This place is nice and quaint. It's a little older and a bit quirky, but it felt very homey. It has everything you need and it was all in pretty good repair. The location is fantastic. It takes about 5-10 minutes walking to be on the beach. The stairs to the beach are long(130 steps), but the view is fantastic. The host was very kind and responsive. She made us feel like we were just relatives using the house for the weekend. I would certainly stay here again if we are in the area in the future.

The house was comfy, cozy, and spacious, providing everything we needed. The serene country setting was absolutely beautiful, offering the perfect environment for peace and relaxation. We were delighted by the frequent visits from hummingbirds, chickens, and even some deer! Our dogs had a fantastic time as well, making it a great getaway for the whole family.

Beautiful home on a quiet cul-de-sac. Bedrooms were comfortable (I wish I had a master suite like this one in my house). Living room was relaxing. We enjoyed visiting with family in it. Kitchen was stocked with all the appliances and dishes we needed plus a few we luxuries we don't normally use. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

Have stayed here a couple times for work and always a great place to stay

We absolutely enjoyed our stay and the home was better than we expected! It was clear that care was taken while setting up the house for guests and was more than we had hoped. We were greeted with a beautiful welcome baskets of snacks, bottled water and welcome card. The kitchen was stocked like we were at home and the bathrooms had soaps and shampoos. Beautiful view of the river and a great backyard to have a sunset corn-hole game. We will absolutely book again if we are in the area!

We had a lovely stay here. The location and surroundings were very serene and private. However the mattress was really worn and needs an update. But the hosts were very friendly and overall we enjoyed our stay!

Mia’s place was amazing! It is beautifully decorated and spotless. My granddaughter and I were tired of restaurant meals and were able to cook both dinner and breakfast in the well equipped kitchen. I highly recommend this place.

I think this little space was very minimalistic and quaint, very clean and organized. The beautiful view would've been even better if the fog wasn't there so much during our stay. The kitchen and bathroom were very functional and nice. The instructions were very clear and foolproof, and the hosts were prompt to address the one concern we had during our stay. Only negatives I can think to mention are that there were no paper towels, only one roll of toilet paper supplied (we could probably ask for more if we needed additional rolls, but still not convenient), only one guest parking spot, and no access to laundry or a broom/vacuum if we needed them. We had our toddler with us, and he is prone to creating messes that require a broom or vacuum, which we tried to avoid. Suggestions: I think there's a perfect spot next to the porch for a hottub, which would draw a lot more business/longer stays.
