James' place at Newcastle was perfect for our stay! Extremely well located, it was just a short walk to a number of beautiful beaches as well as nice restaurants and good pubs! Thank you, James for allowing us to stay at your unit and for how easy the whole process was.

Abby’s unit is easy to find & in such a good location with light rail & main rail just around the corner. We parked the car underneath the building & didn’t need to use it until we left. Abby is a generous host stocking the unit with lots of little surprises. Foodworks supermarket is downstairs for anything you may need & the river is close by for lovely relaxing walks. Take the light rail to the beach or cafes & pubs. We hope to return soon to take advantage of all of the above. Thanks Abby Cath & John

We loved our stay at Linda’s home. Amazing apartment with every item you could wish for. Fully stocked kitchen with every utensil you need. Linda left a hamper, flowers and even supplied a Christmas tree. The location in Newcastle couldn’t be better. We walked most places and Foodworks below has everything you need if cooking at home. Linda met us on arrival and showed us our parking space and then gave us a run through of the apartment. Not many hosts do this. Thoroughly recommend a stay here.

Great pet friendly unit in a pet friendly building. Arriving and departing are easy as, car park is on the same level as the unit. Easy grocery shopping downstairs as the Food Works has all the basics plus fresh veg and grog (it supplies all the yachties from the nearby marina). Across the street from one of the best foreshore footpaths in Australia. Easy walk to town or other nearby restaurants. Felt right at home and safe at night. Highly recommend.

Bec was extremely responsive and helpful. She was extremely flexible and accommodating. The apartment was spacious, extremely clean and had every amenity you would need. Can’t wait to stay again!

We had an amazing time at Kellie’s place. We had planned to visit Anna Bay and Nelson Bay which are under half an hour away but there was so much to do on the door step. We loved the boardwalk behind the home, saw our first koala, the dog beach is amazing as is the sunset over the water. Lemon tree passage 7 mins away had an amazing restaurant, bowling club, gin bar and wonderful waterfront playgrounds also the better of the boat ramps for our small boat. Kellie’s home was immaculate, we all slept so well on the comfy beds and hotel like sheets. We enjoyed the board games, Xbox, bbq, air con and coffee machine. It was all there. Highly recommend!! Would love to stay again.

Great location, excellent residence

This was the perfect location for our family reunion. Plenty of space, great facilities, activities galore and the kitchen well stocked with everything you need. Playground for the kids, clean pool, grassed areas for the little ones to play, and heaps of activities in the garage area for the adults to play with!! Throw in some very friendly alpacas and you have a great venue for everyone to enjoy. Thank you!!!!

The house was lovely in a peaceful location. We were a five minute walk away from the water and a 5 min drive to the local restaurants and cafes. Bruce was very responsive to help us out and we really enjoyed our stay!

The home was beautiful and perfect for 2 families with young teenage kids with lots to do for all. James was great and always very responsive for any questions

Fantastic place, as described. It was spacious for our 2 families to spread out in. Location is 2 mins to sunset beach, which is not so much a beach as a bay. Very shallow water, lots of shells, not y type of beach but other people in the party plus children enjoyed it very much. Since this was more of a bay, there were no waves, and the water was very calm and shallow. We were able to use. The host provided kayaks and standup paddle boards, which were enjoyed by everyone in the group, including the kids. Really great amenities, everything was thought of and provided. The place was clean. Location was great with a few minutes drive to restaurants. 20 minutes drive to Nelson Bay or Anna Bay by quiet otherwise, which we prefer. Kitchen was well equipped, and we ended up cooking a couple of nights. It’s still a bit expensive in my opinion at $600 a night per family, but this was a birthday holiday and we thoroughly enjoyed it.
