Paul and Nancy are wonderful and perfect host. The location is right in the middle of the city but away from the noise and traffic. It is perfectly located. Fred Meyer, restaurants and gas station is right out from their place. The house is complete with all that you need. Paul furnished it with all the appliances, kitchen gadgets, even kitchen spices and toiletries. A big plus is he provided huge freezers and coolers to use. To wake up in the morning to see the river is such a joy. The place is a perfect fishing haven. They have maintained a very clean and beautiful place. I thank them for sharing their piece of paradise.

We had a wonderful stay at the cabin! The views are unbeatable. The cabin itself is cozy and perfectly equipped with everything you’d need during your stay. Quiet location with close hiking.

Simon's place is such a gem and Simon is a wonderful host. We love staying there and walking right up to the ski lift!

Beautiful morning to wake up to facing the Resurrection Bay with the sun setting. If you love being close by the salty fresh air, than this is the place to spend a nice getaway. Very quiet, peaceful, clean and precise to the advertisement. Roomy bathroom and bed is as comfy as it was. Nice getaway!

My group enjoyed this location and place on our trip to Girdwood. The home is spacious, clean, and has all the amenities that you need for a weekend getaway. The main bedroom with the king bed is a spacious suite. The queen room is standard in a good way and the blackout shade was wonderful. The third room with the swing bed is a bit awkward for an adult, but we made due. The hot tub is a nice addition to the experience after skiing all day. Bring sandals to walk from the house to the tub. It seats three adults comfortably. Getting around town was a learning curve for us. If you drive everywhere it's easy enough, but if you prefer to walk or ride transit it can take some time. Overall, I highly recommend this house for a ski trip.

Beautiful and clean house with only 5mins drive to Airport. The host tried her best to accommodate our request.

Our family of 4 (2 teenage boys) stayed here for 2 nights. It’s a lovely home full of entertaining amenities. Very spacious with everything we needed and more. Our boys loved the loft area with its comfy seating and cozy reading nook. Lots of games, DVDs, etc. The hot tub and wood burning fire place were perfect after a long day of fishing. We’d definitely stay there again and highly recommend!

This place was great! It was quiet, private, in a convenient location. The hostess was proactive in informing me of situations around the property/unit. I would definitely stay here again!

Sharon was very hospitable and the cabin was exactly what my family needed for a week's get away for fishing. I would love to come back again for another adventure.

The cabin was lovely. No issues checking in or out. Host was proactive in communicating with us. Everything was clean and tidy. Everyone commented on how comfortable the beds were. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook for ourselves. I would definitely recommend this rental.

Gary & Teresa are awesome hosts! Very nice people who were very responsive and helpful to any requests. This place has everything you need to be comfortable. They care to stock the kitchen and home with the little things you'd need down to the chocolates jars they leave out! I would definitely rent this again! Thank you Gary & Teresa!

Lorraine's place was a paradise! Beautiful surroundings overlooking the Kenai. Dog welcomed and nice touches including homemade muffins, hard boiled eggs and yogurt. Great value for the $$. We definitely recommend and would stay again!

Cet AirBnB est une perle rare. Le meilleur sous-sol d’Alaska. Lumineux (je plaisante pas) et spacieux. Organisé et propre. Tout est fait pour qu’on s’y sente à la maison. Vered est une hôte formidable. Toujours à disposition. Elle nous a aidé à plusieurs reprises. Il est certain que si nous revenons à Anchorage nous reviendrons chez Vered. Il n’y a aucune raison d’aller ailleurs. Merci pour tout.

We enjoyed staying at this little cabin in the woods! It was perfect for a weekend trip for my fiancé and I! Very clean and spacious enough for the 2 of us! The bed was very comfortable! The furnace was easy to handle! We loved the tranquility and peace of the woods, it’s the perfect distance away from the other cabins. Also, a short distance from the little town of Seward where we found plenty of things to do! The only bit of trouble we had was upon arriving. We didn’t get into Seward until close to midnight and the area was pitch black. We really couldn’t see anything but the road and trees illuminated in the headlights, but we were going slow enough that were able to figure out where the little driveway was. After that, the rest of the trip was amazing!

Our family had a great stay at Ken's place! He was a very attentive host. With a son in the Air Force, this was our first Christmas together in several years and Ken provided us with a Christmas tree. The house has everything we needed; well stocked kitchen, two large bathrooms, and plenty of living space to spread out. The house feels nicely lived in with books, games, and toys appropriate for adults and children. We spent many nights playing board games at the large dining table. The location is a quiet neighborhood with great mountain views and close to everything; town, shopping, main roads. We even got a lucky view of the Northern Lights from the back porch! I would love to come back in the summer to relax on the deck, look at the mountains, cook on the grill, and watch for animals. Thanks for a wonderful stay Ken!

Good location if you are visiting Anchorage area attractions. Beds are confortable. Washer and dryer are a bonus. Place was clean. Internet has good speeds. Note that there are upstairs neighbors in this building. Not a deal breaker, but they decided to do laundry at 5:00AM on a Saturday morning.

Great location, nice & quiet. Tons of extras (kitchen appliances, towels, cleaning supplies)!! A great plus if you have kids/teenagers. Response time was immediate, especially after Anchorage’s record wind storm. We weren’t expecting a tv in all bedrooms but again a great plus. We really enjoyed our home away from home.

House was perfect for our family! Living room furniture as well as the beds were all super comfortable! The tv isn’t a smart tv but there are lots of dvds available or bring your own fire stick to stream. We walked from town twice twice with no issue. Would definitely stay again if we return to Seward!

We stayed with our family of 4 including a toddler and infant at Jia’s place over the holiday break and it was a great place! So many amenities for the kiddos (including toys), and having access to the garage was fantastic in the winter. Great location, quiet neighborhood but close to a lot of things. Would absolutely stay again next visit!
