I rent a property one to two times per year with my family and friends. This home is by far one of the best ones that we’ve stayed in The description was on point. The house was very clean and off the beaten path. We were 15 minutes away from Shawnee Mountain. The Jacuzzi was also very clean. I never go in the Jacuzzi in any of the houses rent however, I did go in this one and it was spectacular. Thank you, Magdalena!

My husband and I had an amazing babymoon here! The property was exactly as shown in the pictures, and the peaceful, quiet surroundings made it a perfect retreat. Although the weather was chilly and we didn’t spend too much time outdoors, we still enjoyed a pleasant walk along the river. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and we even picked up groceries at Otto’s—a small but impressive store. Plus, the interior is so stylish that it practically served as a photo studio for our many snapshots. Highly recommend!

Our group of 16 had an amazing stay at The Modern Retro Ranch! The house was spacious, clean, and exactly as described. The open layout made it perfect for a large group, with plenty of seating and comfortable beds. The outdoor hot tub was a highlight, and we loved using the fire pit and grill. The WiFi was strong, and the host was responsive and accommodating. Everything was well-stocked and thoughtfully designed. We’d definitely stay here again!

I have been to many places but this house was top notch I'm glad I got to stay there with my family. everyone was very happy with the property. I would like to stay in the summer as well

We had a great stay at Seth’s home. The lake was so breath taking especially in the morning seeing the animals in their swimming. Totally recommend to stay here!

I chose this lovely home to host a teacher training gathering for a few days after a conference in the area. It was a perfect size for our small group. The barn acted as a nice meeting space, and felt spacious with the big doors open! The home is tucked away on some beautiful land, with a waterfall and a pond in walking distance. Cool art all around and eclectic furniture. Would highly recommend!

Whitney and Mark were fantastic hosts! Their home was absolutely stunning, especially with the beautiful holiday decorations. It was the perfect setting for our New Year's trip with friends and family. We especially appreciated the many local recommendations they provided - they helped us discover some hidden gems in the area. We highly recommend staying at their place!

Beautiful cabin, particularly liked the huge windows to watch the sunset and hawks swooping by, the wood-burning stove and the hot tub! Anna was very helpful when the power very briefly went off. Lots of towels and everything you could need in the kitchen. Had a great stay!

Nice little getaway during the cold season. The hot tub was excellent and about 100 degrees so perfect even with the cold temperature. It was still possible to put together a meal with the propane grill and warm things up in the microwave or store them away in the fridge. The heat was excellent in the space. Seems like it would be a great place to stay in the summer as well!

Lovely quiet, pet-friendly place above the garage but note that there is a steep staircase to get up to the second floor. Very friendly hosts - greeted me on arrival and had left the door unlocked so entry was easy and the key was available for my use. Comfy bed, cozy and warm rooms with remote-controlled mini-splits in both the living room and bedroom. Bathroom with tub and separate shower - the water pressure was not as strong in the shower as I would have liked, but it was nice to have the skylight in there. My GPS found it easily but a larger sign with the house number would be helpful, especially at night. I would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful weekend at Susanna’s place. The property is beautiful and the house was spotless with perfect Mountain views. Just a quick 6 minute drive to downtown Woodstock. The house is extremely well stocked also. We will definitely be back!

This was a lovely home. Very easy getting inside. Everything was exactly as listed, pictured and described. We felt so cozy and welcomed by Susan. The house had everything you could possibly need to make your stay easy and convenient and was very clean. I had a few questions during our visit and Susan was extremely responsive and so kind. I highly recommend this home. The beds were very comfortable. Showers were very nice and had great water pressure and nice hot water. We truly felt at home and we're beyond satisfied. I highly recommend this home for anyone need of an Airbnb in the area. Lovely home and property.

Another wonderful stay at Marcela’s place for my family. We always feel right at home each time we visit and have a great time with all of the fun amenities. For adults, teens, and pets, we all love coming back to Marcela’s.

My wife and I stayed at Ron’s place for five nights for a winter getaway. We had a great stay, highlights include a comfortable king bed, a quiet setting, a cozy fireplace, and the large ground floor bathroom that feels like your own spa- we thoroughly enjoyed the sauna, huge bathtub, and rain shower. Ron was a great host and was very responsive with any questions we had. We spent many hours watching TV on the screen and projector set up, we grabbed more pillows from upstairs to add some more cushion to the leather couch downstairs.

We had a wonderful experience at Lisa's carriage house! We were in town for a Bachelorette Weekend (9 women from all over the east coast) and this was the perfect home base for our trip. When we arrived, Lisa gave a tour of the property and house, showed me how everything worked, and provided very clear instructions and suggestions. She gave us a great recommendation for dinner delivery that evening and was exceptionally responsive and helpful for the whole weekend. We spent a day at Sojo Spa and enjoyed a great dinner in downtown Englewood on Saturday night. The house had everything we could have needed from an amenities perspective and tons of warmth & charm on top of that. Thanks Lisa for having us! We had an amazing weekend celebrating the bride-to-be.

Design & Atmosphere: The decor was stylish and thoughtfully arranged, creating a warm and cozy ambiance. The artwork and decorative elements added a unique charm to the space. 4. Comfort: The furniture was comfortable, and the beds provided a great night’s sleep. The overall setup made us feel at home. 5. Location: The house is situated in a convenient and peaceful area, making it easy to relax while still having access to nearby attractions. 6. Host’s Hospitality: The hosts were welcoming, responsive, and ensured we had everything we needed throughout our stay

The place was very clean and cozy and warm. We had such a lovely stay watching the snow fall outside. The kitchen was great for cooking. Saverio was so kind and helpful when our car got stuck in the snow. Would definitely come back!

I loved staying in this home and hope to rent it again. It is just a few minutes from town and nestled in the woods. The place is beautifully decorated and has everything you need.

Orna was so welcoming and easy to communicate with. The apartment is cozy and well appointed. We were visiting our daughter and family for Thanksgiving. They recently moved to Kingston . Great location! This would not affect most people, but my 90 year “young” dad was with us, so the old fashioned tub/shower was a bit of a hazard for him. Really a gem of a place if you are traveling through or visiting loved ones in Kingston.

Absolutely beautiful tiny house on beautiful private land. I loved how private it was, yet close enough to make a meet and greet and chit chatting with Vidar easy to do if you chose to do so. Vidar was a lovely host. My boyfriend, dog, and I enjoyed meeting him, his dog Ziggy even played with my dog Tenett at times throughout the stay, and we all met Spunky the horse who is a sweetheart. It’s the perfect spot whether it’s for a couple days or more, even just the trails on the land is a peaceful and calm get away, my dog Tenett was in heaven having the trails private. And there are many options close by for those who like to venture out during longer stays. We will absolutely come back to this spot again in the future.

Great place with lovely views!!! Beds were very comfy. I felt very refreshed after sleeping which I rarely feel at hotels/ airbnbs. Carl was very friendly and passionate about hospitality.

Kim’s place is clean and has almost averything we need. There’s even free snacks when we arrived. We feel that we are home just far away from our own home. Hot tub did not fail us. It was so relaxing even with snow around us and rain pouring. We enjoyed our stay.

My husband and I spent our wedding night and the first part of our honeymoon at Julius’s tiny home, and we could NOT have made a better decision! It was such a beautiful and peaceful experience. It is close many local restaurants and places that we hold dear such as “Heaven’s Embrace” by Eternal Flame of Hope Ministires. The direct river assess provided breathtaking views both day and night, and my husband even caught a glimpse of a bald eagle catching a fish! The home itself was adorable and just the right size for the two of us! We loved spending time outside by the fire while listening to the river. Julius was so very kind and informative throughout our entire experience! We truly can not recommend his tiny home enough, or any of his other properties which I hear are just as beautiful as well! The only “issue” that I believe has been noted before is that the water smells at times; however, it wasn’t a huge problem for us, and would definitely NOT stop us from booking again! ?
