Great stay! Centrally located and great to have a space for our dog to get outside.

This house is in a very quiet peaceful neighborhood. You are minutes to downtown shopping, great food and things to do. This is our 2nd time staying here and hope it is available on our next visit. Thank you Eugene for keeping the house so sweet and clean.

Spacious 2 bedroom with ample livingroom complete with couch bed and fireplace. Nice location. A little sparse in kitchen supplies but overall a nice place.

My wife absolutely adored the decor and we both appreciated how spotless and well-maintained everything was. The host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We can’t recommend this place enough for anyone looking for a truly special getaway. It’s a destination we’ll be reminiscing about for years to come, and we can’t wait to return someday!

We had a great time for ours girls quilting get together. The house was perfect and comfortable and the host was super helpful and accommodating. We are hoping the next girls quilting get together we plan the house will be available again. It was well equipped with everything you need for your stay and the house has been beautifully updated.

The place was well laid out, had the most stocked kitchen and cooking area I've seen in any other AirBnB, and was close to the SWOCC campus. It was clean, spacious, with clear instructions, top notch appliances, and large comfortable beds. I would highly recommend this place and would stay here again myself.

The house was very nice and accommodated us well. We enjoyed the stay. We had our “Christmas” dinner there and it was a nice kitchen to cook in. The only thing was there were no serving dishes like bowls or platters. Otherwise it was great

I can’t recommend it highly enough! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality. The property was exactly as described—clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The attention to detail truly made it feel like a home away from home. The location is fantastic, situated in a quiet neighborhood but still within walking distance to local attractions and great dining options. I especially enjoyed the [mention any specific feature, like a balcony, garden, or view]—it was the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. Brandy was incredibly responsive and provided excellent recommendations for things to do in the area. Their thoughtfulness made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, this was a wonderful experience!

We stayed for a week. Sunday to Sunday. Patrick was very responsive and checked in with us periodically to make sure everything was going well. The house is very nice and recently remodeled. Everything inside seemed like brand new. I would definitely stay here again.

Totally adequate for a one night business trip! There was ample space to park our boat which was nice. Quiet street in a somewhat isolated hamlet. Space was comfortable and well appointed.

Khamsy's Bandon beach house is a wonderful place to spend time at the Oregon Coast. The views of the ocean are unbeatable. Super easy access to the beach, right next door. The house was super clean and well stocked. Our visit included a windy/rainy storm which was fun to hear/watch but despite the weather, we still managed a couple of beach walks during rain breaks. So beautiful! The beds were comfortable and there is plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Thank you!

The Black Bear Cottage was perfect for our extended weekend stay. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. It was also in a great central location for all our adventures in and around Bandon.

This place was great! It was beyond spacious for the three of us and we'll appointed - We brought more items from home than needed. The adjacent beach was awesome and a short walk to Face Rock viewpoint. It was a short drive into town. Booking, check-in and check-out was seamless without needing to contact the listing agent for more information.

This was an amazingly cute little place to stay! It was all themed and very well maintained. I would say I was stressed about noise level the entire time due to the floors being tile, everything echoed a lot. I barely heard the footsteps from above and they did not bother us. I was also worried about all the very reachable and easy to breakable things my 5 and 7 year old could touch. I was able to move most things to a different location to avoid being accidentally knocked over. They had some puzzles and other kid games my kids enjoyed, too! The rooms were spacious and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The kitchen is pretty small but it worked well for our stay still. The host responded very quickly when I needed assistance. The location was near everything and we hobestly could have walked to everything if we had wanted. Very happy stay here!

The space was perfect for our family, plenty of beds and amenities for kiddos. Ralph & Sandy were super helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed our time there and it had everything we needed. Thanks so much!!!

We enjoyed staying here. We were able to sit on the deck and enjoyed seeing the boats and surrounding bird life. Fun to watch the tide come and go! Everything we needed was there, the rooms were clean. We would recommend this place to others!

The space and location are great. The area was very peaceful and quiet, we were able to enjoy the sunsets. The kitchen was very functional, we cooked breakfast and dinner every day. The internet was great, it allowed us both to work a few hours every morning.

Allen and Geraldine were super easy to communicate with and very hospitable. The house was very clean and comfortable. Beds were comfy and so was the furniture. They had really nice white bathroom towels and face cloths that were very clean and soft, nice quality. Would stay here again if we’re in the area. Check in and checkout was very easy with not a huge laundry list of To Do’s before you go, just a few simple things.

We had a family get together and it was perfect to accommodate all of us. The view was outstanding. The ocean room upstairs off the king bedroom was my favorite place to be.
