This was the best place I’ve stayed at since owning a pet and using pet friendly air bnb’s. BY FAR THE BEST, actually. There was no “pet smell” there was a fenced in back yard and a doggie door! So convenient! I am allergic to dogs and mine is hypoallergenic and doesn’t shed so it was nice to be in a home that doesn’t have obvious signs of pets. The house had everything we needed, I could list a ton of positives! We will always request to stay here if it’s available!

A wonderful, cozy basement apartment that felt like home. Loved the decor, warmth and functionality of the space -and appreciate the AK themed art! And unlike most rentals - the care put into the bed and linens was much appreciated - especially for a cold Alaska winter!

We appreciated the effort made to “keep the lights on” due to our late arrival; it enables us to find the home and provide a sense of security in the dark of the night. The home was clean and appeared to be updated. We will definitely consider on staying on next adventure to Anchorage.

The photos of the house don’t do it justice- it’s a really nice, cozy home with lots of space. The big, open living area is so nice to gather in and relax. The large kitchen had everything we needed. We loved the proximity to the beach, the views were stunning. We even saw two caribou come through the yard on check out day! Lots of windows=lots of natural light which was amazing. Sunrise out the back windows and sunset out front. All in all, we had a great stay here. Would return and would recommend to others!

Melyssa’s home was perfect for our stay. It was clean, comfortable, conveniently located and had all the amenities you could ever want while traveling. Melyssa was great to work with throughout our entire experience. I highly recommend this property to anyone.

This place is like a little slice of heaven. Very quiet location, felt secluded and not at all like being in someones backyard. It was easy to find, easy to park, cozy to hang out in. I wouldn't be surprised if it is one of the best accommodations available in Hope. If im ever down again this will be the top of my list for staying.

Exceeded expectations. Worked really well for my family of 4 and felt very comfortable as a place to sleep, drink coffee, and get a hot shower everyday

It was so peaceful that I forgot that I was in Anchorage and the cabin is cozy and private.

This place was great! It was quiet, private, in a convenient location. The hostess was proactive in informing me of situations around the property/unit. I would definitely stay here again!

Scotti's place was wonderful. Quiet and relaxing. great location just south of town and easy to access e erything nearby. Scotti communicated quickly and was helpful. Will stay again.

We were moving out of state & they were very accommodating for my family and our pets during our transition. Great spot & very peaceful. Loved the garden, very useful kitchen, comfy beds & great big table with lots of games.

Kim’s place was great. It is very comfortable and the location is very quiet. The views are fantastic. The kitchen is nice for making meals. The two bedrooms have a little distance between them which could be nice for multiple guests. I ended up travelling alone so the space was more than enough for me. I appreciated that it was warm and well lit inside!

My husband and I went to Anchorage for a little getaway and absolutely loved this magical place. The hot tub is amazing and it felt so private and peaceful. We loved it so much we right away booked this place again for next year at this time. Highly recommended

One of the best properties I've enjoyed. I was only there overnight, but it was an exceptional stay! Daniel reached out(day of arrival) to ask what time we would like to enjoy the Nordic Spa, as I had inquired about when booking and it was ready to go. The entire space was tastefully decorated and had all of the little extras that make a stay that much more enjoyable. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry pods. a variety of teas, freshly ground coffee and more. We enjoyed talking with Daniel , making it a more personal stay. I am an extrovert, so I fully enjoy my guest/host interaction if available. A truly enjoyable, lovely stay! I highly recommend Daniel and Savannah's proprty.

We stayed at Holly’s place for a ski trip with our kids and some extra family. The location is amazing - private and also walking distance to the lifts. We loved the fully stocked kitchen, cozy atmosphere, upstairs TV space and amenities. The mudroom with space to hang wet ski gear is incredibly helpful as well. We would definitely stay here again next time we come to Girdwood!

We absolutely loved our stay. Scott was an excellent communicator, and instructions were extremely easy to understand. The house was very spacious and perfectly cozy. You can tell Scott put a lot of hard work into the home to make it as beautiful and comfortable as it is. We felt very fortunate to be able to enjoy the fruits of this home for a perfectly lovely holiday stay.

this was a beautiful house and close to everything, exactly as described ! greg was easy-going and communication was top tier. he made our time in anchorage wonderful :) 10/10 recommend !!

When we first pulled up, we were wondering what we had gotten ourselves into, but once inside, the house was roomy, comfortable, decorated nicely, clean, and had everything we needed. The hot tub was top notch. (Keep in mind it is in the yard between the host’s house and the rental.) It was as surreal being on a farm in the middle of Anchorage! The hosts communicated very well and were responsive to our inquiries. We would stay here again with a large group. (There were 7 of us.)

The home was pristine, beautiful and cozy! Loved the hot tub. Close to everything we did in the peninsula. Flew into Anchorage and the drive was unreal! So majestic. Definitely would recommended this home to everyone wanting a peaceful stay in Alaska!
