Spacious sunny two-bedroom home with lively green plants around the house, I simply loved how natural and bright the house is. The flow and space is great; we worked, studied remotely, and enjoyed the steaming service in beds every night for a week. The house is very quiet, with a back yard access from the kitchen. We loved a plenty of coffee shops, hiking trails, parks for basketball, and dog playgrounds in the walking distance. It’s located in the heart of sunny Noe Valley, the premium spot in San Francisco. Hosts Steve and James are super friendly, I was glad to meet and chat with Steve. Special note: the W/D worked quietly and efficiently, big plus for our trip .

This home was incredibly refreshing upon arrival. It was spotless, with a beautiful backyard view and a comfortable bed. Everything was perfect. My husband, kids, and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We felt right at home and appreciated all the thoughtful touches. It was a wonderful experience for our family.

Our group of five stayed at Lan's Airbnb for three nights. Even though it was our first time here, we immediately felt comfortable because the house was very clean and well-maintained. The living room and bedrooms were cozy, and the bathroom was great too. The place had everything we needed, including a kitchen, laundry facilities, and parking, which made our stay super convenient. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe, with supermarkets and shops nearby, making grocery shopping easy. We mostly drove around, but with the BART station close by, getting to Berkeley or San Francisco would be a breeze. If you're looking for a budget-friendly, comfortable, and well-located place to stay, I’d definitely recommend this one!

Loved this unique spot! The dock and boat house was fun to hangout in even though the water was too cold to get into. We had a lovely weekend away here with our family! Had some trouble with the stove but were able to look up directions online and got it working.

Susan’s place was perfect for our family vacation. The location was great, in a wonderful part of the city and within walking distance to great restaurants. The house was a beautiful older Victorian house and was totally functional for our two toddlers. Although, if you have kids I would recommend bringing a baby gate for the stairs, as they are steep. All in all, the rooms were great and the house was very well stocked.

I had a pleasure staying here! It has the perfect amount of privacy and located in a great part of SF if you should ever decide to stay. The bathroom is uniquely gorgeous and the bidet was a nice surprise! I would stop by here again.

This is the third time that I stay in one of Alphe’s places. It has always been pleasant and comfortable. The places that I stayed in were clean and cozy. The kitchens were stocked with all the appliances needed to cook. It’s clear to see that Alphe takes pride and care in the places she rents so the travelers will have an enjoyable stay. She is easily available to answer any questions or listen to any comments. Her descriptions of the places are accurate. Our stay was fantastic! The place was quiet, spotless, and truly felt like home. It was conveniently close to many restaurants, making dining out a breeze. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the accessible tip sheet with QR codes provided helpful local insights and added instructions. The host was responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!
