We loved our stay at the shed. It was a perfect little getaway in the countryside. I would highly recommend it to anybody, Riona and Paddy were wonderful.

We contacted Susan at 11am because of a snowstorm (we had to stop traveling) and within minutes we were snug in her beautiful house, welcomed with hot tea, a fire in the hearth, and her friendliness!

Absolutely wonderful, unique house with warm and friendly house. Mona has created an entire world in her home with her ‘curated’ collection of antiques. Great atmosphere while also very comfortable, with lots of extra touches for the guests’ happy stay. Highly recommend it. We will certainly return.

Declan and Marie were incredibly welcoming and attentive hosts. Their beautiful home provided the perfect escape. The room was not only clean and spacious but also incredibly cozy. Waking up to a delicious breakfast and enjoying a leisurely stroll through the picturesque gardens was a true pleasure. The peaceful atmosphere was ideal for some much-needed relaxation. I was lucky enough to experience a winter wonderland, with a dusting of snow adding to the magic. I would wholeheartedly recommend this delightful accommodation.

Margaret was a great host. She was friendly and respectful during it stay. She suggested places to eat and visit in Killarney and other places we were visiting. She was very responsive. The room was nice with a view of the farm. Breakfast was wonderful and prepared when we were ready to eat. I highly recommend staying!

We had such a lovely stay! Got to meet the new puppy, Roxie, and reassure Millie she was also a sweet dog, too. Patsy was always responsive. The hot tub, after a couple sunny days, was lovely in the evening. We even had a clear night to see all the stars! Patsy and her family are absolutely wonderful. We had no issues finding the place (even it being our first time in Ireland) and the room, bathroom (HEATED TILE FLOORS!!!), and sitting room were absolutely perfect. The pastries and breakfast goodies left for us were delightful! 10/10 would recommend!

A room above a pub was our dream stay for this trip. The pub then having fantastic food and entertainment put it over the top.

We have just had a wonderful stay at Kilcannon House with Gertie & Pat. They were very welcoming and made us feel right at home. It is a beautiful house with extremely comfortable spacious rooms. It was a little chilly, as late October. The heating was on and while we were in town, they went to the trouble of placing a hot water bottle in our bed so that it was extra cosy. Nothing was too much trouble. We had the best night sleep in the very comfortable bed. The next morning I was really looking forward to my breakfast as I’d read reviews - it did not disappoint! We didn’t need to eat again until the evening. I can’t recommend this place highly enough and understand why guests return time and time again. I will certainly be returning in the future. Thank you Gertie & Pat for your kind hospitality.

Mary and Bart really made us feel at home. We had a lovely stay here, host was amazing and very accommodating! The breakfast bar was always stocked and we enjoyed a gorgeous view from the balcony. We made friends with the lovely sheep that live on the land. If we're ever travelling to this area again we will most definitely be coming back.

The view across Dingle Bay is stunning. But even if nothing could be seen from their house, the warmth of Agnes and John’s hospitality would make it an absolute pleasure to spend time at Taobh Coille. As soon as my buddy and I arrived a couple of days ago, ahead of our expedition to climb Carrauntoohill, we were made feel totally at home and welcome. It was only after leaving that we learned that Taobh Coille has been a past winner of ‘Guest House of the Year’ and it’s easy to see why. If you’re looking for a guesthouse that distils genuine Irish hospitality at its natural best, book yourself in and let Agnes and John, (plus their hens and sheep!), make you instantly feel like part of the family. Thanks folks!

Joan was a gracious and generous host. The bedroom and bathroom were clean and the twin beds were comfortable. Joan went out of her way to drive us to Dunmore house that evening for dinner and insisted on picking us up. We really appreciated this as there's nothing walkable at night on narrow roads. Joan provided a nice continental breakfast that was included in the price, which was perfect. We got to meet another guest then and get some tips. Be sure to ask how to use the shower when you arrive. It was unclear and late, so I skipped it.

My stay was very pleasant. Eileen was a lovely host. Very communicative and very kind. I really enjoyed my stay at her home. Thank you very much.

The stay at Cyril‘s B&B has been amazing. The room looks exactly like the pictures. It had an en-suite bathroom. The breakfast was the best, including a delicious fresh fruit salad and scrambled egg, etc - impossible to try everything. It was great to have a parking space inside the gate, and that it was within walking distance to the city center. Good recommendations from Cyril for day trips and restaurants.

Herbert House was a great stay- very comfortable with updated rooms and bathrooms and our hosts were so kind to us! Great location and easy to get to town too!

We stayed for one night and really enjoyed the stay. The house is beautifully surrounded by horse fields. The host is very kind and accommodating. We felt very welcome and would be happy to come back in the future.

Staying at The Boat House for the weekend was amazing, wish we could have stayed longer! Gail is a fantastic and welcoming host! The room has everything you need, the beds are super comfortable and the breakfast was very nice as well. There are so many options to spend your time and relax, from kayaking, swimming, reading a good book or playing a board game in the upstairs living space or outside on the balcony while enjoying the gorgeous views. We will definitely come back!

Ciara's place was beautiful. The view is something else and it was lovely watching the sailing boats in the sea, amongst the beautiful scenery. We were lucky enough that there were an annual fireworks display taking place on Cobh island across the water. Ciara's home is really lovely and clean. Ciara was really hospitable and nothing was too much trouble. Equally we felt like we could do our own thing and we felt like we had the place to ourselves xxx

One of the best stays we've had through Air BnB. A warm, friendly greeting from Ray & Catherine. Immaculately clean and comfortable accommodation. Absolutely adorable area for breakfast in the adjoining room, and breakfast was incredible. Catherine is an excellent cook! Pretty much anything you could hope for breakfast was on offer. Ray was a gracious host and made certain we had whatever we needed or wanted through the meal. Great advice about the area and places to see or at which to eat from both Ray and Catherine. Always pleasant, friendly conversation, we always felt at home. The property was in an excellent location. Out of the rush of things, but within minutes of town, and near enough to accommodate trips to everything we wanted to see in Killarney, the Ring of Kerry, Skelligs, and of course the Dingle Peninsula. Dog friendly as well, which can be hard to find. Swallow's Rest is an absolute gem, and we highly recommend it.

This was an absolutely beautiful place to stay, and in one of the most idyllic parts of the country, too! Claudia and Thomas are both wonderful hosts too, and masters at their work. The bread and jams they had for us at breakfast were like something from paradise! I have already recommended to family and friends, and we will definitely be back again in the future! Can't wait to be back :)

This is an excellent place to stay. I highly recommend it. Julianne is an exceptional host. She is very kind and made a great breakfast. She was very accommodating and hospitable, going above and beyond to make me feel at home. The room is clean, modern, and a short drive from Killarney town center. It is also very peaceful with a beautiful view from the window.
