This is a wonderful four bedroom house in Anchorage close to everything. Jae was extremely responsive and quick to follow up with any questions. I would definitely book this place again.

Great place to stay. Kids enjoyed the homemade cookies left for us upon arrival! yum! Kind hosts. Let us know right away when we departed that we had left some things behind. Good location in Anchorage. Easy access to lot of stores and restaurants. We'd recommend it!

Diane & Jonathon’s apartment was a great place for us to start our Alaskan trip in Anchorage. The location is perfect and has everything you need. Great views of the water and park! Would stay here again.

Very clean place. We loved the large and comfortable couch in the living room. The beds are comfortable and the place was very home-like.

Great central spot to call home while you explore the surrounding area. Super clean, extremely comfy bed, all the comforts of home. Jonathan even had a small basket of snacks and coffee, which was a life saver since I landed late and didnt get to the store. Super detailed instructions and easy to get find. Kitchen has everything you need including a coffee maker, coffee and basic cooking needs like salt/pepper & olive oil. I even got to meet Jonathan, who was super friendly and nice. I didnt use the patio area but it was very inviting and lite up nice with yard lights at night. I would recommend this place if you need a homebase in Anchorage!

Gala's place is spacious and looks like the photos and is very clean. The only thing to note is that the main bathroom is located in the bedroom with the two beds which is not very convenient when traveling with people who you are not related to. The stairs were not a big issue.

Joey was an excellent host as he proactively provided all the necessary information and was always fast to respond. Definitely recommended. 5 stars

Wonderful place just a few minutes outside Soldotna city center. Very reasonable price, very clean and please don’t hesitate to stay here next time you are in town.

Me and my family stayed at Cassandra’s listing for a month while waiting to have our 2nd baby. It was wonderful! Very responsive host and place was as pictures. Thank you for having us!

Shawn’s place is a great spot to stay with your family. It’s centrally located in the lower hillside with great access to skiing as well as restaurants and shops. The two living spaces on each floor make it great for a large group. The kitchen has everything you will need to cook in if you choose to. It’s located at the end of a very quiet cul-de-sac so you have no traffic noise and great overall privacy.

This home is beautiful and is literally right on both a creek and walking trail. The fireplace gas logs are enough to heat the home and create wonderful ambiance. Coffee, both paper plates and real plates are provided along with several little snacks. This is an exceptionally nice couple. The husband whom I met is beyond accommodating. It would be impossible to have better host. My wife and I would like to stay there again. You can’t go wrong staying here.

This was one of our best airbnb experiences ever. Joy was a fantastic host. She really went above and beyond with the local tips and (multiple!) welcome baskets, and accommodating our schedule. Her place is super spacious and comfortable, we appreciated and enjoyed the wide selection of board games and the proximity to Kincaid Park. We can't wait to come back! 10/10 host, thank you!!

Can’t recommend Karim’s home enough! It worked perfectly for us to house our students while they were taking classes in town. Lots of space, quiet neighborhood!

Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. If you have a car, easy to drive 1 mile to Alyeska. If you want to walk, some of the best restaurants in the area next door and Chair 5 for late night two blocks over. The building is quiet most of the time, elevator is very convenient, parking is easy. We had friends stay for a bit to ski and check out Girdwood - 6 people is tight, but it works if you plan on spending most time outside/only for a short time, and even the pullout couch was praised for its comfort. Daniel was quick to respond, checked in to see how things were, and flexible given our weird flight times. He even proactively upgraded the coffee maker without me asking. Really couldn’t have been much better

Ben's cabin looks just as nice in person as it does in the pictures and has a nice cozy cabin feel to it. The traditional Alaskan decorations are super cool and I knew right when I arrived that I was going to enjoy staying there. Check in was real easy. Ben was communicative and gave his number in case I needed anything during my stay. The cabin is in a quiet neighborhood and was within a short drive of pretty much anywhere you want to go in Anchorage. When work takes me back to Alaska I'll most definitely be looking Ben up again. I definitely reccomend staying here if you're looking for a place in Anchorage - I promise you'll like it! Thanks for a great stay Ben!

Quiet, clean, comfortable and in a convenient location.

I stayed here with my 3 kids for a little over a month while visiting family. It was absolutely perfect, it had everything you could possibly need for a long term or short term rental, Dylan was a great host and the neighbors were very friendly!

This place was so beyond perfect. The price, the location, the amenities. I would stay here again and the steam shower legit saved my life!
