We had a great few days at Moonshine Cottage. Loved the distillery tour, loved finding out about behind the scenes, thoroughly enjoyed the tasting and bought some gin! The cottage was very homely and great to be able to walk into town. The bikes from Ride Tumba were fab and enjoyed the Rail Trail to Rosewood. Would definitely come back if ever in Australia again!

Our family had an awesome time at Kerrie’s place. The views were amazing and the house had everything we needed. We also enjoyed the hot tub and everything the Jindabyne area has to offer.

If I could, I’d leave 10 stars instead of 5! This place is absolutely exceptional. The house is beautifully decorated, with every detail carefully thought out to ensure maximum comfort for guests. The highlight of my stay was the home-cooked meals offered by the host – delicious, fresh, and made with love, adding a truly unique touch to the experience. The host was incredibly warm and attentive, making sure I felt right at home. The house is located in a peaceful area on the stunning Australian countryside, offering a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of daily life. This is without a doubt one of the best places I’ve ever stayed!

Wow! Its the first thing I said as we entered the Foxlow homestead. From the color choice of interiors, to the careful selection of vintages that decorate the home, to the beautiful and timeless space and style of the home made me feel like ive entered into another era of charm, cosy homes, peace, tranquil and into a life where pausing, breathing and being still feels natural. Loved the outdoors and the beautiful greenery. Cannot wait to be hrre again to explore more and enjoy the river. My boyfriend and I, spent our 23th month together, in celebration here. It is special to us.

We had a family holiday in Adaminaby and we had a great time over the 8 days. We got to bring our dog which was great. The house was stocked and had everything ready for us. The garden is incredible, probably the best part of the place. A couple small issues we had were with opening the windows when it was hot (we didn’t find an aircon) because mozzies and flies just swarmed in as there are no fly nets. Also the door handles are rustic and a bit clunky so when someone goes to the toilet at night they may wake up others. Besides that, everything was brilliant, ideal for winter. Would definitely recommend!

My partner, dog and myself had a great time staying at Bimblegumbie. Beautiful little cottage amongst others but with plenty of privacy. Sculptures, installations and gardens galore. A small oasis for creatives enjoying something more unique than the average place out there. Very welcoming as were all the doggos with mine. She felt she’d found her pack and was super reluctant to get into the car when it was time to go.

We had a wonderful stay at Rias place, the house had everything we needed and was close to the heart of town, it had a lot of character. It was so nice that we decided to stay an extra night. We would certainly stay here again .

Super nice views of the lake, only 7-8 mins into the nearest town and close to Selwyn snowfields (which is why I chose to stay here). Careful driving in/out early/late at night, LOTS of animals on the roads (cool for my passengers!). Was provided a free loaf of super nice sourdough bread upon arrival (which I enjoyed!) The house was warm, and the host offered to restock the wood fire each day (it was winter) and it was lovely coming back to a super warm/toasty place. Beds were comfortable, although one of the 'rooms' is just a corner with a curtain so not super private but for a family it's fine. Host was super responsive and helpful. No wifi, which is described in the listing - but I had 0 Vodafone reception (Telstra was OK) so if this is important to you you should consider this. This did give my kids a chance to experience using a DVD player for the first time in their life! haha (great choice of movies). Would stay here again.

I say! What a delightful house of generous proportions, and gorgeous views. Advised to see a sunrise over the hills from the bedroom window, we left the blinds open as we are certainly NOT early risers and NOT while on holiday! Luckily I was woken at sunrise and was not disappointed: low cloud cover under the hill line and splendid warm light slashing over me. Thanks for that! So great to have the dogs allowed. And they loved the dam more than the boys!! Luckily we followed the hosts’ instructions as it’s out of the way (of google maps!) as they said, and that lent heavily to the privacy and serenity. The stocked kitchen was great, real coffee, and other bibs and bobs made it an easier getaway to enjoy. Thanks Kristy and fam. Appreciated and loved. From our two fams.

The stay was perfect for our needs with our dog. Tim’s 2 female dogs (desexed) were very friendly and patient with our younger male dog who loved their presence and company. Plenty of space to walk around and take dogs to a nearby dam for a look or swim. The area is quiet and secluded, yet close enough to Queanbeyan and King’s Highway. Saw some sugar gliders and had a lovely breakfast with fresh eggs and tomatoes from Tim’s garden.

Had an amazing couple of days. Brett was helpful, approachable and easy to talk to. Tumut is a beautiful town and everyone seems super friendly. An hours drive to the Selwyn snow resort along the amazingly beautiful Snowy Mountains highway. A little slice of paradise I would like to experience again and Brett helped with that experience. Very much recommend his cottages.

Maurice’ cottage was ideal for our family of four. It had sufficient space, well arranged furnishings, and a very clean and well-equipped kitchen for our hiking trip. Located between Jindabyne and Thredbo meant that a number of local walking trails could be accessed easily and even in January, the temperature inside the cottage remained perfectly cool which made for a great base for our hikes. Maurice was very responsive to messages, and provided helpful answers usually within the hour and all instructions for the accommodation was very clear which made the check-in and check-out process as smooth as possible.

Nelly’s cottage was a wonderful stay during our visit to Braidwood. The cottage has been lovingly refurbished without losing any of the charm of an old country cottage. Thoughtful touches, modern kitchen appliances, luxury linens and comfortable furniture have been appointed throughout the home making it such a cosy stay. Nelly was very responsive and helpful in the lead up to and throughout our stay, even kindly checking on us during a power outage due to a big thunderstorm!! Torches and candles were readily available for these type of occasions! We would happily stay again and again!!

Lovely, fresh and modern cabin with spectacular views. Tim was easy to communicate with, the place was spotless and provided everything we needed to cook a few easy meals and potter about in between time out on the lake. We had a great stay and would love to come back!

This was the perfect place for some R&R, to explore local towns, enjoy some great pub meals, walk in the bush, fish and see wild brumbies. The house has been beautifully renovated in Retro style, whilst also providing all the mod cons and being high quality. We loved the deep bath, record player, laying on the plush carpet to read the old magazines and play board games, the freshly picked flowers, pillows on the bed, freshly baked cake, bird life, quiet, privacy, animals and the step back in time for reminders of our childhoods. This was also the cleanest airbnb we've stayed in. It is spotless! Thank you for a lovely stay.

Great spot, nice and close to the main st of Jindabyne. Host is super easy to talk to, and the accommodation is exactly as described. I would highly recommend😊
