Super cozy and cute home! Really clean and spacious with a lot of room. Loved the decor and the ambiance of the entire place it was absolutely perfect! Definitely would stay again!

Our little family enjoyed our stay at April's place, my kids enjoyed the space and just being able to be kids away from home. The hosts are quick to answer any questions and just overall very accommodating, we were Hoping to stay longer but unfortunately it was booked already for that time, hopefully we will be able to enjoy a stay in the future again. Definitely worth it!!! Not to mention the sunsets from the backyard were so beautiful at night with the orchards 🥰 Thanks Again for being a superstar host!!

My family and I enjoyed our stay so much! The house was beautiful, clean, and FULLY stocked with absolutely everything. My teenagers kept saying how much it felt like "home." We will definitely be back next time we visit family in the area.

The place was exactly as the photos suggested- a cool, private, peaceful cottage with a hot tub and a projector - what else would you want? The host was clear, friendly, and responsive in communications - wonderful to work with. I highly recommend the host and the terrific accomodations.

Jill's very charming home was a comfortable place to stay close to family while in Chico for Thanksgiving (and I even discovered a family connection to the original owner of the house thanks to the cool historical information she included in the welcome book)! Jill was very welcoming and left her place unusually well stocked for guests, communicated clearly and quickly, and the place was exactly as described, with clear instructions for using amenities like the fireplace. The location is an easy walk from both downtown and Bidwell Park and couldn't be better. My two teenage daughters and I had a great stay (they both said it was so cute) and recommend highly.

Beautiful place and absolutely comfortable. Rooms on the first story a bit cold, it seems the heather does not reach enough hot air downstairs. The whole house lace is just a joy to stay.

This airbnb was perfect for us and our visiting family members. The space was small but VERY comfortable and had everything that was needed for very comfortable stay. We appreciated that this space had everything needed and more to make the stay very comfortable. The Host was very proactive and responsive.
