We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful place. We saw some humpback whales every day while sitting at the gardentable. The house is at a beach, although it is stony and rough we were snorkeling almost every day and playing with the bodyboard. The kids loved the little crabs.

I rented the place last minute and it was great he picked me up from the airport and at the house they had a small motorbike for me to rent . So it was easy and nice that I could explore the island immediately. The house is basic but is the same as you see on the pictures . I got a very nice welkom and they are very friendly would go back next time 👍🏻

We had an amazing stay in this beautiful villa! The snorkeling right out the front was incredible, and the location couldn’t be better – just a short drive to Muri but tucked away in a peaceful spot. The villa was very well presented and thoughtfully set out, with a stunning deck view where we could relax and take in the ocean. We loved having access to the kayaks, and the kids especially enjoyed the outdoor shower after a day in the water. It was warm, but the air conditioning in the bedroom and the coastal breeze at night made it manageable. After spending over a week exploring the island and chatting with locals, we couldn’t agree more – this is the best spot on the island. The neighboring villa is so private we hardly noticed it. Highly recommend this beautiful getaway for a peaceful and relaxing Cook Islands experience!

Joseph and Odette were warm and hospitable. Their place was clean and they were reachable at any point if we needed anything. Gracious hosts, highly recommend.

Diane was a wonderful host! Her clear instructions made it easy to find the house, even after our late-night arrival. She was highly responsive from the start, patiently answering all my questions and offering many helpful recommendations. The views from both balconies were fantastic—we could see neighboring houses, planes landing and taking off, the ocean, ships coming and going, party buses at night, and even some local animals (goats, cows). I highly recommend renting a car, as the house is a bit of a distance from the main road. Be sure to check the white folder upon arrival—it contains important information, especially about rubbish disposal. We also scored an amazing deal on unlimited Wi-Fi for our stay, which was perfect for my family. Lastly, to avoid most of the neighborhood dogs, I suggest using the road to the left when entering and exiting the property. Would definitely recommend this stay!

What a briliant start to a long awaited Cook Island adventure (after a hectic departure - almost didnt make it thanks to airline mess up) Simon picked us up from the airport and then filled us in on the drive to the accommodation, stopping and pointing out places to eat, beach acccess points and heaps more. We d3cided to rent a car for one day as we were only on Raro for 3 and that was a great idea being able to take back roads, stop and start at whim and just feel we got a better sense of the place. We're off to Aitutaki now but will definitely be returning to Rarotonga in the future. Simon and Denise were great hosts...there if you needed with lots of help and hints but certainly left us alone if we were happy. Thanks for a brilliant first impression...they always stick. Our accomodation was was amazing! Phillip was a great communicator and his wife was lovely. The house was in a great location, private, large and beautiful. The house is surrounded by beautiful nature, fruit and flowers. the perfect place to relax and unwind, especially by the pool. Thank you so much for our stay, we loved it!

Mark was really helpful and always responded to requests. Great location and the property matched the description. The pool was great especially during the sunny days. Highly recommended if you’re visiting Rarotonga.

We had the most wonderful trip recently, and the key reason for this, was this house. The outdoor area was standout, and we spent so much time outside with our kids and anau. We heard the drums echoing around Ngatangiia - which was magical. Close to Muri, bakery, shops and night markets. One of the best trips we have had, and the house had everything we need. Tim’s place is ideal. Only 5 mins walk to the beach. Charlies cafe is not far. The pictures were a perfect description on the place, but i think it was better. I met his parent’s as well who were very friendly. The area in general is a nice part to stay. Quiet with excellent beach. I would recommend Tim’s place to any solo / couple traveller.

Joe and Odette have a charming place set in beautiful gardens with goats and friendly cats and of course hens and chickens and roosters entertaining us. The cottage is very comfortable in a lovely location with the bonus of a large deck to sit on and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Joe and Odette are the most charming, friendly, thoughtful and accommodating hosts. I would definitely stay again. It is like staying with family.

Ash's place was perfect for what we needed, the morning view every morning was stunning, everything about the property was amazing. Thanks again for allowing us to stay there.

Great place We had 7 adults and there was plenty of room Great access to Muri and all the cafe, restaurants and night markets Easy stroll to the beach over the small bridge and the Avocado tree that dropped a few each night for us to collect in the morning was a great bonus Great kitchen facilities and the BBQ was great Will definitely look to stay there on our next visit

A nice private place to stay close to Avarua. Also easy to catch a bus from there and get around the island. Jaewynn was friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay in Rarotonga at Addrienne's Air bnb. Firstly was greeted by Tama at the airport and we followed him back to the house. So was a smooth checkin. It was very peaceful, beautiful scenery over looking the airport and ocean. Rooms were very spacious, big kitchen, out door area was great and the pool.was a bonus with the hot and humid weather. Bambam and Evie were such beautiful dogs and were very placid and enjoyed the company. They would always greet you in the morning or when you return home. Overall we all had a fantastic stay and definetly would recommend it.

First I would like to thank the host for going above and beyond for making me feel welcome from the moment I landed and stepped foot in their door 🫰🏾also for allowing me some extended check out time to get my washing dry in time and to tidy up the flat before I left, honestly can't thank yous enough 🥰 Nick even offered a ride to town on his way to work the next day, and offered if I would like to celebrate with his family on Anzac day ❤️ very friendly host, always asking if I'm okay or need anything or any help, I found that very helpful as it was my first stay in the cook islands, my first solo adventure 😊🙏🏾 I would definitely recommend nicks whare to any of my family and friends who would be nervous to travel alone. 10 out of 10 definitely would recommend.
