This was the perfect stay for it being my first time in Phoenix, it made it very easy due to the fact that it’s only 7 minutes from the airport. This location is in the middle of everything but still in a quiet peaceful location. The unit I stayed in was very clean homey and even had a lot of privacy. I also felt very safe and secure since the unit is located behind the main house and has a nice gate that is key entry access only. The home was fully equipped with everything I needed to cook clean and to make myself comfortable… The host is so sweet friendly always responds promptly and was very considerate for allowing me to do an early check in. I would definitely stay here again and plan to book once I’m in town again. Definitely a 5 star stay for a solo trip or a couple stay.

My co-worker and I stayed here for a week while performing at ASU Gammage. The apt was within walking distance to work in a peaceful neighborhood. Our only wish is that we could have stayed longer. The apt was clean, comfortable and spacious, and Troy was incredibly accommodating and kind.

For a group of four this place was perfect. Both the apartment and the area were clean and felt safe. Paula was a fantastic host who responded promptly with the few questions we did have. I would absolutely stay here again.

This was a great last stop/stay on our family Phoenix trip! It was a perfect last stop due to the in-suite laundry we were all so thankful for! The suite was very spacious for our family of 7 and the bed linens were clean and comfortable! For amenities, the gym was nice and the hot tub was nice and hot! My boyfriend loved this area of Tempe and that evening we had a great time riding on the sidewalks of this neighbourhood on motor scooters! Lots of awesome options for restaurants in this area! The hosts were really responsive and communicative which was awesome. Will be back!

Awesome place to stay! Very quiet location. She was very responsive when we needed help with something from the house. We’ve stayed in mostly all her location do to our line of work and everything on each one of them was great! Would stay here again! Well recommended!

Wonderful modern home with all that you need for a restful stay. Comfortable and located in a nice neighborhood. Michelle is responsive and communicates well.

Absolutely loved our stay here. The house is even better than the photos and so well stocked with makeup wipes, lotion, hair tools, etc. The hosts are very responsive and easy to work with. They answered my millions of questions quickly and allowed my friend to check in early. The house is only a quick drive (or Lyft) to old town which was super convenient. The only minor issue we had was troubleshooting the Alexa on the outdoor patio (she had a mind of her own) but that doesn’t take away from the perfect stay we had. I highly recommend staying here and would gladly book again if ever I’m in the area.

Really fantastic place to stay! Soooo much better than hotel! The home was lovely. Comfortable, clean, and spacious. We enjoyed spending downtime just relaxing and watching tv. Fantastic Hosts and home

Great place to stay in San Tan Valley - would use again!

Place was well stocked. Clean. Close to downtown Chandler with the great restaurants and night life. Close to San Tan Village Mall area with great restaurants also! Eric was extremely responsive and accommodating. F-150 did not fit in the garage, however, plenty of parking in the neighborhood. Eric was able to get a reserved parking space for our short stay to accommodate. Appreciate this!

This house was perfect for the 3 of us that stayed. Had to make an impromptu trip to Casa Grande from Minnesota due to a death in our family and I was able to book this home on my way down and it just happened to be one street over from my grandparents house which was very convenient for us. Very nice and clean place. All 3 of us thought the beds were very comfortable. David was a great host! Definitely check this place out if you are planning a trip to Casa Grande!

So I have to say that this was an absolutely easy to book easy to get to the place and it was easy to deal with the host. I noticed they had a couple of different locations as well and I look forward to seeing every one of them if they could give six stars, I would give them six stars

Clean, convenient location .

The condo was very clean and inviting with furnishings that meet our needs. Plenty of hangers and a large bedroom made it easy to unpack and settle in. We always had hot water. Nice laundry room on the 1st floor. You must download an app & add money to your account, it was easy. Lots of news & old movies available on the TV streaming service. Josely was very welcoming & quick to reply to my 1 question. I would stay with Josely again.

Had a great extended stay at this property in Chandler. Excellent location. All the amenities needed for a short or long term stay. Very good communication before and during the stay. Highly recommend.

Great stay at Nick's Exactly as nice as listed, as close to Old Town and Fashion Square as it gets. Walkable to Civic Center and all of the Old Town nightlife Quiet community, definitely older so it is peaceful and welcoming. 10 steps away from the public laundry room which is easy to use and location overall is as good as possible for downtown Scottsdale. Nice pool and even nicer gym
