The hosts are beautiful, kind, open and helpful people and this is what made our stay so special. The house and the terrace in front are very cozy and are well equipped, you can see that that Savino and Francesca arrange everything with love, care and style. Therefore, this house is most perfect for families / couples looking for a place where they can relax and have a quiet holiday. We went there at the end of September 2023. Even though we were very unlucky with the weather, we could swim as the sea is still quite warm. The beach area in general is very nice and perfect for kinds (as it does not go deep right away).

We stayed 2 weeks and loved this villa. Fantastic value, loads of space and on a huge plot with pane granite, olive and mandarin trees. Sea view from the terrace and sunny balconies and terraces. Everything you need to self cater comfortably, great parking but also only 10 min walk to a bus into Bari. Great base to visit Puglia. We felt 100% at home and loved the place.

Notre séjour c'est très bien passé. Notre hôte nous a très bien accueilli, est très disponible et tout bien expliquer en nous donnant tous plein d'informations claires et utiles. L'appartement correspond exactement au photos et les matelas sont de bonnes qualités. Le lieu est calme et nous avons très bien dormi. De plus, l'appartement très bien situé pour profiter de la plage de " la Torretta" et de "Il Braccio" accessible en moins de 10 minutes à pied. Il ne faut qu'une quinzaine de minutes en voiture pour rejoindre la place principale ( si il n'y a pas de trafic) et que 5 minutes, toujours en voiture, pour rejoindre le supermarché Dok et 6 minutes pour le Lidl. Le jardin sécurisé est parfait pour laisser les enfants jouer en toute sécurité et les deux places de parc à l'intérieur du complexe sont parfaites pour parquer sa voiture et recevoir en plus de la famille/amis. Dans la rue à l'extérieur, il y a aussi des zones bleues si jamais. Je recommande.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Eliseo est disponible, il nous a conseillé plusieurs restaurants et des glaciers. L’huile d’olive de sa propriété est vraiment très bonne. La grande maison est agréable, bien équipée, le jardin fleuri est magnifique . Nous recommandons vivement ce bien.

We spend great holiday in the Villa and Filippo is a very friendly and helpful host. At the beginning he surprised us calling and asking about our preferences before our arrival to Italy. Next, he was waiting for us at the Villa late in the evening due to our late flight. After arrival he gave us information about local attractions and even found a bike rental company that we asked about. Generally, the villa was a base for visiting different places, attractions in Appulia for us. We felt there very comfortable and most of our time in the villa we spent on the terrace. The area around was quiet and peaceful, which was a big plus for us as well.

Très bel endroit les pieds dans l’eau. Le matin c’est juste exceptionnel, on est seul au monde. Nous recherchions le silence, nous l’avons trouvé. La maison et ses extérieurs sont bien équipés. Rino est un hôte très accueillant et hyper réactif. Merci beaucoup ce fut un véritable bonheur.

Ich war Ende Oktober mit meinen beiden 16 und 19jährigen „Kindern“ bei Giuseppe und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, wir haben nichts vermisst. Der Garten war ideal für unseren Hund, die Lage so nah am Meer sehr schön. Auch außerhalb der Saison ist hier viel los und viele hübsche Städte in der Nähe sind leicht zu erreichen. Auch eine Pizzeria, fußläufig zu erreichen, hatte geöffnet. Alles in allem eine sehr schöne Woche. Danke, Giuseppe 👍

Wyjeżdżając w nowe miejsce każdy zadaje sobie pytanie, czy dobrze trafię z miejscem zamieszkania na miejscu? Podobnie my, choć od samego początku komunikacja z Ippazio była doskonała. Dostaliśmy wszelkie wskazówki jak dotrzeć z lotniska, byliśmy w ciągłym kontakcie. A na miejscu? Na miejscu spotkaliśmy uśmiechniętego gospodarza o łagodnej twarzy, bardzo pogodnego i przyjacielskiego. Oprowadził nas po domu, przekazał klucze do mieszkania i przesłał na telefon wszelkie niezbędne informacje dotyczące okolicy i transportu miejskiego. I poczuliśmy się jak w domu :) Oczywiście większość czasu spędziliśmy poza nim, ale niezmiernie miło było wracać do miejsca, które poczuliśmy jako swoje. A na koniec jeszcze jedna miła niespodzianka - Ippazio zawiózł nas na lotnisko, kiedy trzeba było wracać do Polski. Bardzo miły gest. Jednym słowem, gospodarz skradł nasze serce i na pewno jeszcze do niego wrócimy! Polecamy wszystkim, którzy chcą poczuć włoską gościnność i pooddychać rodzinnością Puglii.

ubytování v krásné zahradě, nejlepší výhled z balkónu, naprosto relaxační pobyt.. vše v docházkové vzdálenosti, snadno dostupné busem a vlakem,v blízkosti letiště..moc pěkná lungomare..moc milý, ochotný a vzdělaný hostitel Paolo, perfektní komunikace, vše přesně dle popisu a fotografií.. klidná a bezpečná oblast, vstřícní lidé, dobré jídlo a nádherné celé pobřeží,co dodat.. určitě se vrátím, děkuji moc Paolo za pobyt..

Vous trouverez avec Giovanni un excellent accueil, une grande gentillesse et beaucoup de générosité dans un domaine très agréable et un cadre, au milieu des oliviers, enchanteur. Une propreté exemplaire, une très agréable piscine et un grand espace fort agréable. La localisation est excellente car à bonne distance de tous les lieux qu'il faut voir dans les Pouilles. Franchement un hébergement à recommander sans restrictions et des hôtes qui gagnent à être connus

I have so many amazing things to say about my stay here. The house is beautiful and the rooms are clean. I loved relaxing by the swimming pool and garden and of course spending time with the local kitty! Paolo made me feel right at home and was very kind and provided lots of recommendations for restaurants, grocery etc. This was the perfect place to stay in Bari- you are in your own little oasis and to get to the city centre is only 15 mins by train (and 15 min walk to the metro). I loved my stay here and I hope to be back again

We hebben een hele fijne vakantie gehad bij Nico in Villa Carcano. We voelden ons meteen thuis. Het is een mooie, schone accommodatie in een omgeving waar veel te doen is. We hadden veel aan de gids met tips voor de omgeving. Het zwembad is ideaal. We konden ons niet voorstellen dat de kamers zo mooi zouden zijn als op de foto’s maar dit waren ze absoluut. Let wel op: de kamer met fresco en muurschildering zijn niet open, maar mag je wel bekijken met de host. Prachtig! Een leuke verrassing was het gratis ontbijt iedere ochtend. Nico is altijd bereikbaar voor vragen etc.

Villa is in a great location with a breathtaking view, you can see all of trani and the sea. Everything around the villa looks very beautiful, garden, olive trees, palms, very relaxing. Definitely recommend to stay here.

Als je op zoek bent naar een rustige vakantiebestemming met alle luxe die je maar kunt wensen, dan is deze villa absoluut een verborgen juweeltje! De foto’s op de site doen totaal geen recht aan hoe fantastisch het in werkelijkheid is. Bij aankomst werden we compleet overdonderd door de prachtige omgeving, het enorme privé zwembad en zelfs een privé tennisbaan. De tuin is groot en voorzien van een pizza oven, bbq en meerdere zitplekken / zithoeken. De villa zelf is ruim, klassiek ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Je hebt een fenomenaal uitzicht vanaf het terras, vooral bij zonsondergang. Wat deze plek nog specialer maakt, is de eigenaar, Giovanni. Hij is een super gastheer, vriendelijk en altijd bereid om te helpen. Gemakkelijk plus snel bereikbaar en staat altijd paraat! Al met al een fantastische ervaring die onze verwachtingen ruimschoots heeft overtroffen. Deze villa is een absolute aanrader en we kunnen niet wachten om hier terug te komen!

Gewoon een 5 sterren verblijf. fantastische, brandschone kamer en super vriendelijk ontvangen. Ontbijt was geweldig, aangevuld met eigen gemaakte producten. Dankjewel!

Our stay were so so wonderful from the delicious baked breakfast by Maria our lovely host to the beautiful and stylish surroundings in the home in and outside. So humble and kind with perfect instructions of how to get around the area and outside of Trani. We absolutely were stunned with the friendly pets they had and the excellent exchange of conversation had with Maria and Alessandra. Would recommend to anyone wanting a peaceful vacation and easy access to the area and surroundings. Thank you again to the whole family including those lovely dogs and cat.

We had a fantastic stay. Our only issues were 1. No information booklet 2. Cooker was not easy to use 3. No taxis in the town so had to walk 25-30 minutes to and from the restraunts.

We were seven girls who had a really nice stay at Relais Belvedere! Angela and Grazia were really helpful and made us feel at home. Angela answered fast whenever we had questions and Grazia made us lovely breakfasts every morning. The only downside is that there are no taxis in Giovinazzo and since we arrived by train we had trouble getting to the house. Would definitely recommend everyone to rent a car. The house was beautiful, the pool was fantastic and we could not have been more pleased with our stay. Grazie mille Angela and Grazia! (And Pepper and Michele of course, best cats we ever met)
