WOW! I can’t say enough great things about John’s Airbnb and John himself! What an absolutely amazing host, and equally amazing home!!! John’s level of attention to detail and thoughtfulness is unlike any other Airbnb experience I’ve ever had!! I’ve already been sending this Airbnb link to all my friends who are going to Brazil !! I honestly can’t wait to be back. The location was PRIME!! John’s recommendations were FANTASTIC! The Airbnb was IMMACULATE!! Everything was absolutely incredible and I can’t thank John and his co hosts enough for such a great first time experience in Rio De Janeiro, if you need a place to stay in Rio, BOOK FAST. And stay at least a week!!! Wow, can’t wait to be back. Thank you so much John for a great Airbnb experience, you certainly have elevated the standard of expectations now which will be hard to beat! We will certainly be back, and certainly booking with John once again!

Apartment hat eine sehr gute Lage in Leblon, nicht weit vom Strand. Schöne Einrichtung und alles gut!

Apto excelente! Muito bem localizado com TUDO nas proximidades. Super recomendo. Nossa estadia foi perfeita e Ronaldo sempre MUITO prestativo. Voltaremos lá com certeza!!!

Local excelente, a vista é de fato é muito mais linda pessoalmente e a localização é perfeita. O quarto acomoda bem duas pessoas. Considerei que o ar demorou muito pra gelar todo o quarto, mas isso não prejudicou nossa experiência. A única sugestão é deixar uma vassoura no apartamento, porque por conta da areia da praia é quase inevitável não sujar. No mais, super recomendo e voltaria.

O apartamento é igual as fotos, ambiente tranquilo e harmônico. A Ana foi bem flexível quanto ao check in e check out, responde rápido e sempre bem solícita. Apartamento se encontrava limpo, com forros de cama e banho limpos, cozinha bem equipada, cama confortável e tudo bem novinho. Único detalhe é que tinha um vazamento no banheiro que molhava a cozinha, porém foi passado a diarista e posteriormente acredito que será resolvido o problema. A localização é ótima, beira mar, o apartamento tem vista para o mar, possui padarias, mercados, bares, farmácias, todo tipo de comércio próximo, o que facilita para os turistas. O prédio possui recepção 24h, super eficaz. No mais, o apartamento vale muito a pena, a Ana é uma boa anfitriã e da todo o suporte necessário!

João ist ein großartiger Mann und Gastgeber! Immer gut erreichbar, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend! Die Wohnung ist mit allem nötigem ausgestattet und ist ruhig, sehr ruhig gelegen ! Bushaltestelle und Van von der Tür ! 10 min zum Strand von Vidigal!!! Nachbarn grüßen einander und sind sehr freundlich und kommunikativ! Würde die Unterkunft in Zukunft nachmals buchen!

Gabriel è stato un host attivo, gentile e disponibile. Ha reso il processo di check-in molto comodo, nonostante non fosse l'orario inizialmente pattuito. Segnalo anche che la casa corrisponde esattamente alle foto. Conviene sempre muoversi tramite taxi perché è lontano da tutti i servizi e luoghi di interesse.

In all seriousness, there's no better choice for a villa airbnb in Rio. Our group of 7 stayed at Matt's for 10 days over Carnival, and we couldn't have been happier with the house or with Matt himself. from the moment you walk in, you're going to realize you made the right call. it has lots of perfectly distributed rooms for groups, but you're with a group, I recommend you claim the primary suite on the top floor asap... it has a stunning balcony overlooking the beach, mountains, and sunsets. plus it has a bath where you can stare out across the ocean. The kitchen is functional (could use a little update) but every other room in the house is a delight to live in. And the pool/yard is exactly what you see in the photos... stunning. You won't regret booking this house. We were ready to move into it forever.

A spectacular house. It is even more beautiful than the photos. The views are incredible. The pool overlooking Rio is absolutely breathtaking. All the beds were comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need. Check-in was so simple and the ladies who checked us in explained everything and showed us around. I highly recommend. I cannot wait to return!

Beautiful apartment in the heart of an outer district in Rio. Even the walk up is nice and easy if you take the Moto much faster for sure. And the view .. spectacular ! The pool was smaller than expected, but the Terrace gives you a feeling to sit with the clouds. One more reason to learn more Portuguese.

Súper recomendable. Fuimos por segunda vez y estamos súper conformes. El lugar es cálido y retirado. Las vistas son alucinantes y Jeanne siempre dispuesta a colaborar. Volveremos.

Our best staying in Rio ever! The view was stunning, the apartment is spacious, charming, super clean, comfortable and well equipped. It’s suitable for home office too, with fast internet. We felt right at home and loved the beach and restaurants in the surrounding! Last but not least, the hosts were very friendly and responsive and the building staff very welcoming! As year after year we stay in Djamila's apartment for two months at a time, it must be clear that we like it very much. I am a professor of mathematics, and the beautiful apartment gives me a chance to work in an uplifting environment. There is no doubt that the view from the apartment is phenomenal, and as we are there from mid-January till mid-March, we can enjoy the brilliant sun. Leblon is perhaps the safest area of Rio: we have never had any problems with safety. Djamila is extremely helpful in everything - she is an ideal host. I have one minor grumble: I wish the huge main room would have less greenery: there are plenty of beautiful plants in the streets of Leblon.

Já havia me hospedado há 2 anoa nesse apto e ele permanece muitisaimo bem cuidado. O espaço é excelente e fiel às fotos. os arredores são excelentes e com ótima localização. O Sérgio foi bastante atencioso, orientando e atendendo prontamente. valeu muito a pena e com certeza num retorno ao Rio vamos ficar ali.

Minha estadia foi perfeita. No apartamento da Marilene me senti em casa fomos muito bem acolhidos pelo lugar. A localização do imóvel é segura, tem supermercados restaurantes é de fácil acesso para carros de aplicativos. Recebemos mimos no check in. E com certeza voltaremos em breve. Ainda precisamos explorar mais as belezas do Rio. Gratidão Marilene pela estadia.

Ligia was amazing! She was very helpful and guided us as we needed. She is a good host and her place is near the beach, bars, restaurants , grocery store and more. Great experience! She is a positive person and try her best to make guest happy. We will be back!

What an amazing place to stay in such a great location that was close to everything. The view from all windows was spectacular especially letting that ocean breeze. This place felt like home. Location was spot on with nearby restaurants, bars, shops and anything else you could think of. Beach is right across the street. Our host was so amazing to communicate with and she was so sweet, patient, understanding and flexible with all my request and needs. Best part of this booking was our communication. We will definitely be back and hope to stay here again!

Philip was the perfect host. Great instructions given prior to my arrival and prompt responses during my stay. Apartment is very clean, comfortable, and all necessities were available if needed. I will check availability here first on all my future visits.
