This beach house has everything for a very comfortable stay. It was very clean. Decent air conditioning, well equipped kitchen & BBQ, pool plenty of comfortable outdoor furniture and just steps from the beach. Comfortable beds & windows with insect screens creating a lovely breeze as an alternative to air conditioning. Susanne & Robbie were perfect hosts.

We had a very peaceful and relaxing stay. Rochelle and Winton went out of their way to make us feel welcome, and nothing was too much trouble. We appreciated the little treats they dropped off. Absolute beach front location was great for relaxing, swimming and snorkelling. There are at least 5 restaurants within walking distance.

Fantastic location and amazing condo right on the beach . I would stay here again no question This was one of the best condos I’ve stayed in for a number of reasons . The condo has everything that is needed for a very comfortable long term stay. It sits right on the beach with amazing views. Host was responsive and extremely helpful with tips to enjoy the island . Simon also helped out with local tips and great conversation. Excellent value for size of the place and its amenities . Car parking is available and there is a bus stop right next to the road .

Sonny führt das Hotel sehr professionell. Es war die sauberste Unterkunft auf der Insel (ich hatte drei). Danke dafür! WiFi ist vorhanden und funktioniert sehr gut auch auf den Strandliegen! Alle Fenster haben Fliegengitter. Die Terrassentür hat ein separates Fliegengitter, dass man sogar verschließen kann. D.h. nachts schläft man mit offener Tür, ist aber vor Insekten und anderen geschützt. Das war sehr gut. Es gibt viele kleine gut durchdachten Details, die den Aufenthalt angenehm machen: Steckdose am Bett, Hacken an der Eingangstür zum Lüften, Regenschirme, Steckdose im Bad für einen Fön, etc. Ich kann die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen! My sister and I had a wonderful stay at Adam and Sarah’s. The location Is excellent to access everything on the island. Clear waters for swimming, snorkeling and kayaking right from the property. A short walk along the beach, either way, and you get to great eating/drinking spots. The information and recommendations supplied were a great help too. Mosquitoes are an issue but bug spray was supplied so the hosts do what they can to help out. Highly recommend this location and we will be back. Thank you. Pip

Kia Orana Overall we had an amazing stay at Tiare Villa and would recommend it to a family of 4/ 5 at max for a luxurious vacation. I would recommend to double check your check in dates as we arrived a day early we were fortunate that no one had book that day. And we were able to stay a day earlier. Thank you to Sharon. The villa offered breathtaking panoramic views of the ocean. It was also convenient location just a short walk across the road to villis/ Kaps. Next door is New York City amazing coffee/ Ham and cheese Croissant. Go on Sundays they have sweets and savory. Very comfortable and clean 😌. I would definitely be back to stay again. Meitaki Maata

The apartment, amenities, and view of the beach were amazing, and the responsiveness of the hosts was always extremely quick. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was a welcomed touch. The host helped organise Ei’s for our arrival and the apartment was close by to some of the best restaurants and activities on the island. We will definitely stay here again.

Absolutely gorgeous location!! Our host Tania was easy to work with and very responsive. Our co-hosts Ruth and Mu, were very attentive and friendly. We rented a moped to travel the island for 10 days, but the restaurants and grocery store are easy to walk to.

Wow! What a fabulous Airbnb, definitely the best i have ever booked! The apartment is so well furnished, with everything you need for an amazing holiday in Rarotonga for 2. I could list everything (and it has everything - bikes, kayaks, SUP boards, snorkel/fins...), but the beach front location was absolute key for me, with gorgeous views of the lagoon which felt very private. The villa also has Starlink internet - while we spent our time outside enjoying the island, it was so nice to come back and be able to send some messages and photos/videos to friends and family 💕 I cannot rate this place highly enough - if it's in your budget.. don't hesitate to book!! You will not be disappointed!! We will be back for sure- thanks so much Beach Vibe!! ♥️
