Our host responded in seconds with any questions we had! We removed our shoes at the door and our socked feet proved how clean this place is. Super well stocked bathroom and clean comfortable bed. Very quiet location yet less than 2 blocks from the L, restaurants, beach and just steps away from the bus and market. Some evidence of homelessness on Sheridan Rd. and in the park at the beach. We were only approached 1 time in 3 days. Street lighting was abundant especially the ally access. We wouldn’t hesitate to use this location for a return trip.

Albert and Monica were great hosts!! The Airbnb location is perfect for people visiting Chicago. It’s close to a lot of activities we did and the uber ride is affordable too. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

My family and I absolutely loved the apartment. It is clean, modern, spacious and comfortable. The gym is just across the hall from the apartment, which was super convenient for us. The lounge area next to the apartment is also a huge plus for getting some work done. You also get a nice view of the city from the unit and from the gym and lounge area. The building is conveniently located on the north end of River North, walking distance to restaurants, public transport & shops. Despite it's somewhat central location, the unit is quiet inside. Lastly, communication with the host was top notch. Check in & check out process were a breeze. I highly recommend this apartment.

This was just right for me- right next to Roosevelt (both of my daughters attend). Convenient and easy to get everywhere- CTA right outside!!! You definitely do hear the train- but your supposed to being “in the loop (city)”, so for us perfect! If you wanna hear birds and not trains…this may not be the place for you 😀 for us it was perfect 👌🏻

Seun’s place had everything we needed for a couple nights. It was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to use, even a blender! It is on the basement level of the condos but still had decent light come through and there was enough lights to lite his place during the night time. The parking garage attached to the condos was a great advantage of this place and was very convenient. The only thing I would recommend is going through the front entrance and going into the condo to retrieve the garage opener and gate key. Then getting back in the car and going to the back entrance where u can get in through the garage now that you have opener. The gates by garage are locked so you need a key to get through the gates and that’s inside the condo as well. Overall, it’s just what we needed for a couple nights! We loved this airbnb, it was so close to great hikes but, on the day it rained we stayed in and it was so cozy and fun to watch movies in a comfy place.

The place is great and Alex’s got as shown. They really went out their way to get us some space heaters during our stay cause we were too cold in the unit. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay. There were four of us adults and each of our bedrooms worked great for us. The house had everything we needed for our stay and lots of extra bonus items too. Our favorite bonus was Michael’s mom bringing us fresh muffins she had made that morning. They were so delicious and she is so kind and talented in many ways. But back to the house, it was as described, everything worked well and went smooth. We’d definitely stay here again if we plan another trip to Chicago

Highly recommend this Airbnb. The owner has truly made it a home away from home. She has everything you need in the kitchen, plentiful pillows, extra towels and blankets. The house is very private as it is at the end of a cul de sac in a quaint neighborhood. There is a walking trail and field directly behind the house where you see families and people with their dogs. Though very tranquil, the house is very close to stores and restaurants. It was very clean and rivaled most hotels in that regard. The beds were comfortable and the showers were perfect. Nice that it had two sitting areas and TVs in every room! The most amazing thing about her property is Stephanie herself. She takes great pride and was always readily available. I felt like I had a friend while away from home. She helped with whatever she could.

Lilly was prompt in her responses and very helpful. The place was well kept and clean. A quick Uber ride to downtown. Our group really enjoyed our stay!!

This house was exactly what we were looking for as an alternative to a hotel for a hockey showcase. In total we had 6 different families with 6 teenagers and a couple younger siblings. The house was big enough to where we didn’t feel cramped. The outside grill was very useful. The hot tub was nice for the parents to relax and enjoy after watching stressful games. Lots of activities for all ages included in the house to keep everyone entertained. Would not only recommend but we will definitely be returning again in the future if the opportunity presents itself.

This property is AMAZING. Beautiful, comfortable, well stocked, and HUGE. Near the Indiana dunes. Not to mention the hosts are so personable and accommodating! If you are thinking about booking a stay at this location, DO IT! You will not regret it. We had a mindfulness retreat at this property with 10 adults and were able to feed, sleep, and entertain everyone easily!

We loved it here! Easy walk to the beach and 10 mins from the nat park! Insanely perfect!

I booked the Holliday House for my birthday. I didn't want to go out of town and decided to book an Airbnb. Well the stay was absolutely amazing! It felt like I was at a house on the coast. The house has views of Lake Michigan which is a few steps away from the house. And the bathrooms OMG were like being at an upscale spa. Angie was very responsive and friendly! I look forward to staying there again! Thank you Angie! 🥰

Awesome 4 level home. All five of our travel group had a comfortable bed. The Master bedroom/bath AND outside seating area was beautiful, spacious and well decorated. We all enjoyed taking turns in the walk in shower with the spa jets and wished we had more time to enjoy the large tub with a TV mounted over it! The view of the water and outdoor seating options were wonderful for us to gather and talk. Would highly recommend and I would definitely return!

Great place to stay! The block is pretty quiet, but it’s located very close to the main avenue, which is full of stores and restaurants. There are also plenty of public transportation options nearby. The place is actually bigger than it looks in the pictures—very comfortable and fully equipped with everything you might need during your stay. At times, the thermostat wasn’t working, and it got quite cold, but as soon as I sent a message requesting an adjustment, they took care of it right away. This shows that they genuinely care about their guests. The thermostat does make some noise at night, but since we had been informed about it in advance, we were prepared. Overall: highly recommended!

Great studio apartment with very friendly neighbors in a great neighborhood with amazing restaurants. Walking distance to Andersonville, a neighborhood with antique book stores, oddity shops, enough to keep you busy all day. Perfect location. I will stay there again.

My best friend celebrated her birthday this weekend and we were looking for a relaxing place to getaway. Our condo was exactly what we needed! Joel was helpful and quick to respond to every question we had! The location was very private and we felt safe. There was absolutely no disruptions! Our favorite part of the weekend was after our adventures during the day we had a lovely environment to return to and the fireplace to sit by and unwind. Thank you for this amazing location......highly recommend!

Cannot speak highly enough of this space! It was HUGE! Beautiful and very convenient! The Red line and Green Line train stations are both within easy walking distance. From either we could get to anywhere we wanted to go with transfers. The Hosts were responsive and flexible with an early check in(with a fee) and understanding when we woke up late and checked out 20 minutes late. They had several recommendations for places to eat, see and things to do. Hope to be back!

This has to be the best AirBnB we have stayed at. The apartment was like home from home, super clean and exceeded our expectations. The location of the apartment is a short walk from the L, has everything you need within a 5 minute walk and is in a great neighbourhood. John, the host, is outstanding. Nothing is too much trouble and he gives some great recommendations of local restaurants/ activities. I would highly recommend this apartment if you are in Chicago - we are sure to be back!

First of all the pictures don’t do it justice. This condo is absolutely amazing. My fiancé and I loved staying here and will absolutely stay here again. It’s so clean and spacious. The kitchen and bedroom alone are enough to fall in love with. The bathroom is also very spacious. I absolutely love that fireplace. The open concept with the big island in the kitchen is very nice as well. There’s also a walk-in closet so you can put in all your stuff when you are unpacking your luggage. The host very nice to me and always responded to my messages. Highly recommend staying here.
