The apartment was spacious, clean and located very central for easy access by foot to beach and restaurants. We loved the small balcony for a coffee in the mornings overlooking the sea. It was very quiet at night inside the apartment even if busy outside given the good isolation of the windows. A big plus was the adjoining private parking at a small extra charge. Very good functioning air conditioning and wifi. Claudio was very responsive and kind and made us feel home immediately. We can only recommend it and would love to return for another stay.

La posizione dell’alloggio è ottima. Molto bella la sala da pranzo che con l’ampia finestra dà luce, aria e una visuale splendida sul porto. L’host Massimiliano è stato molto gentile, attento e disponibile. Ha fornito indicazioni chiarissime sia sull’accessibilità che sul parcheggio.

Logement parfait, grand, propre, avec tout le nécessaire. Terrasse avec une très jolie vue. Mer à littéralement 200 mètres. Arrêt de bus au pied de l’appartement. Restaurant de qualité sur le trottoir d’en face. Logement de grande qualité, très bien entretenue, on se sent comme à la maison ! Petit plus : adapté aux enfants ! Terrasse sécurisée , espaces de vie suffisants pour bouger , accrobranche accessible à pied, on a adoré !!

L'appartement est proposé à un haut prix en saison mais cela est compréhensible vu son très bon emplacement et son confort. La pasticceria proche de l'entrée de l'immeuble n'est pas a recommander: prix excessifs pour les touristes et croissants trop secs de la veille.

The stay at the Vill Gemma was bellissima! The house is an old building with a lot of Charme and Gaia put so much effort into the details to make it a modern place! It’s very close to the sea and small Italian vendors and a lots of restaurants. We stayed during carnival and Gaia welcomed us with the necessary masks . We especially liked that it was so god for our little son. There were different toys which made it very comfortable and play grounds etc were nearby. The communication with Gaia was very nice and easy. Highly recommended!

Seconda volta che alloggiamo in questa graziosa casetta letteralmente sul mare, spazi rinnovati, super puliti e poi Rebecca carinissima e gentilissima ci ha accolto con grandissima professionalità e un grande sorriso, spazi funzionali e comodi, davvero tutto perfetto. Siamo in pieno centro Viareggio sulla passeggiata quindi comodissimo se vuoi andare per negozi senza prendere nessun mezzo. Sicuramente torneremo per una terza volta perché ne vale davvero la pena. Complimenti e grazie ancora!!

We were two small families sharing the Villa Gamba part of Byron House. The house was perfect for sharing with friends or family. Very spacious and with many bathrooms. We really enjoyed the access to the river and the well equipped kitchen. We didn’t use the garden as much as we would have liked to, because it was high summer and the heat and the mosquitoes was a bit too intense. However, I have to say that even with windows open all night (no AC) the mosquitoes surprisingly were no problem at all in the house. The beds were beautiful and comfortable and everything was very clean and inviting in this very authentic villa. The road is just outside the house, but it didn’t bother us. Several parking options. The communication with Janet is very easy and thorough. For example the garbage sorting is a bit intricate, but Janet’s guidance is very helpful. We also enjoyed the town and the local public pool. We spent a week at the house but were aching to stay longer. Thank you.

What a perfect base to explore Tuscany. The host and staff were responsive and helpful, the apartment is well equipped and exactly as pictured and the location is great. It was mostly quiet and not crowded, and having access to the private garden, our own beach cabana, adequate AC and the lovely pool made the July heat bearable. We visited Lucca, Pisa and Cinque Terre easily by train and it was always a pleasure to return to the much less busy Viareggio and Lido di Camaiore. We loved our time at Bagno Lelia.

Fint hus med bra altan! Allt man behövde fanns i huset och Eva hade ställt fram barnsäng, barnstol, leksaker och handdukar för dusch och bad för oss alla. Man kände sig välkommen till huset då hon anpassar det för oss som kom dit med en bebis på 9 månader. Jättebra service och hjälpsam. Snabb med att svara på frågor och tips.

Beautiful location with a great view from the deck. Clean minimal house. Easy parking for €5/day in winter €10 in summer. The nice thing about staying in the winter is that the beach is clear. The only negative is that the restaurant downstairs blows smoke Friday-Sunday. This means that if the wind is wrong a ton of smoke blows into the apartment. Not the owner’s fault but can be very unpleasant is you have a smoke sensitivity.

wir waren zu dritt ( 3 Erwachsene) mit meinem Hund in diesem Bungalow, es hat uns von anfang an gefallen, die Betten sind wirklich gut und nicht durchgelegen, was mir was vom wichtigsten ist👍 die Lage super. haben uns auch sehr gefreut über das Besteck und schöne gute Geschirr!!! kommt mir gerade noch in den Sinn ( wir haben ein Glas fallen gelassen ) 😕😥 Tschuldigung 🙏 kurzum wir waren sehr zufrieden, kommen gerne wieder. 🙏

Lisa was super kind and helpful. She was always responsive before and during our trip. The place was as described. It is well located. There is a restaurant right under the flat, but it is rather silent as it is a high-classed one. Shops, pharmacy and paid beaches are close. The free beach is a bit further, but reachable by car. Parking was also great right in front of the house. The flat was big with good A/C and comfortable beds. The flat is reachable with a longer indoor stair, but it is well made and easy to go up and down, even with some light disability. We went there as a family of 5, with adult kids and we had a wonderful time. I would recommend this place!

A beautiful home from home in lovely Viareggio. The apartment has everything we needed for our stay to make it easy as a family travelling with young children. We were in the perfect position in easy walking distance to the beach and passigiata as well as many lovely restaurants. We visited Madame Sophie for the most delicious pastries and coffee every morning of our stay and it was only a few minutes walk. We also were in easy walking distance to our favourite pizza and Cecina at Pizzeria Di Rizieri, which is an understated restaurant/ takeaway but the tastiest margherita! We also ate at Nomade restaurant and Amaro which both served great steaks! Most importantly I cannot thank the lovely hosts Giovanni and Francesca enough for being so kind and welcoming, they were more than happy to do anything they could do ensure we had a great stay and the Guide Book they have created is fantastic. I hope we can come back again soon!!

Vi havde et skønt ophold hos Mario. Lejligheden var større end vi havde forventet og dejligt med et ude område med balkonen. Stranden er i gåafstand indenfor 5 min, og der er masser af restauranter i området. Kommunikationen var super god, og vi kunne skrive, hvis vi havde spørgsmål. Alt i alt havde vi en dejlig ferie! De får vores bedte anbefalinger.

Wir haben eine Woche in dieser traumhaften Wohnung im August verbracht. Schon wenn man in das riesengroße Wohnzimmer mit integrierter Küche kommt, ist man von diesem Ausblick gebannt. Rechts der Blick auf den Strand und das Meer, links die große Terrasse mit Blick auf das Grand Hotel Royal und die 2 km lange Promenade. Stühle, Tische, Sofas auf der Terrasse in ausreichender Menge vorhanden. Morgens hat man Schatten auf der Meerseite, abends auf der Terrasse zum Boulevard hin. Zwei sehr schöne Schlafzimmer mit angeschlossenen Bädern und hervorragend funktionierende Klimaanlagen auf dem gleichen Stockwerk. Beide Schlafzimmer haben direkten Zugang auf die große Terrasse. Luxuriöser Gasherd zum Kochen. Oben noch eine Mansarde mit Waschmöglichkeit und Bad. Da man direkt über dem Boulevard wohnt, ist es natürlich nicht ruhig, aber es ist herrlich, die Menschen zu beobachten, die über den Boulevard flanieren. Wir würden das Apartment vorbehaltlos empfehlen und kommen bestimmt einmal wieder.

è stato proprio come essere a casa, ma al mare!!l'appartamento dotato di tutti i confort ed accessoriato veramente di qualsiasi cosa, la posizione strepitosa!!una volta attraversata la strada si è sulla passeggiata e a piedi si può comodamente arrivare dappertutto. Io ho due bimbi piccoli e nell'appartamento ho trovato tutti i confort anche per loro...stoviglie, lettino,lenzuola ecc...inoltre la comunicazione con Agnese, co host di Davide, è stata davvero sempre reattiva, molto amichevole e utile a goderci al massimo il nostro soggiorno. Torneremo sicuramente!!

Appartamento delizioso e curato nei minimi dettagli. Impagabile la posizione, vicinissima sia al mare che alle zone più interessanti di Viareggio. Splendido il patio esterno privato con bellissime piante di limoni. Sandra e suo marito sono stati fantastici. Consigliatissimo!!Torneremo senz’altro!

Классное жилье по всем канонам гостеприимства. Предупредительный хозяин, много понятных инструкций и рекомендаций. Для ребенка в квартире предоставили игрушки, в том числе для пляжа, детский стул и кровать. В квартире все было чисто, было все необходимое от посуды до капсул для кофемашины. Порадовало наличие стиральной машины. Расположение очень удобное — на пешеходной улице. В квартире много продуманных деталей интерьера, книги. Мы остались всем довольны.

We stayed in the apartment =with three teenage children; the view is beautiful, the apartment is well-maintained, and the kitchen, where we cooked extensively, is well-equipped and organized. The promenade is lovely, and the café across from the apartment is wonderful. The apartment staff was available and assisted with everything needed
