Excellent stay and great hosts. Communication was clear and everything was as expected and more. Very clean and comfortable stay close to everything you would want to do on the island.

The place was really well appointed and had everything a family of five needed. It is right next to the beach and it’s an easy walk or drive. Shops and restaurants are a short drive away. Very beautiful surroundings and enjoyed the oversized deck. We had a great stay.

The location of the condo was perfect. Just a couple blocks to the beach. It’s was beautifully decorated and the linens and towels were plush. Bed was extremely comfortable. I would definitely stay again.

Monica's condo was exactly what we were wanting for this first trip to Corpus Christi. The location was great for us, walking distance (1 mile) to the Lexington and aquarium, and a quick easy drive into downtown and beyond. Yes, the building itself shows its age, but the condo was very clean, smelled good (loved whatever that scent was!), well-supplied, nicely decorated, and very quiet. We enjoyed the view toward the Lexington and downtown from the living room and balcony. Monica reminded us to expect construction activity, and it was happening during the day, but it was a non-issue. The only items that fell a bit below our overall 5 rating were the comfort levels of the sofa (pretty creaky and not supportive) and the mattress which was a bit soft for us, not bad, just softer than our backs prefer. Thank you, Monica, for a great stay and for the great communication!

By far one of the best places I have stayed. I highly recommend this location if you’re looking to stay on N Padre Island. Peter was a great host!

We had an amazing stay, it was a short 5-10 min walk from the beach which was exactly what my group was looking for! Sheldon has anything and everything you could think of from a wagon to cooking seasoning. We will definitely be staying again and recommending it to family and friends

My family of five had a wonderfully restful week of swimming, fishing, kayaking and grilling in the open air while toasting the beautiful bay just feet away, colorful sunsets above and our border collie chasing her frisbee to exhaustion. Heaven!

John’s place was the perfect spot for a get away! If you are looking for quiet, cozy, clean place to stay. This is the perfect spot! John was super communicative with the stay and I had 0 issues! 100% booking again moving forward!

Me and my Friend were so cozy in this cute little beach get-away apartment. Surrounded by a quiet area and literally less than a 10 min drive to the beach! They have everything you need and though we had no pets with us, we found it very sweet that the owners had dishes and treats for the pets. Diana was such a amazing host! I had left my airpods and offered to cover the expenses of gas and shipping, but Diana insisted that she would cover the expenses at no cost. A very sweet gesture and answered all of our questions in such short time. Would highly recommend staying here 😊

Me and my sisters had a lovely time there. It was very peaceful and I got to feed a duck and pet it everything was good. well book again very clean and very pet friendly!!! And she responded really fast when messaging her!!!

It was a fantastic stay , we are snowbirds and we like to have comfortable beds, furniture . My wife loved the kitchen we eat In all the time and the kitchen was the best Airbnb we’ve had and we’ve been in many . We love the spot and the home and Evan was great to work with he always was there to help us with questions. It’s great to sit on The deck and look out over the channel. I would go back I. A heart beat

Enjoyed my stay, super short walk to Whitecap Beach, close to restaurants on the island. The condo was very comfortable, and I appreciate the cleaning items to help pick up the extra sand drug in. Cynthia was very responsive and helpful when needed. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time staying at this beautiful waterfront property. The location is unbeatable, with stunning views of the water from the back window. The property itself was clean, well-equipped, and nicely decorated. Highly recommend!

The place was so cute ! perfect for my husband and I and one french bulldog. We enjoyed the snacks and the coozies were a nice perk. Location perfect. One recommendation would be for more comfortable bed and sofa sleeper/ pillows. Other than that - the place was adequately stocked with cleaning supplies, broom washer and dryer etc. Samual responded to every email and phone call asap. Thank you Samuel.

Amazing place to stay if your goal is to get a tan and eat fantastic local food. The beach is 6 minutes away and Micole provides various recommendations to rent golf carts so you can cruise around. The place in general was very clean, neat, and sticks to a cute beach theme. The bed was more comfortable than my own and It has been a pain to sleep in mine after leaving :,) She has all the essential items like kitchen utensils, bathroom items, and a TV. Although I would like to have had a TV that has Netflix installed or any other streaming platform (unless I missed it lol). Micole was also a great host and very responsive. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to have a quick weekend getaway at the beach!

Scotts place was just like in the pictures, it was a cute funky beach house. We stayed one more day! We were so close to the boardwalk we literally walked there every morning and after noon. During the day we would take our car to bring more things, but it was amazing being able to have our own boardwalk. There was literally no one at the beach in our section and it felt very secluded and peaceful. The balcony was amazing, we watched the sunrise, played games and had fun with out music on and the doors opened letting our dog go in and out. She loved it so much! Wish there was a little fence though with grass so she could be off leash a bit but other than that it was everything we hoped for. We were very close to port aransas, and spend a day downtown in the little shops and rode the ferry. We were here for our anniversary and literally had the best time ever. We would be back. The whole place was so cute and had everything we needed to cook our meals. Thank you for a great stay!

Great stay with my adult children during the peak of spring break. The space is very cozy. Well kept and just a hop, skip and jump away from the beach!

Great spot for a quick trip to Corpus! Lots of restaurants, parks, and mall about 7 min away! Easy to get in and comfortable. Host was very responsive. Thank you!

10/10 . This is a great place to stay. It’s clean and has the most comfortable big couch in the living room. The view of the canal is awesome. It has a green light on the back dock for fishing. It’s really good for trout. The host was very kind and responsive. Will definitely be back

We had a great time and really enjoyed the pool.

We had no problems, so there was no need to contact Courtney when we were there. The actual condo was good, but the complex outside grounds could use major updating. Slow time of the year, but never a problem parking a large pickup. Thank you!

Our stay at KLB Coastal was awesome! Condo was well stocked with necessities and comfortable. Would definitely recommend. Location was perfect. In addition all other occupants at the condo were very friendly and helpful.

What a wonderful place to stay! My family and I loved the beautiful view and sitting on the balcony. Easy access to the beach. Perfect spot for our family vacation!
