Great place, cozy and comfortable. The central location was a plus as we went on many day trips. Friendly and responsive host. The jacuzzi in the winter was a huge bonus. Loved our stay!

We absolutely loved our stay. Scott was an excellent communicator, and instructions were extremely easy to understand. The house was very spacious and perfectly cozy. You can tell Scott put a lot of hard work into the home to make it as beautiful and comfortable as it is. We felt very fortunate to be able to enjoy the fruits of this home for a perfectly lovely holiday stay.

This is a comfortable and nice place to stay. The moose roaming the yard and open area behind the property made it a memory of a lifetime. Host was very responsive too.

Shawn’s place is a great spot to stay with your family. It’s centrally located in the lower hillside with great access to skiing as well as restaurants and shops. The two living spaces on each floor make it great for a large group. The kitchen has everything you will need to cook in if you choose to. It’s located at the end of a very quiet cul-de-sac so you have no traffic noise and great overall privacy.

Perfect place for our stay in Anchorage, we will be back. Marty is a great host and always makes us feel welcome!

The loft was clean, comfortable , and cozy. I enjoyed my stay. It was nice to have the washer and dryer in the bathroom and the other appliances were nice too. I felt very safe there thanks to the security system and gates. Wonderful stay. I intend to stay there again on my next visit to Anchorage ! Thanks !

Corey and Beth's apartment was one of the best airbnb stays we have had, and we have had many! The apartment was very comfortable for 4 adults. the kitchen was wonderful and provided us space to cook and enjoy meals as if we were at home. The apartment is very convenient to everything in Anchorage as well as accessing routes out of town. We all slept very well after adventuring each day, thanks to comfortable beds and warm linens. We all would and will recommend this space to friends and family.

We enjoyed our stay at Tim's unit for approximately one month. The unit is well equipped for extended stays, such as ours, with a good selection of cookware, great preparation and cooking space, room to set up a laptop, etc. We were impressed by how clean the unit was on our arrival. The location is nice, especially with easy access to Kincaid Park, and quiet. Like most parts of Anchorage, having a car will be very helpful here. Tim was very responsive and helped us with a special request that we had during our stay. We periodically come to Anchorage from a different part of the state to do some shopping and errands, and we thought that Tim's unit was one of the nicest AirBnBs that we have stayed at in Anchorage.

Would stay and recommend this place.

Second stay at Gary’s place. It’s a well stocked apartment with lots of the little things that add up to a great stay…good kitchen tools, essentials in the fridge/pantry, coffee, tea, comfy blankets, lamps to avoid overhead lighting. The neighborhood is so nice too great for walking yet very accessible to downtown restaurants/activities. Only thing is that I wish there was a queen bed in the bedroom instead of a double, but it’s a small bedroom and it works.

This was a perfect place to spend close to a week, very comfortable. Appreciated the spaciousness and the full kitchen. Centralized location made it easy to get to where we needed to go, with restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. Host was very responsive and accommodating.

Pros: Kitchen with pots, pans, dishes to cook there. Queen Murphy Bed with Bedding Rubber mats for wet stuff Location - Walking Path on Arlberg Ave that gives access to anywhere in Girdwood. 2 min from Ted’s Express lift. Bathroom - good shower and plenty of towels Private Super Responsive host Roku to stream content Cons: Pillows - flat. Shoulder sleepers like me might need to use 2 Couch pull out bed - needs a new mattress. Seems like it has seen some abuse. View from deck is mostly obstructed by condo buildings. Take the tram up for best views. No body wash, soap, or shampoo provided Strange clicking noises when the heat is on. Disrupted my sleep the first night or two. Building Access - funky doorknob where you have to insert the key and twist before it allows you to push the key hole in and unlock the deadbolt. Cons are minor. 11/10 would stay again or recommend to a friend. Thanks Diana!

Apartment was clean and comfortable. Appreciated new carpet and nice towels. Beds were very comfortable. Good communication with owner.

My family and I had such a great time on our snowboarding weekend adventure at Alyeska! It was our first time and I will definitely go back again. This place was so perfect!

Great location, spacious common area and covered deck. It felt new and modern. The gas fireplace is cozy.

The condo was just perfect for our time in Girdwood with the resort close-by. The gas stove (fireplace) made the place warm and cozy, and I appreciated the abundance of kitchen amenities. It was perfect for us (a couple).

Sky’s spot was the perfect “crash pad” for us while we explored Anchorage. It’s a quick drive to many amazing restaurants, coffee shops, and walking paths. The home is equipped with all the essentials and the washer and dryer was very convenient. The view from the patio is gorgeous! We will definitely recommend to friends and family!

Julie's condo is super clean, decorated very nicely, and super cozy. I will definitely plan to stay again in the future.
