Soli and Teo’s place was absolutely perfect! They greeted us like friends and gave us all the informations we needed and pointed us to the most beautiful beaches and most practical amenities. Our kids loved playing on the terrace with the kittens while we chilled on the hamac with the beautiful view on the sea. The house is located next to Konduros and Pisses on the west and the ruins of Karthea on the east, making it a great base to explore the island.

Πολύ ωραίο σπίτι και καθαρό.

Der Ausblick auf die Bucht ist wunderschön. Bei starkem Wind kann man am Nachmittag windgeschützt auf dem hinteren Balkon sitzen. Der Weg zum Strand ist so kurz, dass wir täglich im Wasser waren, herrlich. Der nächste Ort ist in 5 Min mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Dort gibt es viele Restaurants, Lebensmittelgeschäfte und Leckereien bei den Bäckern und Patisserien. Die Kommunikation mit George war unkompliziert und freundlich. Το Κατάλυμα πανέμορφο κ πολυ βολικό Για εμας με δυο Μικρα παιδάκια , η θέα καταπληκτική ( κάθεσαι στο μπαλκόνι κ ηρεμεις κ Το ευχαριστιέσαι ), τα Λουτρά πολυ κοντά με τα πόδια κ εχουν όλες τις παροχές κ Πολυ καλα Εστιατόρια , κ πολυ κοντά στην Αγία ειρηνη ( η παραλία της οποίας τέλεια για μικρα παιδια κ πεντακάθαρη ) . Θα ερχόμουν ξανα ανεπιφύλακτα

Το διαμέρισμα είναι κατά πάσα πιθανότητα το καλύτερο του μεγέθους του στη χώρα της Κέας. Σίγουρα είναι στο καλύτερο σημείο της Ιουλίδας, πανέμορφη θέα και εύκολη πρόσβαση στα καταστήματα. Εξοπλισμένο και διακοσμημένο με εξαιρετικό γούστο, η Camille μας υποδέχτηκε και μας καλωσόρισε άψογα. Σίγουρα θα επιλέξουμε το χώρο και πάλι την επόμενη φορά που θα επισκεφθούμε το νησί

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Bruni's Airbnb home in Greece. It was the perfect place for our group - my wife and I, our two kids, and my wife's brother and sister. We were all so comfortable and felt right at home. The location was incredibly convenient and easy to get to. The view of the sparkling sea from the home was simply breathtaking. We spent many mornings and evenings out on the balcony, taking in the stunning scenery. The home itself was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The adults appreciated the open living area for us to all gather together. We cooked some lovely meals in the well-equipped kitchen and enjoyed them as a family. Overall, our stay with Bruni was truly delightful. She was a warm and gracious host, and we felt so welcomed in her beautiful home. We can't wait to come back the next time we're in Greece. It was the perfect home-away-from-home for our family vacation.

Efthymios was the type of person you wanted to roll up and take in your suitcase. always responsive, and anticipating your next question. great suggestions . if it was within his power to do, he did it. We were 3 sets of families so the guest cottage was great to give more privacy to us all. Great space. could host wedding guests and even the dinner. there is a large space below that could accommodate 60 to 80 people for a seated dinner. amazing covered area for dining all day. plenty of poolside chairs and loungers. we were barely inside but everything worked just fine. we look forward to coming back. thank you Efthymis for all your recommendations. day trip on the rented boat to see unaccesible beaches was our favorite day.

Wir waren das zweite Mal in Elenas Wohnung und haben den Aufenthalt wiederum sehr genossen. Elena ist eine supernette Gastgeberin und immer hilfsbereit und gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist unverändert sehr schön und man erreicht das Meer und viele Kaffees und Resutaurants problemlos zu Fuss. Wir können diese Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen.

We enjoyed our stay very much, the house was spacious, clean and the terrace was just fantastic. Nicholas provided us with clear instructions, and Katie was there to greet us on the day and was very helpful. We hope to come back another time.

I would highly recommend staying at this place at its serenity immediately isolates you from the rest of the word. Filio is an amazing host and her recommendations are also literally the best. The only thing to consider is that due to its location it is highly recommended to have your own vehicle as the island is big with a lot to see. I will definitely go back as the island, the specific location and its views and amenities along with the experience Filio provides are one of a kind!

The house is great. Clean and very well supplied. Great terrace with sea view at both sides. Very near (1 min) to the beach with very good restaurant.

We were accommodated with short notice and kindness. The apartment had everything we needed, was very clean, and surprisingly large. I recommend the stay.

Very accommodating and responsive host. Place was perfect for a solo traveler needing a little saltwater therapy. Nice location in the middle of Porto Rafti. Condo was well stocked with almost any kitchen utensil you might need/want. AC was an amazing amenity to have in the heat—nice lil remote work space on the balcony. Many thanks
