This was a dream to stay at. The beds were very comfortable, and there were copious amounts of pillows. The bikes, sand toys,, and beach gear were amazing! We lacked for nothing. The only thing is the two parking spots are within a 2 small garages that only fits a car the size of a Honda Civic and even that was difficult to get in and out of. Everyone had to unload before the Civic drove into the empty garage. Our SUV definitely could not fit.

Suzy was very responsive and was able to accommodate us on a moment’s notice. The property and oceans views were extraordinary. We enjoyed early morning coffee watching the surfers, walks in the nearby park and the best sunset views in all of San Diego. It felt like home!

Michael is an excellent host. He was very friendly and accommodating. The house is absolutely beautiful! It provides a great view of the ocean and is near so many restaurants in Pacific Beach. Great house and great stay!

Great house with amazing views of Sail Bay from the roof deck. House was exactly as advertised. It’s a short walk to the beach and basically on the bay. Very clean and well stocked. Garage is one of the larger ones in the area and was very easy to get in and out of with a midsize SUV. Would certainly stay again.

Mike was awesome. My family and I are from near Pasadena CA. Mike was awesome in making us feel welcomed in lieu of the unfortunate fires in LA county. His house was beautiful. The view of the ocean was exactly what we wanted. As a plus, the spot was near a brewery (walking distance) where they had amazing coffee and food. We were also about 20 mins from downtown, and a short drive to nearby stores like Costco and Target. Thanks Mike for everything!

We had an amazing time during our stay! The location was perfect, providing us with stunning ocean views. The house itself was cozy and well-equipped, making it the ideal getaway for our group. We particularly enjoyed the morning coffees overlooking the ocean and the multiple lounging areas through out the home. Every detail contributed to our wonderful experience, and we truly felt at home. Sara the host was very responsive to my questions and I Thank her for being such a gracious host and for ensuring that everything was perfect for our visit.

Gina was a great host. She was very accommodating, thorough in the checkin/out process and her place was very clean. She was also attentive during our staying always offering to help and make sure we had everything we needed.

Wonderful stay - fantastic kitchen with great appliances and everything you need to cook a meal (a ton of spices which I haven’t seen before at an Airbnb) - the house was delight and we throughly enjoyed our stay. Avantstay was fantastic thought our trip - wish we didn’t have to leave.

The host was very responsive and friendly, making check-in a breeze. Parking was easy, and the place was clean and a spacious. Overall, a great stay—I would totally recommend this place!

Becky was a great host who was very responsive and welcoming. Her house was also the perfect place for our stay. It was spacious, had a lot of beds and the property was fairly private for that location with a lot of room both inside and out. It was immaculately kept with easy instructions and check in/out. I/we would definitely stay there again. I met and even exceeded our expectations.

The place is so beautiful and it’s very close walk to the beach and there are lots of places to go not near the beach, the host was very attentive and made sure we were doing great!

The beach house was wonderful. We stayed here with two kids. It's a 2 min walk to the beach in a very quiet neighborhood. The house had everything we needed and more (even had a pack n play and a wagon to haul stuff to beach or around the zoo, etc) There are two outdoor patios which are lovely. Very family friendly. The host is also very responsive and accommodating! One important note if you've never been to San Diego - this neighborhood is directly below the flight path to the airport. The listing mentions it too, but be aware if you're a sensitive sleeper. Flights stop around 11.30pm but at 6.30am there is a stampede of a planes for about 45 min.

We had a great time at Stephanie's place. There were so many thoughtful touches throughout, making us all feel right at home. We appreciated all the games, air hockey table, beach gear, puzzles, and books. The house is in a great, walkable location. And, I really appreciated Stephanie's honesty. When I booked the house, she reached out right away to make sure I understood there could be construction noise during our stay. It was very peaceful, but I felt so at ease knowing the kind of person she was. I knew she'd take good care of us. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay at Sylvia's beautiful Mexican beach house! From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the vibrant decor and the warm, inviting atmosphere. The location is perfect—just steps away from the stunning beach, where I enjoyed peaceful mornings and breathtaking sunsets. Sylvia was an exceptional host. The outdoor space was perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun, and the sound of the waves added to the overall serenity. If you’re looking for a delightful beach getaway with a host who truly cares about her guests, I highly recommend staying at Sylvia’s Mexican beach house. I can’t wait to return!

We loved our 10 days at Amanda and Jeff's. Our 18 month old granddaughter loved the toy room. We all enjoyed the very pretty and private yard. We chose this home because we love the area beaches, restaurants and overall vibe.

We enjoyed a relaxing family spring break vacation with our daughters and their families from Minnesota. It was the first time our grandson had been to the beach, and he thoroughly enjoyed it. We were able to prepare and enjoy family meals together. Plus played several games provided by the hosts. Great memories made!

My family came in for the holiday and the location was perfectly located near freeways near the coast lots of restaurants, shopping, etc. Attention to detail and the thoughtful small moments were appreciated. Laura had it specially appointed for Christmas and snacks for the kids. Highly recommend.
