Absolutely loved our stay here! Bee made us feel completely at home. She was kind, thoughtful, and incredibly accommodating—going above and beyond to help us with tour bookings, local food recommendations, things to do, and even coordinating transportation. The house itself was amazing—stocked with everything you could possibly need, from snacks and breakfast items to a separate fridge with drinks available on a pay-as-you-go basis. If you forgot something, chances are it’s already there. The photos honestly don’t do this place any justice. It’s even more stunning in person-close enough to town for convenience, but tucked away just enough to enjoy complete peace and quiet. One of our favorite moments was starting each morning with a yummy cup of coffee on the porch, soaking in that breathtaking view! It felt less like a rental and more like staying with a close friend who genuinely cared about our experience. If you're lucky enough to book this place—do it. You won’t regret it!

Das einchecken ging reibungslos, das Appartment war sehr sauber und die Mitarbeiter sehr bemüht und hilfsbereit. Der Aufenthalt war sehr nett und definitiv ist das Appartment zu empfehlen. Nur die Lage ist etwas außerhalb und man sollte am besten einen Roller mieten. Aber auch Tuktuk kann man über die Mitarbeiter problemlos sonst buchen buchen.

Overall the place was as described. The main issue was finding where it was at the beginning. The address and map location is inaccurate and very confusing, especially for someone who is visiting the country. The apartment is located in a weird area where there is a lot of dirt and farms. Despite those small issues, the home giver took care of us and was always there if we needed something.

Wow, wow, wow! This place is just gorgeous, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The villa was stunning with everything you could need. I have to say how amazing Mac was, so responsive and helpful he catered to all our needs. He checked in with us every day to check we had everything needed. He sorted out Tuc Tucs and taxis for us when we needed them. Although the location overall was great the final 5 minutes to the villa were along a very bumpy road, the Tuc Tuc drivers were very skilled at navigating the Tuc Tuc to minimalism the rough ride. Ideal to get to the airport and Lio beach which is a gorgeous area. Would definitely recommend and if we come back will stay here again.

Die Villa und der Pool waren sehr sauber. Ein Roller wurde kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt. Einzig etwas mehr Küchenzubehör wäre schön. Der Mitarbeiter war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. War ein schöner Aufenthalt.

I had a wonderful stay! The house was exactly like the pictures and everything worked seamlessly. Our flight got delayed and Nikka was super helpful and flexible regarding check in and provided us with a driver to pick us up from the airport in the middle of the night. I can highly recommend anyone staying here and I’d be happy to rent it again 😊 5/5 stars ⭐️

We had an incredible stay at Sumaya’s place for my 40th birthday celebration with friends and kids. The house was equipped with all the amenities we could ask for, including a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and a spacious living area. The location was ideal, situated close to the airport and Lio beach. Upon arrival, Sumaya’s team was exceptionally accommodating, picking us up from the airport very early in the morning, which was a huge relief after our long flight. We were also able to borrow a truck, which added an extra layer of adventure to our trip as we navigated the island’s scenic routes and hidden gems. Sumaya was always responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Ate Mariann, who lived right behind the house, was incredibly helpful and accommodating whenever we required assistance. Her presence made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. Overall, I would recommend Sumaya’s place to anyone traveling to Palawan.

Really cozy and beautiful home. And honestly for the price, unbeatable. It also has a kitchen! And there is a local market with fresh organic fruits and vegetables and local freshly caught fish just 10-15 minute walk down the road. They even make fresh coconut milk 🥛 right in front of you. Compared to the restaurants on lio beach, we were cooking way better tasting and actually healthy food. For a 1/4th of the price. The food on the beach is not only overly expensive, it isn’t very healthy. There were some issues given that we didn’t have WiFi, we did have a bit of a LTE connection. But I’m sure Jenny will fix that issue. Jenny was also incredibly nice and caring and it was nice meeting with her at her at a cafe and spa she owns near the beach called Rituals Cafe which I highly recommend. So if you are ok with walking a bit and exploring/taking a Tuktuk, or better if you have your own motorbike. Then this place is kind of perfect. It’s an actual home.

Garden villa was lovely and we felt right at home. The host and her team were fantastic and dealt with all our queries quickly and with a smile. Friendly our host and staff on site were lovely and the cleaning team fantastic. The one thing I’d say is that directly next door there is La Plage a funky little beachfront club/bar, every night there is a DJ playing sometimes until past 10pm very loud, quite tacky, 90s house music which did get quite annoying in the end and break the tranquility especially as they threw a party on the last week end and the noise was quite unbearable. This noise problem is not too much of an issue if your young and up for that sort of thing but we had a 2 year old with us and it was hard getting him to sleep with the thumping. It is also no fault of the host and does not take away from the property but I feel it should be raised as something to be aware of. It would be more bearable if the music was good. Otherwise it’s beautiful and a fantastic locatio

Well-maintained spot with perfect access to everything you’d want in El Nido. Check-in was a breeze as we had Friendly at the front desk who was extremely accommodating and let us check in early. The private walkway was so beneficial and made us feel like we were in paradise. Strong aircon & fans were super necessary. Host was communicative as well. Would recommend staying here over the main town if you have the choice!

I would like to say that we really enjoyed our stay in this place and special thanks to Mr. Ray and his team, they were very helpful and so kind to arrange everything we needed such as tours and rides. I recommend it for everyone and I will book it again when I return to El Nido.

Tolles Baumhaus mitten im Grünen! Es ist super offen gestaltet und sehr gemütlich. Für alle etwas, die dem Trubel von El Nido entfliehen wollen. Die Unterkunft war super ausgestattet, sauber und modern. Das Team war super freundlich, immer erreichbar und unterstützte uns bei allen Anliegen. Immer wieder gerne!

We had a wonderful 5 nights with family and friends here. The villa design is spacious, perfect for a small group - with the seperate pool house. The styling is gorgeous (better than the photos). It is very comfortable and we appreciated little touches like fresh eggs and coffee and games for the kids. It is somewhat remote but we didn’t mind at all and didn’t want to leave! The hosts couldn’t be more helpful organising food delivery, transport and giving us great tips. Highly recommended!!!

Appartamento come in foto,molto carino e curato,anche il giardino spazioso e confortevole!christophe è un host sempre disponibile,ha soddisfatto ogni nostra richiesta!unica nota meno positiva è la doccia,un appartamento così carino merita un bagno all’altezza!la posizione è ottima per chi cerca un po’ di pace dalla confusione di el nido e la strada per raggiungere il centro passa per una bellissima spiaggia!noi per fortuna non abbiamo avuto il problema dell’alta marea,la spiaggia era sempre percorribile in motorino!

Big thanks to Harry and Christian we had a great stay, what a great little house! Hidden just behind the beach front it was a great location for spending all day on the beach with a private air con house to walk to whenever you needed! The Kitchen's stocked nicely with appliances, bed is super comfy and chill area and outside little pool are a great touch. They did great things with the space and I would recommend to stay here! Your own place basically on the beach without having to share a hotel etc. And walking distance to the bars and restaurants! Worth it, stay here :)
