Excellent hosts who were proactive in making sure we (4 of us)had everything we needed during our 5 day stay to visit son's family ! Tony brought a welcome tray with variety of snacks & drinks, besides those in the refrig...so very thoughtful & grandaughters enjoyed many of the treats. Located in a very quiet, nice neighborhood within short walking distance to beach, park area and coffee shops. Daughter & 2 granddaughters stayed in bedroom with queen & bunk beds & I stayed in Master. All very comfortable! To note too: Nice remodel, lg bathroom shower with super water pressure- was nice after long day out & about. Everything we needed, super hosts & would highly recommend this location!

We had a nice stay at this apartment. It's a street front location, so it can get fairly noisy during the day, but it does quiet down at night and we weren't disturbed. It's in easy walking distance of several places to eat or grab coffee, and Enrique provided a long list of recommendations. Access to both the beach walk and the bay walk is only a couple of blocks away, and both are lovely. The bikes were in passable shape (fine for short trips but probably not what you'd want for a long ride.) The apartment is very small, but comfortable. The only thing really missing is storage space - we basically lived out of our suitcases, which was no problem, but don't expect closets/dressers/etc. The bathroom was clean, and the listing is true - hot water can take several minutes to get going, but once it does it's hot and plentiful. Overall it's a good value, and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Place was super clean and Dan was very flexible about check in and check out times. Kitchen is a little small but completely usable! In the best location too super close to the bay and beach!

Everything was great. My only complaint was the exterior side panel of the fridge was rust stained, fact of beach living apparently. But it was disgusting to look at in the kitchen. I had to cover it up during my stay. The owner could have done something. But that said. I had a wonderful stay. Great location. Well stocked kitchen tools. Nice beds.

This spot is perfect for a group visiting Pacific Beach. Super close to the beach and all of the awesome restaurants and bars that surround it. This spot was great for hanging out at during down time, and was a great home base for our beach-going weekend. I would stay here again in a heartbeat while visiting PB!

Perfect location—just a 3-minute walk to the beach! The apartment is impeccably clean, with high-quality cookware, making it easy to prepare breakfast each morning. The heater is a great addition, keeping the space warm and cozy on chilly nights for a restful sleep. Plus, the included parking spot is a huge convenience, saving us from the hassle of searching for street parking after a long day out. Without a doubt, we’ll be booking this apartment again on our next visit to San Diego!

Erik was extremely accommodating and responsive. He helped us secure his rental on a last minute notice. Turned out to be such a cozy spot to spend our little getaway. His place was close to all we wanted to explore in SD. Thank you again Erik!

House worked out great in Sunset Cliffs. We were about 15-25 minutes away from anything we were looking to do. Our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids) fit well into the house. The pullout bed worked great for the youngest (6). Neighborhood was nice, property felt private. The intersection in front of the house is active, but never felt unsafe for the kids or too noisy in side.

We had a wonderful stay at Matt’s place. Spacious, clean, outstanding location and communication was flawless. The toys and play area were a hit with our kids and made our stay even more memorable. We look forward to staying there again and highly recommended this place.

This was a great place to stay with my family. The streets were quiet at night and we did not experience any construction noise. The parking situation can be difficult at times with a family of six, but we adjusted quickly with no real issues. The parking accommodations were explained to us before arriving. There is plenty to do within walking distance of the house including the beach.

We had a fantastic stay here. The location was excellent—so close to the beach, coffee shops, and restaurants in both mission beach and pacific beach. We had 6 adults staying and didn’t feel cramped. We especially enjoyed sitting on the patio. We had no problem parking a Honda civic and Kia sportage side by side. The host was very responsive. Would definitely recommend!

This place is exactly as described. It is well equipped and has everything you need for a nice relaxing stay. The beds are very comfortable. We loved the location and the apartment had plenty of room for us. It is close to the beach and downtown Ocean Beach. Plus it is only two blocks from the bus line. Jim and Sha-Marie were very quick to answer any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.

Nicholas’s apartment was the perfect find for my Southwrn California getaway. The apartment was spacious, clean and very comfortable, and the view of the ocean from the pool was just what I had hoped for! A perfect spot to relax during the day and watch the sunset in the evening. Great restaurants and shops in walking distance, free parking, gracious staff - all around perfect!

This is a lovely townhouse near the beach! The complex includes a half that is on the beach and then across the road is the half with this home. The unit itself is clean, modern, and simply but nicely appointed for a pet friendly stay. Master bedroom is actually the room with 2 queen beds (in which our kids stayed) and the other bedroom with a king is fine but not quite as lovely. So my kids got a balcony and more spacious bathroom! This is a quick walk to the dog beach, its own private beach, and the sea viewing deck and clubhouse with sea view in the section of the complex across the road. A little frustrating that dogs are not allowed to do their business inside the complex - you have to walk them outside the gates every time. Upon arrival, we discovered an odor from previous guest's pet having urinated on the living room area rug, but Sommer was super proactive in immediately replacing the rug and re-cleaning the floor which solved the problem. Jacuzzi was nice on rainy days!

My family and I throughly enjoyed our stay at Tina’s place! Tina is a very helpful host and responded quickly to any questions. She was also accommodating to us traveling with kids. We appreciated the pack n play and all of the beach toys. :) The condo is a very short walk to the beach and the view out the window is gorgeous! Highly recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful time! So many cute restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. Location is amazing! Right on the peaceful bay but within a 2 minute walk you’re on the busier oceanside.

This is an excellent oceanfront rental. The unit is extremely clean and well kept up. Beds and couches were comfortable. Kitchen had everything we need. Beautiful views of the ocean from the balcony and master bedroom. When a few minor issues arose the host very quickly addressed them. We plan to be back!

We had an amazing time here. Chris was a great host, and the place was amazing. You could walk on the beach for miles, or easily walk to great food spots. Also a spot to park our car so we could drive to other places. All told was a great spot and a great time. Would love to go back someday.

Place was clean, well-kept, and in a great location. We appreciated the hosts going the extra mile to have any questions answered ahead of time through the app or through the booklet they had printed out in the kitchen. Great host!

My family and I are absolutely thrilled about our stay at Andy’s! The view from the unit was stunning, super easy beach access, lots of amenities on site. Many places within walking distance. The provided binder was extremely helpful with information about the property as well as recommendations. The unit itself was beautiful, there were games, the kitchen had everything we needed. The bed in the master was very comfortable. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would absolutely stay again.
