Best caravan in the park. Really modern, clean, just beautiful. Highly recommend stay there.

Everything was perfect, I think google maps coordinates should be put into the description as well as It took us sometime to find the entrance place where you could access caravan. This was my first experience and I am very happy with whole experience.

I have been to many rentals and trips before, This place was by far the best of the lot. I'm not sure where to start from. The Large spacious house with loads of sitting rooms made everyone feel so comfortable. The Magnificent view literally from every window is something out of this world. The Massive garden was amazing. To top it all off was the private pool where the children and adults alike loved every minute. The House has loads of outdoor furniture, one could sense that the owners put their heart and soul into it. The house is at the end of a small road, so it has all the advantages, it's not in the middle of nowhere when things can feel a little eerie, but with the large front garden and massive backyard you feel all alone on this planet. The hosts were very responsive and assisted with all we needed. We didn't have to go out on trips, as we all wanted to stay in the house as long as possible. Leaving this house was extremely difficult as all we wanted was to stay much longer

An incredible cottage in an incredible Welsh landscape. Couldn’t be happier with this gem in the hills. A beautiful house, with all of the amenities we could need. A spacious living space with plenty of room for guests. Thank you to our hosts, I’m sure you’ll be seeing us again!

We booked Marks place last minute as we had booked a campsite in Barmouth, but the weather was horrendous and our tent was leaking before we had even managed to get it up. We raced to find accommodation, which was difficult during the start of the school holidays, but thankfully we found Marks place and although it was an hour and half away from Barmouth we didnt want to dissapoint the children. Mark was responsive to our urgent plee for help and let us stay. He visited the lodge and ensured it was pristine before our arrival and access was easy with a key box. Its a private section on the winkups site and was very clean with a lovely large deck around the lodge and a nice garden with ample seating. Inside the lodge was immaculate with high spec appliances and comfortable furnishings. Nothing like I had expected, this was 5* and huge. We used the onsite swimming pool and the children enjoyed the theme park, and arcade. The beach is a stones throw away. A great place to stay. Thankyou.

Our second stay here and we were not disappointed. Great house, great host and would recommend it to anyone who wishes to explore North Wales. It was interesting to learn all about the Mulberry Harbours too.

A perfect base for visiting family. Had exactly what we needed and loved the extra touches of milk in the fridge and hamper of goodies in the kitchen. A very clever set up. Communication with Eira was easy, helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay again.

We had a fantastic New Years stay in Degawny, beautiful views all day long even in the rain! Would love to visit again in the future.

Our best Airbnb ever! This property is perfect for a peaceful and relaxing stay to explore North Wales! The hosts were warm and friendly and always on hand to help and make sure we felt looked after. The property is well equipped and perfectly private. We stayed for a week over half term with our 12 YO boys. We loved the games room, hot tub, visiting Bill and Monte (the horses) armed with their favourite pepper mints, watching the incredible peacocks (watching us, they are very inquisitive). A great base for adrenaline fuelled fun at Zip World, hiking up Tryfan and visiting other local attractions. Thank you Peter and Jan for being such great hosts!

We had a lovely stay here at Erw Glas! 4 of us stayed to walk Snowdon and the route we walked was about 40 mins drive away. Conwy and Llandudno are really close - great location! House was homely and clean and hosts were lovely and very helpful! Felt very safe and lovely hot tub! Also the eggs and welshcakes etc were a really nice touch! Thanks so much - would definitely return! :)

We were 3 couples and the suave was perfect for us to explore the area and stay in a very clean and comfortable cottage! It has everything we could have needed and the views are stunning!

We had a wonderful time at colin's place and would be very happy to come back !!! kids enjoyed it. Beds were comfortable and we had all we need. kids enjoyed all the furry little sheep round the house :) couch area was nice and comfy and space for everyone to relax on it. colin was very friendly and flexible with checking in and out. very happy to recommend it to anyone wanting to enjoy a break.

The cottage was quaint and out of the way, I enjoyed the garden, views & peace. Helen and her husband were friendly and helpful. The little touches like the beautiful cut flowers on the table. Home made goods and little notes left, all made our stay special. Thank you

Absolutely beautiful property. The hot tub was a perfect touch. I would highly recommend, and we will definitely be staying again. I love the idea of the guest book. It was lovely to see how many other people felt the same as us. If you want a peaceful and relaxing weekend, I 100% recommend you stay here.

A very comfortable and clean house - we felt relaxed as soon as we entered. Good kitchen appliances, nice dining room and lounge, comfortable beds.

We had a great stay at Sarah’s house. There were 8 of us in total so made good use of the 2 flats. Brilliant location in the centre of town and walking distance of all the local attractions, shops and restaurants.

Pheasants Retreat, was exactly what we needed, quiet, peaceful, our experience was very nice, our hosts greeted us upon arrival, explained what to do etc , then just left us alone to enjoy our experience. We were very lucky with the weather for March lovely evenings spent in the hot tub with a few glasses of wine ,watching the stars and planes going over our heads . We used a couple of the eateries that were given in the book ,very nice 👍. Lovely touches with the Wine and my wife loved the chocolates. When we need to press the reset button we will return. Thankyou Dianna and Pete for being the perfect hosts .

Just home from an incredible few days at this property! Hattie was an excellent host. We got lost on the way in, she answered the phone instantly and she came out to meet us. She gave lots of helpful recommendations and was so pleasant to talk to. The location was perfect for a peaceful trip away from the hustle and bustle - it’s secluded with a lovely soundtrack of cows and birds. It would be a great base for a walking holiday with close proximity to Snowdonia. We couldn’t believe how big the space was when we got inside. The furniture has been thoughtfully selected with a mix of modern furnishings, art and beautiful antiques. It has so much character. It had everything we needed for a great stay. The bed was unbelievably comfortable and the house was always cosy and warm despite some miserable Welsh weather! Thank you so much for our stay. We would definitely recommend!

We had an incredible experience at Guto’s place! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at home. The space was beautifully decorated, spotless, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail was evident in every corner, and it truly exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect for our stay, close to Snowdon whilst being set in the most beautiful location. Guto went above and beyond, ensuring we had everything that we needed throughout our stay. We have just arrived home from a beautiful week in north wales, the property was beautiful and as described, comfortable beds, lovely large kitchen and lots of space, everything we needed was there. The garden is nice and secure especially for little dogs and only a 5 min walk to the sea front. If you don’t fancy eating out or cooking the just eat deliver just about anything so getting food is never an issue. Just one little issue which i found due to not having the best eye sight was the T.V In the lounge seemed quite small as the Lounge is so big and the main sofa was quite far back, but apart from that it was a great stay and would definitely come back again, thanks James and Kate.

Really lovely touch with a few welcome gifts. Exceptionally clean, outstanding. Comfortable and cosy with all you need. Comfy beds, comfy sofas and little extra to make you stay. If I was going to be super picky the floor boards were creaky ( out of the owners control) recommend a stay here, you’ll thoroughly enjoy yourselves.
