I don't think I've ever stayed in an airbnb with a host as considerate, accommodating, and fashionable (both in personal and interior decorating style). The space was designed with livability and beauty in mind, and it shows. My family and I settled in instantly, as the space oozes comfort, from the wood burning stove to the well-stocked and compact kitchen. And if that wasn't enough, as it was Christmas, she brought me and my family plates from her meticulously cooked family dinner. If we're ever in Cork again, we will surely rent with her, and maybe even take her out for a cocktail. Thanks, Maureen!

I cannot recommend The Old Milking Stall (Tim and Barbara) enough!! I stayed there with my family for 4 days and it was more than we could imagine! Tim and Barbara themselves are so welcoming and helpful, they couldn’t be any nicer if they tried! They provide a thoughtful welcome hamper! And for their home it is gorgeous! So beautiful from the garden to the reading nook, it’s perfect for all! Their pet dogs being your friend is a bonus! If you need any help they are willing to do what they can from taxi advice to food recommendations! If you need a place to stay in Skibbereen, The Old Milking Stall is definitely the place to stay! The house has beautiful views and is alot more spacious than you would think from outside. Located 2 min walk to the bars & Restaurants. Denise was very responsive and allowed us an early check in would was great after a long drive. Highly recommended and hopefully back again.

Had a wonderful relaxing Christmas break. 10 mins from town centre with a couple of small shops for essentials, an excellent butchers, a well stocked off licence and decent pubs with friendly staff. enjoyed daily walks on beach, out to George's Head and the breathtaking Kilkee Cliff walk on a few of the better weather days. The home was super warm and cozy with open fire, a very comfortable bed and a nice size kitchen to cook up my feast. Lovely smart tv that had all the apps you could log on to. Keith was very communicative and helped out with flexible check in and check out as I had to get a lift there and back. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

Jeff is a great host. Sent us all instructions well in advance, as well as recommendations to explore Cork. While the cottage is on the hill, it is easy walk tot and from city center. And bus stop is also few minutes away. Great place for family with 2 separate bed rooms. We will come back most likely to visit our son in Cork

We booked Miriam's place for a wedding in Aherlow House Hotel and it was absolutely perfect! Our bridesmaids stayed in the house and my wife got ready for our wedding there! The views were beautiful and Miriam allowed us to check in early so that my wife would have plenty of time to get ready. it made our day so much less stressful! thank you so much!

Niamh’s house is gorgeous and super comfortable! I was visiting Tralee with my 2 adult children, and it was so nice having our own rooms! The extra powder room in the laundry room was also a great feature. Niamh was so kind and accommodating- her welcome basket was perfect after a day of traveling! She even went out of her way supplying us with oat and almond milk. The house is perfectly equipped with everything you might need. The beds were super comfortable and each bedroom had plenty of space for our things. The huge bathtub in the upstairs bathroom was a big hit as well! Niamh gave us a great recommendation for dinner in Tralee - The Ashe Hotel - we had the best mussels of our trip there! Overall wonderful experience! Don’t hesitate to book this place!

Although we didn't get to meet Rory, he definitely is a kind and caring person. Mike and l had just got married in Killarney and Rory left us a lovely card and decorated the apartment with pretty tokens. Rory also left some supplies of food which was much appreciated, thank you Rory for everything. The apartment is as described, cosy and perfect for two people but the highlight for us was the open fire. It is a rural location, ideal for peace and quiet. Mike and l would definitely return. Rory thank you for your kindness and it was a pleasure to communicate with you and you responded to our requests in jig time!👏👌🙏

When in Killarney and you want a place in the heart of everything, this is the place! It is literally on the main strip. There are so many shops, restaurants, pubs and things to do all within walking distance. Nighttime can be pretty lively, so if you are wanting a quiet place, this may not be what you’re looking for. I would definitely stay here again!

This charming place is located in a very quiet & peacefull location but close to the pretty little village of Emly which has the delightful Seasons Café. Andrew was a very friendly & accomodating host. He was also very flexible as we had to move from previous accomodation at short notice. The fabulous Joe (doggy) was an added bonus!

We had a wonderful stay! Pearse was incredibly responsive and readily available to answer any questions. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. About a 15 minute walk to town and a 5-7 minute walk to a grocery store. We did have a small issue with the lock on the first day, but Pearse (host) acted quickly and sent someone over to fix it. Dale from next door was very friendly and helpful as well, and checked in to ensure there were no additional issues. Overall, a great experience, we highly recommend this place and we'd definitely stay here again!

Super schöne Unterkunft, absolut zu empfehlen. Richtig schön eingerichtet mit hochwertigen Möbeln und alles super sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Man merkt es wurden auf Kleinigkeiten geachtet. Gastgeberin Anne ist super nett und freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

We traveled to West Cork from Dublin to enjoy the American Thanksgiving weekend with extended family. The house was perfect for our visit with a large gathering space and all the amenities you could want. West Cork is gorgeous and the house fit in with the surroundings with beautiful sun rises, sun sets and plenty of rainbows. Lots of walking trails right out the door. The house was very clean and plenty of space and beds for the 7 of us. Appliances were easy to understand. We particularly enjoyed the new hot tub after our cold sea swim. Brian was incredibly helpful and responsive, making that part of the process a breeze. A perfect house for our family gathering! We'll definitely do it again.

We have just spent a marvellous week at Grainne's holiday home. It is indeed a magical place with beautiful sea views and within walking distance of Baltimore village/harbour. So much to explore around this historical area and beyond. Did day trips to Sherkin Island and Garnish Island (which is about an hours drive away), a hike to the iconic Beacon is a must. Great restaurants and a small local pub nearby all serving brilliant seafood and the freshest fish. The house had everything we needed, very well equipped kitchen. Lovely comfy beds and lounge furniture for relaxing and reading or just admiring the view! Best of all was that there was no television...fantastic to get away from the outside world for a while, give the head some peace. Cant wait to revisit West Cork again. Thank you Grainne for all the great local information and suggestions and for being so responsive and friendly.

A fantastic house in a wonderful location. The Master Bedroom with the balcony off of it is amazing. We were a family of seven adults and we had plenty of room. Warren beach and Rosscarbery are within walking distance. Would definitely stay in Sarah’s house again.

This place is a must it is absolutely beautiful and so worth the cost and our Host Robert was incredible checking in all the time if we were still happy and needed anything plus on arrival there was the most beautiful and practical gift basket plus the places fresh water and milk in fridge and speciality cheeses for us along with fresh flowers in kitchen and dining area and what was most appreciated was the fact they have placed a beautiful Christmas Tree to place us in the perfect Christmas spirit and make us feel at home thank YOU

This house was perfect. All the modern amenities with lots of room inside on a large, beautiful, secluded property. Watching the cows and sheep (and cute lambs) roam the area are a nice change of pace for anyone coming from a big city. Homeowner was very responsive and easy to work with. We'd love to come back to this location someday.

This castle in Tipperary is truly a gem. It was actually much larger than the photos make it seem; the price is very reasonable for what you get. Freda and Declan are extremely hospitable and helpful. They were also flexible when we needed to switch our dates and with our check-in/out times. There are hiking trails on the property, and the views from the front porch are stunning. We brought four families, including our elderly grandparents, and this was the perfect spot to be. Would definitely stay again!

An elegant house in a truly beautiful location. Our whole family (toddlers to grandparents) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lough Hyne. Tim, the property manager, could not have been more helpful and responsive to any requests. Missing it already and definitely would stay there again another year!
