Book this place!!! I can’t say enough great things, and like other reviews said the pictures don’t do it justice! You can feel the love Rochelle put into the property to make it incredible. Great location, beautiful backyard with stunning gardens. Next time we are in Turks we will be staying here!

The condo was exactly as advertised! King bed was so comfortable, big shower with great water pressure. The pool and patio were lovely. The Host was proactive and responsive and had great local recommendations. This is part of a duplex - so you will have neighbors sharing the pool and patio. There are beach towels in the unit and two chairs and two snorkels to share with the other unit. Great stay 10/10 would recommend 🤣

My friends and I had a fantastic stay at Flame Tree! The property was exactly as expected—quiet, peaceful, and a perfect retreat. While a few minor items were missing (like a can opener) or broken (such as an umbrella), Eric was incredibly responsive and quick to resolve any issues. The beds were quite spacious but not the most comfortable. However, Eric’s flexibility with check-in and check-out made our stay even more enjoyable. I’ll especially miss the delicious croissants and stunning sunrises. I’d definitely recommend staying here and would happily book one of his properties again if I return to the island!.

Loved the location and layout of this home. Bedrooms were separate and great bathroom situation- the pool and outdoor space was amazing! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

Very nice property, plenty of room for our extended family of 7 to gather for a vacation. Very clean and comfortable, really love that each of the 3 bedrooms has its own full bathroom. The pool was perfect for the kids, and it was a short car ride to the nearby beach, although we did also venture to other beaches on the island. Russ was very friendly and responsive when any issues came up, we enjoyed our time in this lovely home!

Our stay at Maresia Villa was fabulous! The house is a beautiful contemporary home with unbelievable views. Even a rooftop deck that was great for star gazing. The two bedrooms are like two suites on opposite sides of the house, this is a perfect layout . The pool is lovely and has a great tanning ledge. Shiri and Jonathan are very quick to respond and made sure we had everything we needed. I would love to return to Maresia Villa one day.

This villa takes hosting to the next level. There was literally nothing we could think of that wasn’t provided. It’s beautifully, modern with lots of amenities. The host even provided us with a local cell phone to make calls while there with preprogrammed essential numbers. There are bicycles (4), beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys for the kids, even a dedicated taxi driver if you decide not to rent a car. Each room had robes, and more than enough towels and toiletries for a family of 5. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND, this villa - you won’t regret it.

I had a fantastic stay at Sushma's place! The home was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was super convenient and safe as well as close to a beach access. Sushma was incredibly hospitable, responsive, and made sure I had everything I needed. Their thoughtful touches and attention to detail truly made a difference. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great Airbnb experience!

Dawnett’s house is spacious, clean, and private. The kitchen is well equipped and there are plenty of towels, including beach towels. Good AC and fans in all rooms, and comfortable beds. The large porch faces west, perfect for shade in the morning and spectacular sunsets. The location is convenient to the airport and to Sapodilla and Taylor Bay beaches. Grace Bay is a 20 minute drive, depending on traffic, which can be heavy. But we preferred being away from the more touristy feel of Grace Bay. The house is quiet (with the minor exception of the third bedroom, which gets some road noise in the early morning). We rented a beach umbrella, chairs, and snorkeling equipment from Sun Sand and Sea — good prices and service. Overall a very positive experience.

Highly recommend this place. It was clean and we had everything we needed. Close to everything from grocery stores to nice beaches, but you will need a car. It was beyond our expectations, the owners were very nice and provided everything we needed for our trip to Turks and Caicos. I travelled around the world and this experience made me want to come back as soon as possible. Thank you for everything

We had a phenomenal stay at Wilbert's place. Check in was a breeze (take him up on the offer to meet you at the airport, especially if this is your first time in a while driving on the "other" side of the road!) House was just as advertised and had everything my family and I needed for a week-long stay. Do note you will need to rent a car here, but everything on the island is a 5-20 min drive away. Wilbert was responsive and even helped us with recommendations, a late checkout and answering all our questions. Thanks for a great stay, would 100% recommend!

First, Patricia is a wonderful host. The house is very clean and feels new and modern. Everything is well-labeled. Internet works well. It's a short walk to Long Bay Beach but we explored other beaches where we could snorkel, as well as Grace Bay Beach and Leeward Beach (all of which were a reasonably short drive but require a rental car). The neighborhood is quiet with a lot of nice homes (some very large beachfront ones across the street). The house is gated and feels very safe. We enjoyed and recommend!

Highly recommend this rental. The house was exceptionally clean and well appointed - everything one could need for a marvelous vacation in Provo. Rooms and bathrooms are large and spacious. The neighborhood is close to everything in the Grace Bay area. I have vacationed in PLS for many years and many Airbnbs. This is the best.

Definitely recommend! Host was friendly and the space was enough to accommodate our large family! We enjoyed our stay and would absolutely book again. Pros: Host was extremely kind and helpful to us. Insect repellent and other helpful items were provided to help with our stay. Security cameras etc on property gave us a sense of safety. Water fountain with drinkable cold water provided. Area is pretty central and close to a lot of stuff. Cons: Lots of mosquitoes. Cell phone reception was pretty poor in the units. It does have a lot of bush / trees in the area which causes you to have to be super cautious at night when leaving/entering the property.

COCODEMER, THE PLACE YOU WANT TO BE! WE FELT WE WERE LIVING IN A TROPICAL VILLA AS YOU SEE IN MOVIES! David and Amanda’s home is truly fantastic- a hidden gem. We greatly enjoyed our stay! – Steady cross breeze , vaulted ceilings! Furnishings & Decorations are VERY impressive ! Huge screened in covered porch overlooking a beautiful pool. Comfy seating on the porch & a large dining table for outdoor meals, we greatly enjoyed. The kitchen is well stocked – it had everything we needed and more. Bedrooms are excellent – each with their own bathroom. Very comfortable beds. The pool is beautiful, surrounded with Palms Trees , concrete deck & chairs for lounging . Marvelous property within a short walk to the amazing Grace Bay and Leeward beaches. An oasis in the middle of paradise! Quiet location! David and Amanda are the quintessential hosts! David is always reachable with an excellent response time! We will be back for several years to come! thank you David & Amanda !

Rockenson and Lucnise’s AirBnB was exceptional. Our host was helpful in many ways and engaged in conversation every day to ensure that we were enjoying our stay. Even accommodated us with a last minute late checkout arrangement. The location itself was incredible; peaceful and safe! Highly recommend this property if you plan on visiting.

The house is located right on the Laguna, you can take the kayak and go anywhere. Me and my boyfriend ran around the neighborhood every morning, beautiful views. We did move somewhere to see the sunset, just so we can swim in the ocean as swimming in the lake was not so nice. Very cute house. Perfect for two adult couples.

Great location and the home was very peaceful, larger space than appeared in photos. Kitchen was very well stocked and grill outside in good condition. Host was very responsive for our few minor needs during the stay. Highly recommend. Our family was primarily here for direct from shore snorkeling and beach activities, which were outstanding. The coral gardens reef is steps away and perfect for young children learning to snorkel for first time. Saw stingray, flounder, lionfish, and of course many common species. For those wishing a more involved snorkeling experience, we saw many sea turtles at smith's reef about 45min walk west along the beach.

Great and convenient location. Grounds are beautiful. So nice to be mins to the beach and also have a pool onsite. Also plenty of room to spread out with 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms. Washer and dryer also a bonus. Enjoy this beautiful property!

The property is very well located and has great sea view. Nice Caribbean house with a personal touch, bedrooms are on both ground and first floor, plenty of common space and large terraces. Internet connection was very fast for Provo standards. Although the house is not very new and some details might need fixing, overall impression was very pleasant. Some minor hiccups upon our arrival were compensated by Robin's kind and friendly attitude.

The setting is serene, the view is beautiful, the cottage was immaculate, and Patricia was a gracious on-site hostess - available but not intrusive. The gazebo and stairs leading down to the bay were my favorite spot - great way to great the morning!! This cottage is a gem, tucked away in a quiet, private Chalk Sound neighborhood. Just down the road is Sapodilla Bay Beach - a smaller, quieter and shallow "beach" if you prefer to avoid the hustle and bustle of Grace Bay. I look forward to staying again whenever I return.
