Excellent one bedroom home for what i needed. Melissa is also an excellent host. All straight forward and Melissa was awesome and quick to respond. 15-20 minute walk to everything in Long Beach. I plan to stay again this time next year.

We spent an entire month at The Perfect Place after losing our home in the Eaton Fires. It was the perfect amount of space for 2 dogs and 2 humans :) the kitchen was very well equipped and we even cooked at home a couple times. The couch is super comfy for TV watching or just hanging out: We took some really beautiful walks and LOVED some of the restaurants around there. James was very responsive and sweet to us. Thank you! Wonderful stay! We travelled with our family and have a toddler. The house was very accommodating for our family with a whole room full of toys and books, even high chair! We took advantage of the sand toys that were in the house as well. Clean house and had everything we needed to make dinners. Shawn would proactively text us if we needed anything and gave some yummy local places to eat that we can walk to. Overall a great trip! Thanks Shawn!

Craig was very responsive and helpful. The place was exactly as pictured and for being in a very LA type location it was still relatively quiet throughout the day and night. We were a group of girls traveling and we really appreciated the makeup towels provided in the bathroom. Lots of cleaning supplies and was exactly as pictured.

Great accommodations. Place was clean and comfortable, roof deck is a huge perk. Beds were comfortable. Clifton met me at the unit to show me everything, that was easy and really helpful.

Mark was amazing super friendly and helpful. Would recommend and stay again!

David and Kelly's home was just as described, a beautiful secluded ranch in a nice walkable neighborhood. They were very accommodating, allowing us to check in early (especially helpful when flying across the county with 2 year old triplets!) The home had everything our group of 12 needed. We let David know an air filter needed to be replaced, just as a heads up and he changed it that day! They were truly wonderful hosts! An amazing perk of Airbnb is experiencing the culture and way of life where you are visiting, rather than a bland hotel room.

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely home! The house was spotless and very spacious. Very peaceful setting and only a short drive from the vineyards. Rob was a fantastic host and had great local recommendations. He even left us a delicious bottle of wine from his vineyard. Would highly recommend this home!

Great place for my family of three + dog when we were in town for a wedding. Sandy and Terry were great communicators and we had an easy time checking in and out. Would stay there again!

Fantastic place and just as great hosts. Family had so much fun in and outside the property. The ping pong table was an unexpected feature that really amplied the fun. Would come back again!

This house was great for our small group of family and friends! The views in the morning over Temecula with hot air balloons in the background and clear views of stars at night was magical. There was no shortage of activities to do while we were at the property. At night we all came together around the fire pit. Justin was a great host and made every effort to ensure our stay met our expectations

Very peaceful place to stay at, plus the host had complimentary drinks and snacks. Extremely clear instructions of everything inside and outside of the house making things very easy to understand. I love how she shares facts about herself and her family in a binder for guests to read!

Would definitely recommend. If you don’t know LA, I would recommend reviewing the area, very peaceful area, pros and cons, diversity is one sided if it’s relevant to your stay, was a bit out of the way, but for the price and space, it was worth it. Would definitely add to my wishlist for future stays, top 5-10, there is a beautiful right up the way, it was closed, would of made my little one happy as all can be, just be prepared for traffic if you’re going for the attractions but overall, I’m satisfied in terms of dollars and cents for the comfort of what this home presented

David and Ginger are good hosts. They allowed us to get in earlier than the stipulated time. We made good their home and the easy access to Long Beach. They were flexible to us in exiting the home so we could wait there instead of the airport. Thank you

10/10 - if you're unsure, just book this place!! the attention to detail was wonderful (squeaky clean, including fluffy towels and actual good pillows!) and it really is a peaceful, private space. yard was really great for our 2 pups (also hard to find in an airbnb) and we could even walk to a coffee shop. truly one of the best stays we've had, the hosts have thought of everything and eliminated stress/friction. we hope to be back in long beach and plan to book this place again!

We had a wonderful 2 night stay at Brande’s lovely Tara guesthouse. The cottage was perfect; exactly as shown and described. So peaceful and private, but right in the middle of wine country and close to Old Town Temecula. Wish we could have stayed longer. Would definitely return and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Detail detail detail!! As someone who prides myself in the details, if that is you, then stay here. I think everyone’s biggest worry in booking an Airbnb is checking in, parking, will it look like the pictures? etc. This property is everything as advertised and has everything you could need and more. I travel for work and with hotel prices in LA. This is going to be my new go to spot! Can’t wait to visit again. Big shoutout to Ida and her hospitality. Ps.. need to know what detergent she uses.. my clothes have never smelled better!

We really enjoyed staying at Selina's place. It was larger than we expected and very clean. We loved the location and great asian restaurants around the area. It was also central to the places we visited in the LA area. We had no problems checking in and we appreciated the reserved parking space. We would love to stay there again in the future.

Had a great stay with my family of 5! Great location, private, safe. Easy to get to Disneyland from property. Beautiful backyard space - though didn't stay long to enjoy it (there's a grill and firepit). Would stay again!
