We had an amazing 2 weeks staying at such a beautiful villa. We are familiar with the area so for us was very easy to find and to get around. Beverley is an amazing host and responds to any questions extremely quickly. I have no hesitation in recommending this for a lovely peaceful holiday. We ❤️ Cyprus.

This villa was lovely,even more so than the photos spacious ,clean just lovely,the pool was a lovely size ! We had a fabulous time ! Pradeep was the perfect host ,always answered any questions,very helpful,we also had a late flight so all the shops were closed but Pradeep had left us some milk,bread etc just a lovely touch ! The area itself is beautiful very peaceful,private ! Lovely villa Lovely host !!!

We had a brilliant, relaxing week at Keith's villa. It really was home from home. Communication from Keith was excellent and local rep Debbie was so helpful. We can't fault our stay and hope to return next year.

A beautiful villa on a mountain, with a few neighbours. Very spacious and clean. The view is breathtaking. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. Air conditioning, when needed was very adequate. I’d say you do need a car to get to the shops, bars & restaurants. It’s a beautiful area not far (in a car) from Coral beach with the great selection of restaurants and little beach shops. There’s even goats behind the villa living on the mountain side. Incredible!! A perfect place to relax and unwind. Definitely recommend

The villa was just perfect for our big family vacation (18 people, incl 6 kids). Large spaces, beautiful, peaceful surrounding, walking distance hidden beach etc. Can just recommend!

We had the best time at Jens AirBnB. It was easy to find, clean, spacious and exactly as described. Communication was always quick and easy. We definitely would come back and can't recommand this place enough. Thank you so much for everything Jens!!!

The place exceeded my expectations—it’s even better than the photos and feels like a palace. It was exceptionally clean, very private, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The only thing missing was hand soap, which wasn’t provided. Solamar is a little slow to respond, but they are very nice and helpful.

Wir haben bereits die Villa das zweite Mal gebucht. Das erste Mal anfangs Mai und jetzt Mitte Oktober. Beide Aufenthalte haben uns sehr gefallen jedoch ist der Pool und das Meer sowie auch das Wetter im Herbst ein bisschen wärmer. Die Villa ist sehr sehr schön gelegen, wenn man Ruhe sucht und geeignet für viele Gäste. Wir waren neun. Wir kamen wieder wahrscheinlich nächstes Jahr im Herbst somit eine klare Empfehlung.

The villa is about 10 minutes from the seafront, up in the hilly Peyia area, which means you get stunning views of Paphos, the sea and the hills around you in a quiet and picturesque setting. The villa is perfectly managed, clean and well equipped with everything you need. You'll probably want to rent a car from there as it works out much cheaper than taxis and most things won't be in walking distance from the villa. Communication with Tracy was fast and she was attentive to all our needs. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Wir haben diese tolle Villa sehr genossen, sie ist luxuriös, elegant und modern eingerichtet, das ganze Haus ist lichtdurchflutet mit atemberaubenden Blick aufs Meer. Man hat die absolute Ruhe, da das nächste Haus weit weg ist. Terrasse, Pool und Garten sind wunderbar angelegt. Vom Haus weg kann man direkt lange Spaziergänge der Felsenküste entlang machen. Zum Wasser kommt man über Klippen (ca. 4 Meter nach unten) und es gibt eine kleine Plattform von der man vorsichtig ins Meer kann. Wir können diese tolle Villa sehr empfehlen und würden Sie auch sicher nochmal gerne buchen. Das Haus ist eigentlich sogar schöner als auf den Bildern. Danke auch Dave für seine herzliche Betreuung.

A stunning villa both inside and out. Presteigne and modern interior, clean pool and terrace looking out at the ocean and the neighbouring plantations. The sea is a minutes walk, the caves and famous shipwreck only 5min drive and Akamas peninsula a short drive away. Perfect for an adult family who have different holiday plans, who want to come together for dinners and bbq’s on the terrace. Suits groups who are looking for the finer, serene elements of coral bay, away from the hustle and bustle. The hosts were kind, helpful and prompt with recommendations and assistance. We will certainly be back!

הוילה עלתה על כל הציפיות! אנחנו משפחה של שש נפשות, הורים ומתבגרים. הוילה יפהפיה ומאובזרת בכל מה שצריך (כולל מפות לשולחן ונרות ליופי, כוסות ליין, כלים לשמונה איש, כלי מנגל, וכל מה שצריך כדי לתפעל מטבח נעים). הנוף מדהים, בריכה לא קטנה פונה לנוף נהדר של הים, ספות שיזוף ופינת אוכל בפנים ובחוץ. החדרים פונים כולם לים ויש ארבעה חדרי שירותים- הכל נקי ונעים. המארח זמין לכל שאלה והמלצה, ההליכה לים קצרה (שלוש דקות הליכה) - הוילה נראית בדיוק כמו בתמונות. בהחלט נחזור שוב!!

We were 7 couples and we really enjoyed our stay at the villa. The location is great - close to the beach, restaurants and supermarket. The villa has a lot of space. George was very responsive and kind. On the last day our flight was at the evening and George allowed us to checkout really late.

Miejsce naprawdę cudne. Wszystko odbyło się bez problemu. To był naprawdę super czas w super miejscu. Cisza, prywatność. Jesteśmy mega zadowoleni. Dziękujemy.

Great stay in a peaceful Villa in a pleasant location. Local restaurants and a small supermarket within a 5 minute walk. Paphos centre a 15 minute drive and Coral Bay a 10 minute drive. The Villa is spacious and has all the amenities for self catering. Large deep pool and which gets the sun all day. Alexia responded to our enquiries promptly. We will happily return again in the future.

We had an amazing experience during our stay at Villa Boyd. As a family, with young children, we found the space to be perfect for our needs Everything was truly exceptional and exceeded all of our expectations. The place was clean and well-maintained, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. The attention to detail and commitment to providing a welcoming environment were evident in every aspect of our stay. We especially enjoyed the pool, which was clean and inviting. Even in the evenings, the water was at a pleasant temperature for swimming. The helpful recommendations and quick responses to any questions made us feel truly cared for and valued as guests. Good location, just a short distance from town. I have been there with my family.The property is spotless and equipped with all essential household items. Host is very helpful and responded quickly to my questions. Highly recommended !
