Trev’s place was beautiful- even more beautiful than the photos! We were so happy when we arrived. It was immaculate and had everything we could possibly need. Pool was great and so spacious for our family trip. Trev’s communication was terrific and greatly appreciated. This was great value for money and I highly recommend Trev’s place. Thanks Trev!

Amazing stay. Had kayaks in the house that we put to great use at the nearby beach. Overall, the house was clean and Louisa was very helpful!

The place was amazing, with lots of space, and plenty of room for a larger group. The hosts were super responsive to messages, and even brought us extra wine glasses on a Saturday evening when needed. Overall great base for a Hunter Valley trip, would definitely stay again!

We had a fantastic stay with everything we needed at the house. The house layout, yard, pool was fantastic. The house was so clean and had literally everything we needed. Great place to stay with family or if you want to be close to the golf course.

The location is perfect for a short getaway and very suitable for little kids. The house was very clean and has great amenities for kids. Renee is also very proactive with recommendations and the likes. We had a great stay!

We had a great time at Stephen's place! The pool provides great entertainment, the place was immaculate, versatile and convenient and Stephen was very responsive when we had questions. We loved the touch of music in the media room!

We absolutely loved our time at Sand Lakehouse! It is a beautiful place to unwind and watch the water; so much bird activity on and around the lake, it was just wonderful. The house itself is spacious and appointed thoughtfully, and there was nothing we lacked. The fire pit made for a fun night of toasting marshmallows and the local ducks provided much entertainment. The bliss of having a cup of tea on the jetty cannot be overstated! Stephen was a responsive and helpful host, and there's even an IGA within walking distance for anything you've forgotten. A great place to stay; we would highly recommend.

Morgan’s place was tidy and comfortable. The beds were definitely extra comfy, Morgan is lovely and super helpful.

Great location, right next to the water. House looked even better than photos, it was perfect for our large group of 10.

caves beach is absolutely beautiful and the Williams house is in a perfect location. Two beaches very close by and walkable and plenty other activities to do in the surrounding. The house is perfectly set up for families with kids and the views are stunning. We actually thought the pictures do not do the views and house justice.

My partner and I, and our 3 kids (between 5 and 8) had a great time! The house has a hot-water outdoor shower to get properly clean after a day at the beach. You can watch the beautiful sunrise across the ocean from the large living room windows. The kitchen has PLENTY of cooking utensils and crockery. TV has all the apps. The ping pong table downstairs was also worth it. It's useful to know that three of the 4 bedrooms are downstairs, and one queen bedroom is upstairs where the rest of the action is. The front balcony is nice and spacious, and the deck out to the back is HUGE! The location is extremely quiet, you can hear the waves on the beach. It takes about 3-5 minutes walk to get to the beach, it's very, very close.

Great place to stay over the weekend with family. There were some mosquitoes but the host were helpful in providing tips to get rid of them. Spacious kitchen area for you to cook your meals.

Beautiful cottage. Very homely, inviting and spotless. Loved the added extras, cheese board, breaky options, OJ etc. Apprecaited the 2 folders with places to eat with ample menus and the info folder that made everything really easy to understand with instructions for cooktop. Yard for dog was perfect. Great lawn, very well fenced and few trees all added to making it relaxing with added bonus of hearing the birds and especially the kookaburra. Genuinely lovely hosts. We had a great weekend at Monique’s. The place is beautiful, with activities to do and the beach very close to de house. Monique was very friendly and receptive to our requests.

The house was lovely in a peaceful location. We were a five minute walk away from the water and a 5 min drive to the local restaurants and cafes. Bruce was very responsive to help us out and we really enjoyed our stay!

Cottage is in a great location to The Junction (restaurants, cafes, shopping etc.) and beaches are close by. Darby St is a short walk if you want a larger range of restaurants, bars etc. Having the courtyard out the back was great for enjoying a coffee whilst planning the day. Parking can be a hassle if you expect directly out the front of the place, but there is plenty of street parking either in the street or around the corner.

Beautiful location by the water. The house was nice and big for our family holiday and lots for space for the kids. The baby cot and high chair was especially helpful for my sister's baby which we really appreciated. Rooms were lovely but the highlight was the balcony/deck where we had breakfast. We had an incredible stay at this charming heritage-style property. As a family of four, it served us perfectly, comfortable, spacious, and full of character. From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the immaculate presentation. Every detail was spot on, from the crisp linens to the gleaming floors—truly a class above the rest. What made the home especially memorable was the thoughtful curation of antique pieces that filled the space. Every room told a story. Our kids were fascinated by the unique décor, and we found ourselves admiring everything from vintage portraits to intricate wooden furniture. It felt like stepping into a living museum, but with all the modern comforts you could ask for. The hosts have done a phenomenal job blending old-world charm with warmth and functionality. It was more than just a place to stay, it was an experience. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a stay that’s not only beautiful but unforgettable.

Yolo was absolute paradise. Home was as photos, extremely clean, all rooms were decorated beautifully and sheets were soft. Bathrooms were stocked with everything you could need including extra toiletries and plenty of towels. Blown away by kitchen, cupboards full of appliances, plenty of pans and pantry was full of oils, tea, coffee, sauces, cooking spices, water, didnt need to bring anything but food. Backyard was amazing, pool, pool table, mini golf, basketball, outdoor checkers and firepit, no need to leave. Host left plenty of pool toys already inflated and lots of games for kids. Our host was really quick to respond and had plenty of recommendations of things to do. Very close to great surf beach. I love air bnb homes for holidays and this one is the best i've stayed in, will definitely return.

Del's house was very clean and well prepared. Del was extremely helpful with instructions and clarifying an issue we had. House was well lit outside, covered parking and great instructions to gain entry. Everything inside was as described. Very happy to recommend and would stay here again.
