This accommodation was exactly what we were looking for: quiet, clean, and comfortable! Well-furnished and stocked with necessities, our stay was seamless and stress-free. The accommodations were also spacious and capable of housing plenty of people. Travis was very proactive, thoughtful, and responsive with messages. Would definitely recommend to others and would re-book next time we are in the area!

Amy’s place was perfect for our weekend getaway for our little family and fur babies. It’s quiet, close to the water, and in a safe neighborhood. Great restaurants are nearby, Port A and Corpus aren’t too far away. We will definitely be back as Rockport is one of our favorite little places to escape to.

This is a great home to get away from it all! It has great wifi. Its very quiet and peaceful. You can walk around the neighborhood freely with hardly any traffic to worry about. Martha and her husband are beyond nice and actively help make your stay everything you want it to be! The house has everything you could possibly need to live there. I highly recommend this place!

We enjoyed staying in this house. It had everything we needed in the kitchen. The beds were comfortable too. It was the right amount of space for 3 families. Loved that we could just walk over to the beach. Honestly the perfect set up. It was a little too cold to use the pool but I know in the summer it would’ve made a splash. Would recommend to anyone.

We had a very nice time staying here! Best part was walking distance to the beach and spacious bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom! 3rd level kitchen and balcony views were very spectacular! Game room downstairs was fun for everyone - two video arcade games, pool table, and poker table all saw a lot of use during our stay!

We enjoyed the ease of getting around P.A. Easy access to the beach, used the pickleball court, we appreciated the sand toys available on the porch. Comfortable, well stocked kitchen and we appreciated the blankets available. Clean and well maintained. Thank you.

My boyfriend and I loved our stay. We found it to be quite cozy with a beautiful view of the beach. I loved the color scheme of the house very much;) We hope to return someday.

What a great spot! It's a small house RIGHT on the beach! If it was closer, we would've been worried about high tide!

Very cute little bungalow, perfect for a couple. Just a few steps from the beach. This is a older building but we didn't mind it all. The condo stayed extremely cold which we loved. The only thing I wasn't crazy about was the couch, I have a bad back so it wasn't very comfortable. Stayed peaceful and quiet, clean and fresh linens. We really enjoyed it. Would definitely recommend for a quick beach getaway.

House and location was perfect. Game room was a big plus. Only thing is that they just have a starter kit when it comes to toilet paper, trash bags and stuff like that. So pick some up on the way in. Other then that no complaints

William’s place was exactly as described on the listing. The condo is small but we loved the layout and our family of 6 fit very comfortably. The beds and couches were all very comfortable and I loved that dining table fit 6 people nicely as well. The location is the best part, so close to the beach! We had a great weekend at the beach. Would do it again!

We enjoyed our stay. We were there for a wedding on New Year's Eve and it was all very nice.

We have been coming to Port A. Every year we always have a great time, but staying at the Dunes in this amazing condo was the best experience so far. The beach was right there, restaurants were near by and we got a golf cart to help us cruise around. The condo was beautiful and well maintained and equipped. Everything was very convenient and easy when we checked in and checked out. We will be back for sure!

The condo was exactly what was pictured. Great location, with a private path to the beach. The pool with game room is a great break from the ocean but still being on a summer vacation. Will definitely stay here again!!

Best place we have ever stayed at! My son and I needed to get away after his serious car wreck , and this place was just what we was looking for! We will be definitely come back again!

Goyes place was great for our family in December. It was very clean and cozy and the ammenities were thoughtful...we had plenty to last our week long stay. We enjoyed the hot tub and our 9 yr old played in the pool everday. Goye was tesponsive, flexible, and communicated clearly. Downtown Rockport was quaint and Rockport Beach was great for wading in as it was shallow. The house was less expensive than others that were available at the time as it does not have beach access within walking distance, but this worked great for us as we enjoyed seeing many different sites each day.
