This was our 2nd year staying at the Hideaway. still very well looked after and clean . only difference this year a new sofa, very comfortable . Got to meet Ken this year ,he was a pleasure. can't wait to come back next year but with more sunshine.

This property is located within the fantastic Royal William Yard with amazing views of the estuary, harbours, bars & restaurants. Upon locating parking (arranged by host) we located the studio apartment (clear instructions by host). The studio apartment didn’t fail to please, it was nicely presented, good utilities, towels, cleaning products, tv, stereo, comfortable sofa bed, table & chairs etc. Kevin clearly has/had everyone’s comfort in mind. Apart from the occasional corridor noise the block was very quiet, lovely for down time! We will certainly add Kevin’s Studio Apartment to our return to list.

There was a problem on arrival but Emma and the owners were amazingly quick to resolve it and were so helpful and welcoming - a real testament to their customer service. The place was in a great location for exploring the area, and very comfortable and well kept. A thoroughly pleasant stay

The flat was perfect, had everything we needed and being so close to the beach was great! :) Matt has clearly put a lot of time and effort into it. Had all the information we needed plus bundles of things to do whilst we were there. Would love to stay again!

I just got back from staying at Queenswood Holiday Villa in Cornwall, it was so good. The place is right in the middle of some lovely English countryside, very peaceful and chilled out. The villa's great, a mix of old and new. Big rooms, lots of light, really clean. You can tell they really care about the place. The kitchen had more than everything we needed to cook our meals, plus they got a dishwasher and washing machine, which was handy. The lounge was real cosy, nice to chill out in after a long day out. Outside, there's a nice garden, and a hot tub! and our private villa had a heated swimming pool and sauna. The views over the countryside are amazing, super quiet and relaxing, had some great walks around the lake which we looked over. You can get to a lot of cool places around Cornwall from the villa. Nice shops, good places to eat, and there's a beach not far either. Great for getting out and about. All in all, it was a top place to stay and relive my childhood holidays.

A lovely, well-equipped, spotlessly clean cottage in a brilliant location. Excellent, speedy communication and a simple check-in process.

Wow, wow, wow, what a view and what a truly beautiful property to admire and enjoy it from. Breakwater did not disappoint, far from it!! The attention to each and every detail is second to none and so lovely to receive the perfect welcome box on arrival - a lovely touch, so very thoughtful 😀 It is a truly luxurious house and yet homely with it, all our needs had been thought of and catered for. There is little else I can say, other than a big Thank you, it was simply perfect and we hope to return ❤️

Perfect base of operations for our Cornish explorations. Spent most of our time out and about but once we came back to the cottage it was great to have a cozy place to settle in for the night and have a peaceful sleep. Scones and clotted cream also a welcome treat ☺️ and wood for the fire a nice touch. Great communication from William. Recommend!

Highly recommend. Flat is ideally located and comes with everything you need. Fantastic host.

Myself and my family of 10 spent 5 nights here over Christmas and it was absolutely superb! There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The younger ones of the group loved the cinema room, whilst the adults made the most of the bar area. It was spotlessly clean and even bigger than the photos show. Sarah was always very quick to respond to any queries we had. A 10/10 stay and would definitely stay here again!

Host communication was always fab both before and after booking. Really lovely cottage and we felt right at home. The weather wasn’t very kind to us which most definitely wasn’t down to the cottage but it was still a lovely place to hunker down on rainy days. Jenny most definitely went above and beyond letting us know a couple of the nearest places were shut for January before accepting booking which was really lovely of her. Sure enough even some of the further out places seem to choose this particular week to close for some Winter rest, but again nothing whatsoever against this lovely cottage. Definitely try the Verdant cellar bar in Falmouth that is on Jenny’s recommendation, best place I’ve been in a long time and dog friendly. Would definitely be happy to recommend and come back when next in the area.
