Ronnie’s home perfectly accommodated my family of 8 and was centrally located for all our planned activities! The beds were super comfortable, kitchen was stocked with cooking utensils and spices, we thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor patio space with the beautiful evening weather during our stay. For the handful of questions we did have, Ronnie was quick to reply with helpful responses. If I have another large group trip to Albuquerque in the future - I will definitely be staying here again!

This is not just a rental house, you feel at home the minute you walk in. This was the second time we stayed here and it was just as enjoyable as the first. All my family could do is rave about the place and said they know were they will be staying when they come back. We look forward to next year!!!

Chelsea’s place was a perfect stop for our family ! House is big but cosy with everything you might need and if you travel with kids younger or older the backyard is a bonus complete with a fire pit and a playground . Would stay again and would recommend !

This place is amazing. It feels like home. The layout was perfect for our party of ten, which included two children. The rooms at the back of the house are separated from the rooms at the front which minimized all of the "kid noise". The backyard patio has a full porch with comfortable furniture, and we spent a lot of time out there. Plenty of parking behind a secure gate. We lacked nothing. Leah has thought of everything in this home. It is so tasteful and comfortable. In fact, she included a welcome basket with biscochitos and salsa, and a sweet birthday note to my 90 year old mother. We want to make it an annual retreat for our family.

Eden was so kind and helpful! I would recommend this apartment to anyone coming for a visit. Also woth my granddaughter who was just born I am positive we will be back. Thank you Eden for all your hospitality!

Great place, great host, great location. Perfect for 4 couples + kids. We stayed in both sides of the duplex. Spacious and well stocked kitchen allowed us to prepare meals for all. Easiest check in I have ever expeienced with an airbnb. Host was friendly and responded within minutes.

we had 2 nights at Billys place and it was great Everything you needed and more! Hot tub, games area was a nice touch! Very clean and loads of equipment as well, would stay again if I ever returned to New Mexico!

Courtney was a very friendly and responsive host and she did everything she could to make our stay as pleasent as possible. The kitchen had more than average spices and dishes which would be great for a longer stay. There's a little back yard between the buildings that had shade, a little Cafe table and even a grill. It was good for our little dog to relieve himself too. The top bunk bed is a little rickety so probably only good for kids not teens. The space is super cute and unique. You can tell Courtney put her heart into designing the space. We had a hot couple days on the shoulder season, before the swamp cooler was up and running (still freeze danger) and it was necessary to have fans to sleep comfortably. Thankfully Courtney was on it and even bought another one for the apartment while we were there. Thanks for being a great host, Courtney!

This newly updated efficiency space is located in a prime location in the North Valley, especially for the Bosque Trail System which I was cycling on for a couple of days. Lots of great restaurants and services right in the area with large shopping and dining districts only a few minutes drive. The unit is well off the main road with ample parking, rare in Albuquerque from my experience. It was clean, cozy and incredibly quiet. The modern AC unit and programmable fan were perfect for temperature control. Sean was proactive, responsive and helpful. Check in was a breeze with the door lock and other appliances/fixtures all working well. A perfect space for solo travel or a couple who are mostly out and about.

We had a wonderful stay. The hosts are great, respond very quickly, and gave us a quick tour on arrival which was very helpful. The unit was spotless and had every amenity and more! I was very impressed with all the positive reviews which is why we booked here, and now absolutely can recommend this unit and hosts without reservation. We would love to stay again if we are back in the area. Thank you!

The midnight suite was perfect for what I needed. A nice private complex and the suite was so cute. I love the atmosphere Kata and Rodger created here. I highly recommend staying here.

Jeanne's place was very clean and comfortable. She was very proactive by reaching out to see if everything was good. That was very appreciated. I like how she had materials, and also a guest book with what other visitors enjoyed about Albuquerque. We would not hesitate to stay there again!
