This lake house was the perfect setting for my birthday weekend getaway. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views and the cozy, inviting atmosphere. The hot tub was a hit with all of us, providing a relaxing way to unwind and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. One of the most memorable experiences was stargazing through the telescopes during the rare pink moon. It added a touch of magic to our weekend and made for some incredible memories. The lake house was well-equipped with everything we needed, and the attention to detail in the decor and amenities was impressive. The host was fantastic, ensuring that our stay was smooth and enjoyable. This lake house is a gem, and I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a special and unforgettable getaway with friends or family.

We absolutely loved staying at the river house! The little red river is an absolute gem. We enjoyed collecting sticks for fires around the property, sitting on the dock, swinging on the porch swing, and hiking the many waterfalls that are close by! This house was perfect for our family of 5 and wish we could visit every weekend to unwind.

This house was such a hidden gem! It truly was beautiful, we hated leaving! It smelled so clean as soon as we opened the door. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the cookware and dishes we needed, and the smores were so thoughtful, the kids literally screamed when they saw it. We went into town and met some local artist, then the gangster museum really shows you just how special the town of hot springs is,the next day we spent all day hiking and the area with the waterfall was like a handmade playground by God himself, it was the best trip we’ve ever been on! My favorite part though was this air bnb, I loved the bird houses, my grandmother handmade all hers, and these really reminded me of her and the hard work and beauty that goes into them.

This place could not have been more perfect for a few days away during Spring Break. The state park was spectacular and never crowded, and the cabin was on 8 beautiful acres. It was clean, well appointed, and our kids had room to spread out. The screened in porch was our favorite place. We could sit in the cozy chairs on the porch and relax and watch the kids play. The property had an amazing fire pit, wood burning stove in the living room, a bridge the kids loved running across, and two beautiful creeks. We are already planning our next trip!

Beautiful and quiet neighborhood! Lovely home with everything we needed! We were driving through and only stayed 1 night, but we all felt recharged and would like to return!

We spent a week during a hiking trip so especially appreciated the centralized location between Little Rock & Hot Springs, the washer & dryer, and the back porch in the afternoons. It's a clean, beautifully furnished & decorated cottage in a private setting with comfortable bed & pillows, nicely stocked kitchen and lots of personal touches. Truly a home away from home! Karla is very responsive & accommodating. We would love to visit again, particularly in the fall.

Had a great stay here. Room was exactly as described, easy parking, and very quiet. Was a great value for the price and would definitely stay again.

The Lake view was spectacular and enjoying some drinks in the hot tub while overlooking it was beautiful. We were made to feel so at home while also given so much privacy.

Linda was absolutely amazing and showed great hospitality. Everything was as listed and very very clean. It was definitely worth every penny spent and it was the most comfortable place outside of my home and a safe place to stay. Exquisite home 5 stars for sure ⭐️

Prachtig nieuw ingericht appartement. Vriendelijke eigenaren, die je goede tips kunnen geven. Het ligt ongeveer 20 min rijden van Bathrow. Spa van Quapaw moet je ver van te voren boeken. Je kunt ook proberen bij de Spa van het Arlington hotel. Heerlijk bad en massages en je waant je in the roaring twenties.

ALL the extra little touches! From snacks and homemade bread waiting in the kitchen, yummy drinks in the fridge, to high-quality toiletries, Cathy specializes in making you feel like the most welcome and cherished of guests. We loved lounging in the relaxing living area while we played some board games and enjoyed nespressos. The Murphy bed was comfortable and the linens were clean and cozy. We can’t wait to go back and enjoy another stay with Cathy!

This was an absolutely perfect place for our family to stay for our visit to Petit Jean State Park. The house was stocked with more than we could have even asked for and was absolutely adorable. We loved being so close to everything but having our own private space.

We loved our stay. It was great to unplug for the weekend. Of note: -The place looks just like the pictures. -Felt very private even with another house nearby. -The view was wonderful to wake up to every morning. -The bedroom is a loft upstairs and the bathroom is downstairs a spiral staircase. Because of this I would not recommend this unit for anyone with mobility issues or needing frequent middle of the night bathroom visits. -There is no WiFi service and depending on your cell provider you may not have much of a signal to cast to the TV. That was ok for us because we wanted to unplug.

Beautiful place for a relaxing week with the family! Plenty of space for our group of 5 adults.😊Mary Ruth is a great host! The house has that log cabin charm and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. We will definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay in Conway at Cindy's. The location is beautiful and secluded. We felt right at home & welcomed by Cindy and her family. The cottage is the perfect size for a family of 3. It was peaceful and relaxing. Definitely recommend if you need a place to stay in Conway!

Wonderful place to stay. Beautiful cabin on the river. Nice yard and the cabin had everything we needed. Looks just like the pictures and super clean. We would recommend to family/friends if they were going through the area and we would stay there again. Host was great, communication was very quick and clear instructions.

We stayed at Mr. Bobby’s cabin for a girls night. We had a blast. Built a fire, grilled some steak and veggie kabobs… the lights strung around the outdoor kitchen and fire pit area made it feel cozy. The view from both the front and back porches were beautiful. Mr. Bobby had the sweetest little box of pre-made fire starters too. The cabin was super cool and packed with interesting decor. Would definitely like to comeback back, separately, with our families! Book it!
