Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Stéphanie et Fabien. Les hôtes sont accueillants, sympathiques, discrets et arrangeants. Le gîte est magnifique, moderne et très propre. Le véritable plus est la piscine privée dont nous avons pu profiter et le filet qui a beaucoup amusé autant notre petit garçon que les adultes. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter pour un séjour plus long !

Notre séjour a été tout simplement exceptionnel grâce à l'accueil chaleureux et bienveillant de notre hôte. La maison, magnifique et parfaitement située au cœur d'une région incroyable, a dépassé toutes nos attentes. Votre gentillesse et votre attention ont fait de notre séjour une expérience inoubliable. Nous repartons avec de merveilleux souvenirs et l'envie de revenir très bientôt. Merci infiniment pour tout !

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful, with lovely large garden and good sized pool. The location is very peaceful, but close to the A20 for easy access around the area.

What a lovely time we had in Coly! The place was perfect with everything we needed for us and our young kids. We felt right at home and did not miss anything. Marie and Jean had great suggestions for walks around and made us very happy hosts. The surroundings are beautiful with easy walks nearby, sight seeings within less than 30 mins or so and lots of great restaurants to try in Terrasson or closer. There is a high chance we come back !!

We chose Janine and Mario’s cottage for our 4 week stay as we didn’t know the area and thought we’d like to try Limousin. We chose Janailhac only because it has a depot de pain and a small bar restaurant (both very welcoming)! In reality it far exceeded our hopes. Janine and Mario are great, friendly, kind and supportive hosts who are determined to give their visitors the best possible stay. They provided lots of helpful information about the many interesting and historic villages and restaurants and markets largely within a 25 mile radius so plenty of places to visit. Janailhac is a tiny, pretty, friendly farming village of beautiful rolling fields (and a SuperU at 4 miles). Quiet nights and clean air meant we slept better than in years. The cottage is large and comfortable with a pellet boiler heating system so we were never chilly plus a large open fire place and 2 great hot showers. Well stocked for children with toys, high chair, cot and even a buggy. Highly recommended!

Très bon logement. Extrêmement propre et bien équipé. Cadre agréable. Très bonne communication et réactivité, les hôtes ont été arrangeants pendant la durée du séjour. Je recommande et espère revenir aux beaux jours pour profiter de l’extérieur.

Idéalement situé, près de nombreux sites touristiques et de chemins de randonnée dans un environnement naturel plein de charme et très paisible, le logement offre tout le confort attendu pour une famille avec des enfants. Notre hôte a été à la fois discrète, chaleureuse et à notre écoute.

We were a large group of people staying in this place for few days in Sept 2024. The owner Fabrice was friendly, allowing flexible check-in and check-out times that fit everyone in the group. The house was big and accommodated us well. Pets were allowed which was great. The amenities in the house were excellent, from two fridge/freezers and one additional stand alone freezer. The kitchen was fully equipped and enough cutleries and utensils too. There is a BBQ outside with all you need except the fuel which is normal. The house was clean, and was furnished to what you need but no touches of luxuries as per the photos so as expected. We had lots of fun playing ping pong which was supplied in its own room at the back of the house. Fabrice came on the arrival day to and showed us how to turn the heating on and answered various Qs and gave recommendations about local services. There is a donkey farm nearby and the kids loved visiting it daily! I would not hesitate to recommend :)

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans le logement de Philippe. L'environnement y est calme et reposant. La résidence est bien entretenue et le logement est plutôt bien équipé. la piscine est top pour petits et grands. le centre ville de Saint Genies est a 5min en voiture et vous y trouvez de super restaurants et un marché des producteurs vraiment top

Excellent logement, propre, bonne literie, cuisine bien fournie, au calme. Je recommande.

Un super emplacement, commerces et centre ville historique à 5 minutes à pied le long de la Dordogne. Résidence moderne très bien placée, location cosy et très fonctionnelle, bien figurée par les photos de l'annonce. Notre super-hôte, Michèle, a été très prévenante et soucieuse de la réussite de notre passage à Argentat. Merci à elle.

accueil sympa tout était conforme appartement très propre juste penser à changer l'ampoule dans les WC lol parfait pour une escapade en couple on reviendra des que nous aurons besoin 👪 à proximité merci
