Home from home, we felt truly spoilt and didn’t want for anything. All the small touches have been thought of. It was a perfect space for a family gathering, so much space for our 5 year old to be a true boy explore and get grubby and he loved the campfire. The whole family truly bonded in the Brazier which was so cosy and the fire was a focal point instead of a TV. The recommendations in the welcome pack were great we went to the Old Inn for lunch and the food was great. Truly would recommend and we will be back! Wendy was so responsive and kind it made our stay so easy.

Absolutely fantastic lodge, clean, tidy and full of amenities. Was spacious and accommodated 8 of us really well. The lodge was situated on Hengar Manor ground which were beautiful and full of things to do. The local area has anything you could need and you're close to lots of typical tourist attractions and quieter things to do. John was incredibly friendly, helpful and always proactive letting us know anything we might need. Going out of his way to ensure our stay was great 😊 Would highly recommend staying here

The house is fully equipped with everything you might need and Melanie also kindly arranged some decorations as we were staying over Christmas. The balcony has a fantastic view of the beach which was only 5 mins walk away. The swimming pool and other facilities were excellent, very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. It's great for a family holiday with lots to do nearby and on site.

Amanda's place is absolutely perfect, decorated beautifully with some lovely decorative items that make it homely but thankfully not cluttered. Beds were all lovely and comfortable, all rooms laid out perfectly. Great to have a bathroom and a shower room especially with a large family, there was also plenty of everything you could need in the kitchen. The site was nice with a fab pool and friendly reception staff. So many lovely beaches within a fairly short drive. Would definitely stay here again next time we come to beautiful Cornwall. Amanda was also excellent at replying to messages, always got back to us within 30 minutes at most I think. Thank you very much Amanda....10 out of 10! ☺️

We loved our stay! Beautiful and homely, with lovely outdoor spaces. Rooms were all comfortable, clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. Simon and Saraya were friendly, gave helpful instructions and were really responsive. Would definitely recommend!

We had a very relaxed time and Saj was super responsive and very detailed in what we needed and what was around for us to do. The house had everything we needed and was very clean and have to say lovely pillows and duvet 😁 would highly recommend

Badgers House was the perfect venue and location for a large family break. House was well equipped and comfortably furnished. The indoor pool proved a knockout with the children - especially as the weather wasn’t great! The indoor games room was a hit for the male adults, who enjoyed hours of pool, and they hit the gym too. The woodland walk was perfect, we spotted a male deer, the children loved it! Hide and seek in the house was so exciting and kept the little ones entertained for hours! Thank you to Max and Alex for being superb hosts and giving us this beautiful home and setting to enjoy. Our granddaughter broke her heart to have to leave! We will definitely be returning and may need Toad Hall next time for more family members to come along and enjoy the beauty of this peaceful place.

If you’re looking for a slice of luxury in the most peaceful setting, then look no further. No expense or thought has been spared for this beautiful space, complete with a jacuzzi among the trees, a sauna and a chilly outdoor shower! The beds are super comfy and cosy and the bathrooms are beautifully done with an incredible shower. We felt like superstars for the weekend 🤩

Great place to stay. The welcome from the reception team was very warm and friendly. The apartment was exactly as described in the listing and was cosy and comfortable. It was a chilly day when we arrived and it was so nice to walk into a warm room! Everything was clean and fresh, the view across the lake was lovely and it was quiet and peaceful. Check out was very straightforward and quick. I would definitely recommend this place.

We had an amazing time at Ralph's flat in Cornwall. The flat was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, making it feel so welcoming from the moment we arrived. The location couldn’t have been better—it’s just a short walk to the beach, which was perfect for sunrise strolls, lazy afternoons by the water and surfing. Despite being so close to everything, the neighbourhood was incredibly quiet and peaceful. The host was also very responsive and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

I can't say enough about how amazing Cherilyn is! She went above and beyond for us. Her property is in an exquisite area, and had everything we needed. The village has lots of quaint, and interesting nooks and crannies to explore. Just the right balance between nature and a lovely, friendly village. Two fresh, local Cornish pasties were waiting for us on arrival, and they were to die for 😋 I would highly recommend staying here! Thanks again for having us in your lovely annex. We will be back!! ❤️

Hayley’s place was a great find in a lovely location with views overlooking the boating lake. The guide Hayley sent over was a lovely touch and included some great spots which we visited and were glad we did. Hayley was quick to reply to my messages and has created a tranquil space which is further benefited by a great location. We will definitely be back to stay at Hayley’s again

Lovely apartment in a great spot in Newquay. Really well equipped and very comfortable, we settled in straight away. The location is perfect for accessing all parts of the town and, is only a couple of minutes walk to the Gannel Estuary which is great if you have a dog. Good transport links with a bus stop just across the park. Parking space is a bonus [although we didn't need to move ours at all during our stay]. Sue is a really responsive host and, was very flexible with check in/out. We hope to book again.

A wonderful stay at Pinetum Gardens. A garden lover’s paradise and a must for anyone planning to visit the Eden Project as I did. Eden is a 7 mins drive away, Tesco is a 10 mins walk, and a bakery 5 mins stroll. Charlestown harbour is a 22 mins stroll and a picturesque location for drinks and food. The house itself is wonderful. Dinky. Fantastic shower and bathroom. Plentiful hot water. A comfortable bed and clean linen. Pristine kitchen. A great house and i will come back for another visit. I had a very warm welcome. The host was on hand. The site has a tearoom, which sadly i did not get to try. Accessible carpark. Hairdryer. Free wifi and everything you could ever want. A brilliant find.

Lovely few days in half term with the kids. Unable to use the hot tub as weather was relentless and was windy and wet. Driveway is a bit ropey so careful if your car is low to the ground! Hosts were really helpful and even had a visit from one of the cats!

Karen’s and Steve’s place is in a beautiful location. Lots of beautiful scenery and animals walking around in the huge garden The animals are very friendly and extremely quiet. The property is a beautiful cottage with lovely views. Secure rear garden for our little dog to walk around talking to the chickens and ducks and geese etc. Steve and Karen were extremely helpful and made you feel very welcome. Made for a relaxing weekend stay which is exactly what we wanted.

Beautiful converted stable, warm, cosy & extremely clean. Every eventuality catered for & a lovely welcome pack with milk, cookies & crisps. Perfect if you are looking for peaceful surroundings with lovely scenery and walks. Short car journey into the nearest town. Nicola was super friendly & helpful. She greeted us when we arrived and popped by to say goodbye. Perfect host !

Baytree cottage was the perfect little holiday for us. Only a ten minute walk to the beach, with beautiful surroundings! The cottage was super relaxing and tranquil thanks to the spacious garden and hot tub, we really felt at home there. So happy we stayed and so is our doggo as it was his first time at the beach! He also loved the dog treaties the Riley’s had stocked at home too! We hope to be back one day!

Had a fabulous stay at Olivia’s Orchard cottage. Lots to do with farm animals around, Games room, outdoor games and lots of walks to relax and unwind at the property. Property was in proximity to Plymouth and Looe and found it very convenient to explore by car from here.

Perfect getaway destination in 5star location. Bude and Wydemouth beaches within easy reach for dog walking. Inside the barn, we loved the oak beams and doors and the shower was truly amazing.

Our second stay at the Hayloft and won't be our last. Gorgeous place set in beautiful grounds. Cute animals and we were excited to see Kitty, one of the kittens we met on our last visit. Very safe for our 10 year old son to explore independently, whilst taking photos of the animals. Owners friendly and informative. See you next time 😊

Sophie is so friendly and helpful. The house is stunning, absolutely spotless and has everything and more that need for a break away from home. The chickens and horses kept my grandsons happy. The hot tub is a lovely extra Snug was perfect for 4 boys to chill in and the kitchen is excellent All the bedrooms and bathrooms are top class, comfy and warm. We can’t wait to return.
