Thank you for such a great stay. We stayed for a wedding on a 40+ degree weekend and it was so relaxing and comfortable to come back to.

A very unique property that’s perfect for large groups. Great breakout areas and space to feel comfortable.

We had a comfy few days at Chris's place. The home was very clean and included lots of additional accessories and amenities that we did not expect - kitchen supplies, entertainment items etc. Surrounding is quite spacious so we could enjoy peace and quiet like we wanted to. Overall, we had a great time staying there and I would highly recommend it to everyone.

Fantastic holiday home with many thoughtful touches. The house is exactly as pictured, super clean and very welcoming. We loved the coffee station and sincerely thank you for welcoming pets into your home - we love traveling with our dog. Clayton Bay is a pretty little town and lovely to visit especially in summer.

Beautiful, just like the photos! Well appointed, clean and comfy. Julie was very helpful and easy to deal with. Private jetty with mooring was excellent. Kids had a ball fishing. Highly recommend for a quiet getaway.

I’ll start off by saying I am fussy, and this met my expectations and more. It is completely private, and the views are spectacular. I can see this place, down to the furniture has been built with love and care. Every detail is perfection, the decor is warm and inviting, down to the original artwork, the stunning outdoor tub with views, and the decking with comfy oak chairs and handmade bar where you can eat breaky or have a glass of wine at night, and gaze out over the hills and as night falls, a perfect view of the stars. The bed is comfy and great quality linens and fluffy towels make it feel like a little luxury stay, every need has been thought of and condiments kindly provided in the outdoor kitchen. I had several soaks in the outdoor tub, bath salts and bubbles provided, and felt completely spoiled and nurtured. The wine and chocolates were so appreciated. Thankyou so much for sharing this little piece of paradise with the world. We will return, and bring our dogs next time.

Pelican's Retreat was a delightful stay with family and friends. The place was special and true to it's name, with Pelican's frequently resting on the private jetty. The accommodation had plenty of everything, peaceful location, kayaks, games, indoor and outdoor spaces, provisions if one needed and even candles! Thank you Sam and Trent.

This boat house is absolutely amazing. If you are looking for a peaceful, relaxing, river stay you won't be disappointed. The house has all amenities, very spacious and beautifully clean.

We had THE BEST time! It was perfect and just what we needed to get away from the hustle as bustle of busy work/city/kids life! The deck and fishing was to die for and so much fun - and the place itself felt so homely we didnt want to leave!

We loved this place! We stayed the night before my wedding and used it to get ready morning of and it was perfect for this purpose! Perfect spot for hair and make up, well equipped kitchen and bathroom, comfortable and roomy bedrooms and lounge plus beautiful outdoor area. Loved the decor, the place felt clean and modern but still with character in keeping with the era of the home. The host Sarina was really easy to deal with. Definitely recommend!

Libby has by far been the most pleasant host to deal with and goes far and beyond to accommodate her guests. We will definitely be returning guests whenever we are up that way. I could not recommend her enough For anyone who is looking for a pleasant Hassle free getaway

We enjoyed our two days at this wonderful place and house very much. Of course you need to know that there primarily „landscape“ all around and that the next town is 15 km away - but we enjoyed it and would recommend this place to anybody searching for a calm and peaceful place to relax.

Lovely character cottage set in beautiful grounds. Our dog was settled here. Heather meeting us and showing us around on arrival, plus the provisions left, were nice touches. It was good to be able to walk our dog (on the lead) in the gardens. Enjoyed being close to the town centre and historic High Street. Graham’s local knowledge was very useful.

Such an amazing, cozy, peaceful and clean place to spend your weekend or holiday in. Jano was so responsive to all our questions. The house is fully equipped with all items you need and the area is the best spot to chill our spending time with your family/friends. Highly recommended and will return again.
