We had a wonderful stay at this house in Greece! Maria was incredibly kind and responsive, offering great recommendations throughout our visit. The house looked exactly like the pictures—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We were welcomed with snacks for the kids and a fridge stocked with water, bread, cheese, wine, and beers for the adults, which was a lovely touch. The beach is just across the street in a charming, local town with few tourists, which we loved. Overall, we had an amazing time and highly recommend this place for a peaceful Greek getaway.

This was exactly as we wanted, quiet, private and beautiful. The shop and restaurant were quite a walk, so transport would be ideal if you aren’t keen to walk. Maria was very quick to answer texts, and super friendly and helpful. The pool was superb and obviously being on the beach front was perfect. Thank you both!

We spent an amazing time at Caroline place, such a small paradise home in the center of Spetses. We shared the swimming pool with a couple of guys next door but we never saw them and felt completely alone and free. The interior design is outstanding and very warm/ traditional. Such a gem. We definitely recommend this house for as lovers escape, a honeymoon, a best friends trip or a family time. Lovely hosts and beautiful city!

We had a perfect stay at the beautiful house. Very complete kitchen, super clean house and the kids loved the pool, the bunk bed and the very kind father of the owner with 2 friendly dogs. Thank you for a great holiday!

Alles perfekt, super Lage, Lena und Mick waren sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Waren immer und zu jeder Zeit für uns da. Sie haben sehr liebe und ruhige Tiere ( Hunde Harry und Raffa ) 2 Katzen. Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Der Pool war immer sauber und zu jeder Zeit nutzbar. Das kleine Häuschen war groß genug und man hatte genügend Platz, alles ausreichend vorhanden. Wir sind schon 24 Jahre in dieser Ecke zum Urlaub machen, hierher kommen wir auf jeden Fall gerne wieder.

This was our second time staying at Frans Villa, and it was just as exceptional as our first visit. Returning to Porto Heli and this beautiful villa felt like coming home. Frans Villa continues to be the perfect getaway, offering the same comfort and charm that made our first stay so memorable. The villa remains impeccably equipped with everything you could possibly need, down to the smallest details. The private pool and BBQ area, with their stunning views of the sea, are pristine and well-maintained, providing the perfect setting for relaxation. One of the highlights for us is the secluded beach bay, just a short 5-minute walk from the villa. It's a hidden gem, so peaceful and unspoilt, making it feel like your own private slice of paradise. Όμορφος και προσεγμένος χώρος! Απολαύσαμε την πισίνα και τον έξω χώρο ενώ παράλληλα ήμασταν ούτε 10 λεπτά από το κέντρο. Ό,τι πρέπει για όσους απολαμβάνουν την ησυχία. Θα το ξαναπροτιμήσουμε!

Once in a while, I have an Air BnB stay that I will NEVER forget. One where not only the space is memorable but the hosts unforgettable. I left feeling as if I’d stayed in luxury and made new special friends. The location was close enough to both beaches or the marina - just a very pretty 15-20 mins walk. The apartment was fabulous! Above and beyond what I expected. The bed and pillows super comfy and the lounge felt like home - not just functional like so many other Airbnbs. The artistic finishing touches made it distinctive. There is a shared entrance with a dinning area used by both apartments, however I never saw the other guests at all. The client was SUPER RESPONSIVE. I had read every previous review and could see every single comment had influenced the attention to details. For example, one review suggested curtains over a glass door and they were now provided. 5 star hotel facilities in private surrounding. Thank you so much guys! See you next year ;)

We loved the apartment in the heart of Xylocastro’s beach and boardwalk. Very clean, flexible rooming to accommodate our family and beautiful yard.

One of my top airbnb stays in the world, and our favorite in Greece. We spent the whole time next to the water, and had a great dinner at the reataurant. 2 days just wasn't enough. Thank you for everything!

We had an amazing experience,the place was just perfect, peaceful, incredible views, friendly locals, the local and near by beaches (15min drive) incredible , we did a night swim with the kids,the town is very safe and peaceful. the facilities we just perfect for us and the hostess !! wow, She was very friendly, attentive and accommodating ! The amenities were just fine for us. Felt right at home , really nice views and sunsets, peaceful. 1 small supermarket with really friendly staff. One large uphill, but 1st gear and we managed 4 people , 1 ltr car . Must hire a car to get there and get about . perfect place to unwind and avoid large tourist places. We had a great time and we managed to oversee any other comments And make the most out of it. thank you !!!

Helen & Yannis are great and will make you feel at home in Greece immediately! If you are interested, they can share many different tips, including on local food. Their kindness and availability are limitless and our daughters enjoyed it a lot. The house is pure luxury as it will have anything you can dream of when you want it, from baby equipments to toys in the pool:) It’s very close from Athens International Airport (1h30 by car) and from many uncrowded beaches. We strongly recommend, probably our best holidays ever!
