My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at Francois’ place! The view on the Miami River was beautiful and the communication was great. He was was so nice and friendly to talk to on the phone! He even called us to give us some restaurant recommendations when he saw that we were going to the Florida Keys next. The artwork in the home was fantastic. Overall, a wonderful stay. The place has a station of Metrorail nearby. Gilberto's home is accessible via Metrorail from Miami International Airport. Finally, Gilberto is friendly and always willing to help. Thank you, Gilberto.

Eugenia was a great host. Always available to answer any questions. Was there to greet us and shows us the condo. The Condo was less than 500 steps to Hollywood Beach and Boardwalk. You could walk to everything.

The home was perfect for so many reasons. Spacious and open with many little patios for outside sitting! Our group was 5 women so having a bathroom in each bedroom was awesome! We noticed several little things the host did that made the stay more comfortable! The location was great... when it says "steps away from the beach" it really means it! So close to shopping and restaurants! We walked everywhere! We've already made plans to return next year! The host was friendly, thoughtful and responded quickly.

Robert has created an amazing oasis for any on a working vacation in Miami. If the Keys is on your travel itinerary, Roberts place is the perfect location. Robert has stocked his place with everything you need. That big leather sectional with reclining seats is heaven after a long day trip to the 7-Mile Bridge. I will be back. Thank you, Robert.

Great Airbnb stay! Pros: Many beds Fairly clean in general Cool game system in living room Ac system and showers were working perfectly Many towels Cons: Bathrooms only have shampoo conditioner and no bodywash for some reason 🧍 Bottom floor bathroom drain had hair from previous guests. There does seem to be mold or some damage to ceiling of first floor bathroom shower The backyard does not match photos whatsoever lol. But it didn’t matter much to our stay. The pull out sofa was a little dirty with crumbs and was broken off from main sofa unit so it would keep moving. These are all nitpicks but hopefully the feedback can optimize the stay for future stays. But awesome value and would take it over any hotel!!

Great spot in a nice little neighborhood. Peter was very responsive before and during our stay, there was plenty of space, very comfortable and was perfect for what we needed on our vacation. Plenty of towels and sheets, lots of pillows, great kitchen supplies, and easy parking. Both groceries and plenty of restaurant choices nearby, lovely walking path right off the neighborhood, I would definitely recommend!

Great place to stay. Quiet, and very enjoyable. The Lanai was a great place to sit in the morning and have a cup of coffee and enjoy the peace and quiet. The house was beautiful and very clean with everything we needed to make it HOMEY!

The property was delightful. Being on the lake made it very comfortable for my family extended stay. The house was clean and well supplied with amenities like a washer dryer and access to the lake. The owner was very responsive and even bought a new hammock for us while we were there. I did have to cut my stay short by a few days and the owner wasn’t open to refunding the difference, but other than that the stay was perfect! Great place, great owner. Would stay again

A hidden gem! Spacious and fully stocked with everything you can think of. We loved the intentionality in the home and really felt like we were right at home. The neighborhood is beautiful and the neighbors are very friendly! We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely stay. I combined a work trip with a short stay in Dania beach. Bridget was wonderful with communication and the place was lovely. I especially enjoyed the deck outside. For fitness enthusiasts, there’s a park close by with bodyweight/calisthenics equipment. Would definitely recommend staying here

Good value as a place to sleep and relax after spending the day exploring or at the beach. 2 people tops is probably most comfortable.

Place is well managed. Thanks. Only confusion was where to park the car. Initially, I parked on the back. I didn't recognize the front as parking spaces. Other than that minor issue, everything went very well. Thanks and keep up the good work!

This is such a lovely little place. It’s absolutely immaculately clean, and has everything you need. Hands-down the nicest shower I’ve had in any Airbnb in this area! Super comfortable bed, well, equipped kitchen, and perfect for the weekend.
