Everything was great with the property. We really enjoyed the location of the property being close to town, but not in the hustle and bustle. We did find out that it is useful to have a golf cart with a bridge pass because it costs five dollars usd to go over the bridge into town. The pool has a sun shelf that was great for a three-year-old. Gineli was very helpful

We had a very enjoyable stay at Cedrick's place. The location was great for activities and places to eat. The condo was exactly as mentioned and more, with little thoughtful touches that many places don't often consider. Everything from the complementary transfer from/to the ferry, to leaving out plenty of water for our whole stay. This is how you host guests at your rental property!!

What a beautiful place. From the moment we checked in we felt right at home. Margo was there to see that everything was in order & if there was anything we needed. The décor is absolutely beautiful. The bed very comfortable & the night breezes with the screened windows open, AMAZING! There is air conditioning though so don't worry if you're not the windows kind of person. Lol. Kitchenette has all the basics you may need if you want to throw together a nice breakfast or small meal. Large, bright shower with waterfall showerhead. So relaxing! The palapa overlooking the lighted pool & bay is wonderous for a morning coffee or evening cocktail. (or just hanging out) Great place to do a yoga practice in the morning too. Margo was sure to leave a notebook with information on things to do, places to eat and more. And if in doubt, she was a phone call away. We took the sunset cruise. Kyron was our captain. Recommend it. Was lucky enough to see a few dolphins too! We will be back.

Beautiful building and pool area. Great swim up bar overlooking the lagoon. Walkable to a few restaurants and also enjoyed room service. Comfy beds and couch. Only complaint would be with the water pressure in the showers at times it was unusable due to the pressure.

The location was absolutely perfect for us. Close to all dive shoos and downtown.

Jonathon’s place was exactly as pictured and described. We were steps from the pools, hit tub, and bar. Some days we didn’t even leave. We transited everywhere via a rented golf cart. A pickup dock for excursions is also close by. Do yourself a favor and book now! It was a great experience.

Gorgeous space on the water, lovely to look out on the ocean from the livingroom and to relax in the hammocks downstairs. An added bonus to be able to be picked up from the dock to go snorkeling!

Phenomenal place to stay!

We had an incredible time and hope to come back some day! Andrew was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect! We especially loved the pool! And we loved our day of snorkeling with Chocolate so much that we booked a second day! Roberto was also super amazing in helping us schedule all of our excursions!

Villa Serenity offers the perfect blend of a private house and resort-like amenities. Upon booking, I was contacted by the concierge, Zoby, who went above and beyond to ensure our smooth arrival. Zoby arranged our airline tickets to the island, golf cart rental, and snorkeling tour before we even set foot on the island.Upon arrival, we were greeted by the friendly staff, and Zoby gave us a tour of the house and property. The house was equipped with everything we needed and more. The well-appointed kitchen allowed us to cook several breakfasts and dinners effortlessly. Marilyn and Salony took care of our party of 7 women and were amazing! Anything that we wanted or needed was taken care of. Marilyn booked a private snorkel trip to Hol Chan Marine Reserve and Shark Alley and we were picked up on our own dock. Marilyn kept in touch with me for the year that we had booked in advance. She was there for us at the airport on arrival and took the Coconut Cafe Ferry with us to the house to get us settled in. She also made sure we got back to the airport with our luggage upon return. We had rented a golf cart, although its not 100% necessary since the Ferry comes directly to San Pedro and much is walkable. She can arrange cabs or give you the phone number of a trusted driver. Coconut Cafe is walkable to the Villa, but be sure not to miss Akasha, which is at Anuna Resort on the same island. If you reserve, they will pick you up by boat and bring you back at no charge. The Villa had everything we needed and we enjoyed having a private pool. Would Recommend!

Beautiful stay with an amazing neighborhood vibe. Plenty of places to walk to for food and drinks. The Poolclub was one of our favorite spots

We just returned home from our vacation. None of us wanted to leave! The family truly makes you feel like longtime friends. The few needs we had that weren’t already provided for were met quickly. The kitchen is well appointed for making some meals in. The beds were comfortable. The grounds around the Beach House are beautiful with many places to relax and soak up the sun. The restaurant next door was one of the best we ate at the whole trip! And you’re not far from many great locations that are growing in popularity on North Ambergris. Being able to fish right from the dock out front was the highlight of our stay!! The trips with Thomas were a close second. We also loved being able to see and purchase some of Capt. Robby’s artwork & jewelry. We will continue to rave about this property and the hosts any chance we get!! Until next time Belize, cheers!

This home is truly amazing. Breakfast was delivered every morning. The only fall back that we had. Was the dump trucks on the road were Very load and started Very early in the morning. Home backs up to main road

Wow Wow WOW!!! Kathy and her team were AMAZING!!! We had a last minute trip change and they were able to accommodate us. The condo is perfect--it even had a separate work station. The pool was very inviting and what a VIEW!! They were able to turn a rocky start to our vacation into one of absolute joy and perfection. Thank you --we will be back!

This was one of the very finest properties we’ve ever stayed at! Dora and I messaged months in advance of our arrival and by the time we arrived we were solid friends! It’s all as shown, even cuter in person with thoughtful decorations and even a foot wash for “Sandy Toes”!If we ever needed anything, most all was under the Sink (toilet paper) Fresh linens or towels just a request away and we had them delivered/ sheets changed. All we needed to do was message Dora and she responded soon as she was able to. Any recommendations for tours or restaurants was just a text away. Very comfortable, super clean Loved the Hammock each morning swaying in the warm salty breeze. Lily’s Treasure Chest restaurant was next door, but it was not a distraction, quite the contrary. Loved the music flowing and people watching. They were respectful not to be loud and it was super convenient to pop over for Breakfast or a Drink…Highly recommend for both!

We stayed over Xmas 2025. The location was great. Just north of the bridge. The staff was great - super helpful. It was nice having a restaurant on premise. It had the nicest beach in that area - it was raked daily - and there were chairs available right on the beach. We would stay there again.

Very nice place. Very close to all things in the city of San Pedro. Enjoyed walking to restaurants. Close to snorkel companies.

We loved our stay at By The Sea!!! Super cute inside, loved the great big front porch, so peaceful laying in the hammock with the water view. Bar next door wasn’t loud, yet convenient for food and drinks (get the giant cinnamon roll for breakfast!!). Walkable to the shops and restaurants. We can’t wait to return!!

Overall, we really liked the condo. The welcome cocktails were a cute touch. We loved the location and loved Coco‘s Loco bar being right there attached to the swimming pool. I had seen another review that mentioned that as a negative, but we thought it was definitely a positive. We hung out there almost every night, and met both locals and tourists at the bar who became friends, and we thought the owner and bartenders were great. We liked the general layout and size of the condo. We only used the master bedroom, and found the bed quite comfortable. The master bedroom light flickered often, which was a bit annoying, but not a huge deal. The bathroom was decent and stocked with brand new towels. The kitchen was well-equipped and roomy, with a fridge stocked with beer, soda, and juice. Alexandra was attentive to any needs that arose while we were there, although communication took a bit longer than we’d prefer, but I guess that’s due to “island time”. We will happily stay here again!!
