Perfect place for a family visit. Spacious living room with an open floor plan to the kitchen. Perfect for pool parties and watching the game. A quiet neighborhood that is so peaceful. And bradley the host is super responsive!

We have stayed in many homes in the Phoenix area over the past 15 years and this one was the nicest. It was clean ,comfortable and homey. The kitchen was well outfitted and even had an airfryer and instant pot. Unfortunately, the weather cooled down and we weren't able to use the beautiful heated pool. The outside furniture was plentiful, attractive, and comfortable. There are an abundance of restaurants and places to go nearby. We look forward to another stay here.

We had a great time at Holly’s place. The location was perfect. We loved the amenities, especially the pool . Holly was very responsive to our messages. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Gorgeous house perfect for a bachelorette. Very clean and great communication apart from perhaps excessive automated messages haha. A short uber drive to Old Town and other popular destinations.

The house was fantastic! Right on the water and centrally located in the area we were staying in. The house was very roomy, clean, and comfortable. It had all of the essentials for an Airbnb and the patio on the water was fantastic!

Jess was a great host! Always responsive and worked with us on a later checkout. The house was a great size with plenty of room and amenities for 4 adults and a toddler staying for almost a week. We enjoyed the park daily and walking the neighborhood which was private/safe on-foot. The house had a high chair, pack-play, and flatware for kids and was generally super comfortable and safe for little ones. The location is great for getting to Old Town in a couple minutes. We loved the Carlsbad Tavern which was 2min drive away. Checkout for the house was super easy. Overall great Airbnb experience and host!

The place was beautiful and very clean. Will definitely stay here again if ever back in Phoenix.

This was the best stocked place we have stayed in. There were plenty of towels, blankets, pillows, appliances, utensils, and even bathroom essentials. Katlin was responsive and helpful. The kids loved the doughnuts and pool!

Ryan’s place was perfect for my family. We loved walking the neighborhood. It was a great location for us. We were able to get out and hike. Golf courses are very close. Nearby are restaurants and stores. It was very clean and we felt very comfortable there. It had everything we needed. Ryan was very responsive and very friendly when I contacted him. Highly recommend one of his properties.

The place was just as described and Cathy was super responsive to all of our needs. The house was very clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. We really enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub, which were also very clean. I would absolutely recommend the place to anyone visiting the Scottsdale area. My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay - thanks Cathy!

Amazing house! We stayed here for a conference and it was the perfect setting for a large group. The house is within walking distance to the convention center and many restaurants. We loved using the pool, hot tub, and all of the outdoor amenities.

All of us agreed that we had an enjoyable time at Calin’s Place. The home was well equipped. The only disappointment for most was the pool was not heated. It was like a cold plunge. The outdoor spa was enjoyed though and that was heated.

This was a wonderful place to stay. Everything about this place was great. Really enjoyed our time here. Myself and a few work buddies were in town for work and this place made our stay in the area even more enjoyable.

This house did not disappoint! When it comes to picking a place to stay, I tend to worry about what we will end up with! However, this house was exactly what we were looking for. One that was in a quiet, peaceful and beautiful neighborhood. There were well laid out instructions available and Kevin was very quick to answer any questions we came across. We will definitely be looking for this house again anytime we are back in the area!

Great place to stay in San Tan Valley - would use again!

There were 7 adults, two babies, a toddler and a little dog in our group and the size of this listing exceeded our expectations! We had plenty of room to visit all together and spacious rooms for sleeping. Kitchen had everything we needed plus good coffee and a great tea selection. Location was convenient to shopping and neighborhood was pretty quiet, especially considering how many cars were parked along the street. There was a little park in walking distance which our two year old granddaughter enjoyed! The pool is beautiful and even though it was too cold to swim, we loved sitting outside and enjoying the private and pretty back yard. We would love to come back and stay here if in the area again.

This house was perfect for the 3 of us that stayed. Had to make an impromptu trip to Casa Grande from Minnesota due to a death in our family and I was able to book this home on my way down and it just happened to be one street over from my grandparents house which was very convenient for us. Very nice and clean place. All 3 of us thought the beds were very comfortable. David was a great host! Definitely check this place out if you are planning a trip to Casa Grande!
