Nir is an amazing host with great place to stay in. Nir assisted with everything was needed, even on extra things. Very responsive, always helpful and I'd say highly recommended

We spent a lovely 3 days - the villa was very clean and had all the accommodations we needed. We all loved the pool and the closeness to coral bay. The hosts were extremely responsive, my children left a gaming device in the villa and they went out of their way to make sure it was returned to us which is much appreciated !

Die Unterkunft ist in einer ruhigen Anlage aus kleinen Reihenhäusern mit Pool in der Mitte gelegen. Da wir im Februar dort waren, haben wir den Pool nicht genutzt, aber er wirkte sehr einladend. Ein Auto kann man direkt vor der Haustür parken. Der nördliche Ortskern von Paphos und auch der Strand sind in ca. 20 Min. zu Fuß erreichbar, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe (Lidl und ein gut sortierter Kiosk). In der Wohnung ist alles nötige & mehr vorhanden - Küche & Bad sind sehr gut ausgestatttet. Sogar Adapter für die Steckdosen sind da und alle Geräte haben einwandfrei funktioniert, auch die Saftpresse :) Die Terasse liegt in der Sonne, was im Winter sehr angenehm ist, für den Sommer gibt es einen großen Sonnenschirm. Unsere Gastgeber waren extrem freundlich, und haben uns eine wunderbare Zeit auf Zypern ermöglicht. Sie haben mir sogar meine Jacke, die ich bei der Abreise an der Garderobe vergessen hatte, sofort nachgeschickt. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt! :)

Great house, spacious, very clean and tighty, with an amazing view.

Christophe is a great host! He asked us in advance if we had any additional requests, and since we were planning to stream movies, he upgraded the internet connextion. He also provided a detailed guide to the house. There were a lot of useful utensils and supplies for a washing mashine and dishwasher. On New Year's Eve, Christophe also helped us with an electrical problem, which we quickly solved together. Overall, the villa was very nice, equipped with every imaginable kitchen tool, barbecue and gas fireplace. We were happy with our stay in Cyprus thanks to the substantial contribution of Christophe and his villa!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war genauso schön wie beschrieben – sauber, gut ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der super freundliche und hilfsbereite Host, der jederzeit für uns da war und schnell auf alle Fragen geantwortet hat. Die Lage war ideal, und wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Klare Empfehlung für alle, die eine tolle Unterkunft mit erstklassigem Service suchen. Wir kommen gerne wieder! 😊

We were lucky to stay at Leil's place for 11 days with our family including 3 teenagers. The home is very attractive with stone walls and a beautiful garden outside. The pool was cold as it was November but we still enjoyed a few dips. Leil was one of the best hosts we have had, he left a few groceries, gave us advice on where to go and was very quick uk respond to our questions. The location was great, beautiful view and easy to get about, you will need a car to get to restaurants and supermarkets. The local family taverna on Simou's cobble streets was really special, if you want a laid back meal. We went to Coral Beach several times because we loved it. Thank you for having us 👍🏻

Wow, Luca's place is amazing. This is a pricier place to stay but the heated private pool alone was worth the cost. It is a salt system pool, no sun cream allowed, come prepared with coverups. You will need a car to get around but Paphos airport is close. We rented with Sixit, v easy pick up/drop off. The property is part of an apartment block, a corner ground floor apartment with a very large outdoor living area. The pool area is just beautiful. The house has 3 bedrooms, the master has a huge bed (quite firm) with an ensuite. The other 2 bedrooms are twins on the opposite side of the house, with a small, slightly snug but very functional shower room in between. The kitchen was well equipped, as a late night arrival we had no access to food but the highly overpriced resort supermarket did open at 7am. There are other supermarkets within 10-15 mins drive and much cheaper. We did a cheese tasting, visited Paphos & Mount Olympos, Aphrodite rock at sunset, Kourion Beach was stunning.

We had a very nice stay in Urszula’s apartment, very close to the center of Chlorakas village. We appreciated the well equipped kitchen, the spacious bedrooms and comfortable beds. The two balconies with a view on the sunset are also a definite plus. The communication with Urszula was easy and friendly.

Wir waren als Familie mit zwei Kindern dort. Die Wohnung ist zwar klein, aber perfekt gestaltet. Für uns war es besonders gut, dass eine Waschmaschine, Gewürze in der Küche und eine Vielzahl an Handtüchern vorhanden waren. Die Kommunikation mit Sev war einzigartig und er hat uns viele Dinge empfohlen. Tipp: Von der Wohnung gelangt man innerhalb von ca. 30 Minuten zu einer Vielzahl an schönen Orten, wobei uns die Avakas-Schlucht am besten gefallen hat. Fazit: Ich war in diversen Ländern und vielen Airbnbs. Dies hier war mit Abstand die am besten organisierte Wohnung von allen.

The accommodation is great and the host was also easy to communicate with and did everything to make our stay pleasant. Everything was perfect in the apartment and everything needed was there. I reccomend to book this place!

Lovely maisonette, near the sea and restaurants. Great balcony with direct sun. Eleftheria was very helpful, suggesting places to go and helping with booking a taxi from the airport and back. Kitchen was well equipped , better than most Airbnb accommodations. I would definitely be back.

It was a spacious lovely home. Everything was clean and ready to have us. We had everything we need inside the house. And it was a step far from the supermarket and the main road. The owners are very generous and kind, they even helped us to plan our stay. We will miss them!

Maison très pratique pour un séjour en famille. Le nombre de salles d’eau et de toilettes étaient très appréciable. La proximité avec la plage était idéale, on y allait le matin, on rentrait pour manger et retour l’après-midi. Nous nous rendions au centre ville à pied, ce qui était très pratique. Ekaterina a été une hôte très à l’écoute et très réactive. Le seul bémol a été le montant de l’électricité que nous avons trouvé un peu élevé, 235 euros pour 15 jours, seulement une chambre sur les 6 a utilisé la climatisation. Sinon tout était très bien.

Ligesom alle de andre gæster, som har været hos Margarita, kan vi fuldt ud tilslutte os alle de positive ord. Billederne i opslaget lyver ikke - der ER så flot en udsigt både fra terrassen og poolområdet. Vi havde 14 dages ophold, hvilket betød, at vi kunne veksle mellem stille og rolige dage i solen ved poolen og bil/vandre- og cykelture i det smukke Sydvestcypern med både strande og bjerge. Margaritas bolig er et perfekt udgangspunkt for (ret anstrengende) cykelture i de nærliggende bjerge. Der er rigtig mange gode kroge med siddemuligheder, så man altid kan finde et sted med enten sol eller skygge. På denne årstid (slut oktober/start november) er poolen ret kold, så det var begrænset, hvor meget vi var i vandet, men der er virkelig dejligt - og med masser af læ - hvis man vil læse en bog eller hygge sig på anden vis i poolområdet. Margarita er en fremragende vært - hele tiden opmærksom, men aldrig påtrængende. Alt i alt en STOR anbefaling herfra!

We had an absolutely lovely stay at the villa, lovely location, lovely neighbours, peaceful and relaxing. Great location for latchi & exploring the island by car I would highly recommend a stay here. Pool was too chilly to swim as late in the year, but the kids still had fun pool side. Sea was warm. We arrived at night by taxi and signage to find the villa is hard to spot, even with extensive location details from Peter the driver struggled. Make sure you provide them with a location pin. We got a bit chilly at night, a few extra blankets available in the cupboard would be useful. Don’t hesitate to book villa jardin

The house was just like the photos but there was more… a private path lined by fruiting citrus trees taking you down to the sea. The views are fabulous and the gardener works hard to keep it all absolutely perfect. And for those having to do a little work, fibre optic internet included.

Wonderful, convenient location within walking distance of all there is to see in Paphos. Nice, quiet, spacious House with great amenities, situated in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of shops. Appreciated daily communication and detailed instructions for entry and departure. Wonderful stay!

It was a pleasure staying at this Villa, with a beautiful clean pool, and garden, it made for a lovely, fun, and pleasant atmosphere. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the living area was perfect for a group of 7. Would definitely consider staying here again! A special thanks to the hosts for providing us with everything we asked of them.

Very well located apartment just few minutes from coral bay. Felt like home, with all amenities. The host was very helpful and responsive, definitely will recommend this place

Absolut schönes Anwesen. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt mit Top Lage und Aussicht aufs Meer und Landschaft. In den Jahren komme ich auf jeden Fall wieder. Man hat alles was man braucht. Wirklich alles. Vielen Dank.

What a wonderful location! The overlook is gorgeous and the house is charming. We had a great stay.

Our family spend 2 weeks in Ithaki House in june 24 and we've enjoyed each moment. We relied on Christina's descriptions and recommandations and that was great! The weather was hot but the pool, shady areas outside and in the house and the wind uphill provided us the summer feeling we were looking for after having arrived from rainy weather in Germany. Ithaki House gave us back power and relaxation with good sleep, swimming in the pool, long talks and drinks on the cosy terraces watching the sunset. It is easy to enjoy good life with good food from the outdoor barbecue or the perfectly equiped kitchen. Alternativly we recommand to visit the local taverns with lovely people and local meals. There's a lot to do for anybody looking for adventure, nature and cultural events with snorkling at the beach of aphrodite's baths, boat trips from Latchi harbor, hiking in the mountains, visiting antique Pafos or impressive monastries and churches. In short: a visit in paradise for the 3 of us!
