This property was so easy to find, just off the main road. The spa was delightful, the colder weather ( Mid June ) was a bit chilly outside, but the water temp was perfect. A wonderful getaway home, with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The most beautiful place to stay! Surrounded by nature and so quiet and peaceful. The place itself was so comfortable and a really lovely design. Would definitely recommend and would love to come back!

The house is so open and spacious exactly what we needed for the family. The backyard is small, but there’s a wonderful park 5mins walk, and small shopping center 15mins walk away that I could pick up whatever we needed. Area is safe and quiet.

This is one of the best Airbnbs I have stayed. Everything is perfect, but my main highlights include: - spotlessly clean! The house even smelled amazing when we arrived. - thoughtful touches, like a bottle of wine and card for our arrival. - incredible kitchen, if you’re planning to cook while you’re there it has everything you need and more. The knives are great quality, the instant boiling water, the platters and bowls for entertaining, it’s all there. - the bathrooms are spacious and well designed. - the linen is great quality and the beds were incredibly comfortable. - the aircon worked beautifully, even on the really hot days/nights. - the pool was fantastic. Great size for teenagers and the spa was enjoyed by the adults most nights. - the laundry has quality washer and dryer, and a Dyson vacuum for a quick vacuum. - walking distance to great coffee at Koonya General store. - Katie was very responsive and helpful. We will absolutely come back and highly recommend!

Our family really enjoyed our stay Thankyou it was sooo lovely to catch up with our grandkids and we played guess who Harry Potter the kids enjoyed all the amenities especially the pool Thankyou , beds soo comfy best on our stay in 3 days in Melbourne , It was like we were at a resort such an amazing stay and there was nothing we needed except food of coarse , I recommend staying here AA++ Thankyou u again for an amazing stay 🙏😘

Biarritz is a beautiful, stylish villa in a peaceful garden setting and Sylvie is an excellent host, always so friendly, responsive and helpful. We were three generations staying for eleven nights after Xmas and the five bedrooms, spacious, bright, open plan living, kitchen, dining areas suited us perfectly. The new spa and sauna were a well used added bonus. Sylvie has ensured every room is so well equipped, with all we needed plus many extras and thoughtful touches that we have not seen in other houses, and all is of a high quality. Great stay, short drive to the beach. Spa and sauna were easy to use with clear instructions from Paul on how to use both. Complete privacy separate the main house to the back where the bungalow is Would definitely come back again :)

This place was nothing short of amazing. The photos did not do it justice, as soon as we opened the door we were impressed. The room was immaculate, the bed and linen was great quality and the room smelt amazing. We enjoyed a wine tasting where we were easily able to walk back to our room, there was also a picnic basket that we took out and enjoyed some wine while still being at the vineyard. I would stay here again and certainly would recommend it to anyone who is looking to enjoy a peaceful environment.

Hands down, the best experience on Airbnb. The pool is amazing that our 4 year old son didn’t want to leave. He in actual fact termed the place as “our new home”. Amazing communication by Peter, very proactive and friendly. The host actually allowed us to check in at 1pm instead of the scheduled 3pm and allowed us an hour later checkout. So we checked out at 11am instead of 10am. We shall definitely return soon for more days stay. Very much recommendable.
