This place is "THE" Place to stay when in Rockport or Aransas. Plenty of room for multiple people to stay comfortably. Plenty of room for eating and gathering for lots of people.

This place was fantastic. quiet and peaceful, and not a ton of road traffic. The house was well kept and had all the furnishings for cooking, enjoying the bay, or simply hanging in the garage with friends having some drinks. Very kid and pet friendly (we didn't bring our dogs but after seeing the well fenced property and pet friendly set up we regretted not bringing them.) The family that owns it has all the things you need to enjoy your stay which is very kind of them to share. Our 2 boys loved the ping pong, darts and shuffle board. Hopefully people respect the items and property in years to come as this is an amazing amenity for them to share. Overall, the property is great, well kept and we would absolutely stay again!

This property was great. Exactly as described and will definitely use again for larger get together. Arron always responds quickly to any messages. Had a wonderful time celebrating my daughter’s 21st birthday.

We had a nice and relaxing stay here! The inside of house had all we needed and the views from the back of the house were beautiful! We liked the private pool also. After spending time at the beach, it was nice to come back to a quiet neighborhood.

Beautiful home, great location. We had 5 adults and 5 children, which this house accommodated perfectly! The kids loved being right on the water, enjoying fishing and swimming. The beach is just a short drive away, but we found it hard to leave the house with its great location and amenities! Bring some fishing poles and life jackets, you will love it here!

I had a great experience during my 3 nights at April’s house!! I let her know in advance that we would be arriving there really late at night, and she left the lights on for us inside the house. I appreciated that and it made us feel comfortable and safe when we arrived. We made breakfast everyday and had all the utensils we needed, we also used the oven to make biscuits. All the appliances there were in good working condition. The beds were also comfy and there was plenty of towels for us. Walmart/ H‑E‑B/ Gas Stations/ and even the thrift stores were nearby(our favorite)!! Lol The kids were able to watch Disney/ Netflix/ etc., they went fishing, and we’re able to feed the ducks and turtles!! It was so cool!! We had great moments here and we weren’t feeling like we were being “watched” just because she has cameras. We had our privacy, and I definitely recommend y’all to stay here. I hope we come back soon. Thank you April and Family!!

This is a great home to get away from it all! It has great wifi. Its very quiet and peaceful. You can walk around the neighborhood freely with hardly any traffic to worry about. Martha and her husband are beyond nice and actively help make your stay everything you want it to be! The house has everything you could possibly need to live there. I highly recommend this place!

This location was perfect for a relaxing week away! The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful when small questions emerged. Will definitely book again!

Great condo - just a short walk to the beach! Very comfy furnishings and we loved the pool and splash pad for the kids. Hosts were super responsive! We hope to book again sometime!

Easy check in, host is very responsive. I loved how clean and cozy it felt! I love the Google home in the rooms and nightlights. Would definitely stay again if in the area!

great communication , easy check in. was a nice beach theme studio , clean restroom , clean kitchen , and a nice back yard patio type of space and tons of food near and about 2 minutes away from a beach j really enjoyed stay

This place had great views and easy access to beach and restaurants. The complex was quiet and everyone was friendly. We appreciated the suggestions that John gave with the welcome message.

Had a very good time in the area and the condo was very comfortable and well stocked. The owners were great! The common areas are well kept (pool, hot tub, excercise area). Lots of staff maintaining the grounds and buildings. Very quiet, clean, and friendly atmosphere within walking distance to the beach. The 3rd floor condo was great exercise! Would stay again.

This will be one of our go to spots for sure! It’s was extremely close to the beach, the heated pools were perfect for our Texas hot/cold spring weather! The bed was super comfortable, it’s clear they take care of their place/amenities and guest. It was kid friendly which is always what we’re looking for. It was a spring break trip and we didn’t encounter any rowdy 20 year olds which was amazing! Sunny was always responsive and super helpful! I have stayed all over Corpus, if you’re looking for a calm, peaceful setting within walking distance to the beach, this is the place!
