beautiful place and 1 minute walk to the beach with a mini pool everything was perfect and a amazing host we will be back

My sister and I came early and even though check in the wasn’t until 3pm, the host was kind enough to let us use the bathroom and change our clothes for our excursion. He gave us great recommendations, was extremely friendly and responsive. You can do laundry here, but make sure you do it early because it is a 5 hour process. They conserve energy here which I really like and if you use more electricity than provided per day it’s 12usd for more electricity if I’m not mistaken. The area is lovely and I’d recommend it over and over. It is a walkable area with many food options near by, there’s a beach, excursions mini markets… everything you’ll need is right there.

The place was spacious, clean, had a beautiful view, accommodating and the host was responsive and kind. Had a great stay and would definitely recommend this place! Thanks so much for a great vacation!

Excelente estadía. El dpto está perfectamente ubicado, a 20 m de la playa. Contaba con todas las comodidades. funcionaba todo a la perfección. Sin dudas volvería al mismo departamento.

The place was great. Very clean and modern. The pool was so nice. Lots of restaurants in the area. It’s a few minutes to the beach. I will stay here again.

Très bien situé et équipé! Seul bémol: beaucoup d’articles de cuisine brisés, de même que la fenêtre (elle ne se barrait pas). Mazu a dit qu’elle allait réglé ce problème après notre départ!

El anfitrión fue muy amable y muy atento, siempre me respondió rápido los msjs y tanbien se acercó a preguntarnos cómo iba todo, se mostró responsable y amable con nosotros. El lugar es muy lindo y tiene salida a la playa con resposeras incluidas, el trato de todos los que trabajan en el lugar fue de 10.

BNB looks the way it’s presented in the photos. The bnb hosts were very helpful with any questions that we had, as they were diligent with responses. Location was great as it was a 5 minute walk to the beach at the end of the street. Would definitely stay again!!

Great vacation spot! Right on a beautiful well managed beach. Great restaurants around the condo or just a short walk away. We got every details about our arrival, transportation and stay from Stu right after we booked. Liz is wonderful, she welcomed us at arrival and gave us plenty of recommendations. Her guide book is a must read. You'll find really valuable information about the surroundings. We met a lot of friendly and welcoming people whenever we went. We had a great time! Thank you!

We had a great stay! The place looks just like the photos. Very spacious and right next to the beach. Air conditioning in every room. Sami and Andrea were very helpful and always so responsive

I highly recommend booking this condo. It is absolutely wonderful being able to walk outside to the beach every single day from your back door! This place is nearby lots of restaurants and supermarkets, so you don’t technically need a rental car. Most of the excursions you go on will pick you up right this place so no need to find cabs. We utilized Uber Eats a lot, and it was so quick and easy to get it, sometimes they would leave it at the gate or just bring it straight to our door! Overall, this place is magnificent! I do recommend getting paper cups and paper plates because they do not supply plates or bowls. Other than that, we had a fantastic time!

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The space was perfect for our group of six, and the location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the beach. It was the ideal spot for a relaxing getaway with family. We did run into a small issue with the refrigerator, but Rihanna was incredibly responsive and addressed the problem immediately, which we really appreciated. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great stay. Highly recommend this property, and I’d definitely stay here again!

What a place to stay! Gissel's apartment is great! Very quiet and private condo, with friendly cat's living there (please feed the cats. They love it!). Has everything that you need to feel like home and enjoy your stay at Punta Cana. Few minutes walking, you are on the beautiful Bavaro Beach, with a lot of options surrounded (Market, restaurants, bars). Gissel is an absolutely awesome host, always responsive, supportive and friendly. Highly recommended.

Enjoyed our stay. We were given recommendations of nearby shopping and restaurants. Rented a golf cart for the day and also car rental from Jonathan across the street. Sebastian was very responsive at check in and with any questions I had.

What we loved: - The rooftop terrace - The wind blowing over us while on the couch - The AC in the bedroom (living room had one too that we didn’t use) - The second bathroom - The washer - Appliances: toaster, kettle, dishwear - The incredible proximity to the beach - Nila (greeter) on hand to help us with restaurant recommendations and issues with appliances and keys - Reachability of everyone - We felt safe at the property - The safe for our valuables - Convenience of location What we didn’t love: - Surprise fourth floor, no lift with suitcases and no help. The way we were told made it seem like it was known that we didn’t know we were headed up four flights of stairs with our big suitcases. - The extra services we booked through Nadia via Everything Punta Cana weren’t great. Taxi was not at the airport when we arrived despite booking for $42 each way and sharing flight details. Recommend confirming the day before with Everything Punta Cana

My bf and I had a great experience during our stay. Our view was amazing and breathtaking every morning. Something to keep in mind that this Airbnb is not walking distance to Downtown Punta Cana. We ordered taxis to get around and it was very expensive. One way ride to downtown was $40. The last day we were there we found out we can use Uber. Uber is not mentioned or seen around but you can use it. That $40 ride was $6 on the uber app.

Wonderful, spacious, peekaboo view of the sea, overlooking the beautiful quiet pool, fantastic balcony terrace. We love Cap Cana and this apt is large and so very comfortable, beautifully decorated, wonderful bed, well equipped kitchen. Everything is top notch, lots of supplies and plenty of water for the water cooler. Great washer and dryer. Porfirio and Hector were very accommodating. We visited API Beach, Juanillo, and Sanctuary Town, with rides arranged by the SportsIllustrated staff. Make sure to check out the daily sched at TRS for activities, and walk all around to discover everything the Marina has to offer. We even walked out to the north towards the golf course past the Coast Guard station, you can walk for miles along the beautiful beaches. No need for a car. Great Uber svc and Nacional at Blue Mall for groceries . And don’t miss Time Out Spa for couples massage and the Water circuit, two hours of bliss for such a reasonable price. Bohemian our fave restaurant. Will return!

We loved our stay here. Host was very responsive and super helpful. We loved being in front of the beach. Home was very spacious and clean. Construction during the day, which was mentioned, and some music coming from the beach at night but other than that the nights were quite peaceful. Over all we really enjoyed our time here and thank Liseth immensely for providing us with such a pleasant experience!

This place is absolutely amazing! Just like the pictures and descriptions said. The condo is super clean and comfortable. The whole complex and the surrounding area are beautifully manicured. It’s a gated community, so we felt super safe. We even walked to local restaurants twice in the evening and never felt a bit uneasy. They have golf carts and scooters to rent, and you definitely should rent both! We used the golf cart to explore other parts of the community, like the market and other restaurants and shops across the marina. The staff at the complex were all really nice and helpful. Most of them spoke English really well, which was a plus (we’re Americans). We’ll definitely be coming back to stay in this unit again. It’s a 10/10 recommendation! By the way, I highly recommend Scape Park as an all-day activity. It’s absolutely incredible! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️And Adventureland horseback riding is also a must-try. It’s a 10/10!

Famille de 6 , 4 adultes et 2 enfants. 10 jours Nous avons bien apprécié le logement ainsi que la localisation. À quelques minutes à pied ; la plage, les restaurants, les épiceries , pharmacie. La piscine est aussi un plus . Ainsi que le logement au 2e étage, avec tout ces terrasses, toujours une belle petite brise . Très réactif à nos demandes, s’occupe bien de nous. Transport de l’aéroport gratuit avec la réservation de 10 jours, et organise notre transport de retour à l’aéroport sur demande pour 25$US. Juste tenir compte qu’il y a de la construction très près, pour nous cela n’a pas été un problème, on allait à la plage pour la journée. Et le soir très paisible comme endroit, on se sentait en sécurité à tout moment. Merci , très beau séjour 🤩 Carole et famille

Un vrai coup de coeur! Nous avons été charmés par la villa de Sonia. Tout était impeccable! Nous avons apprécié énormément la flexibilité de Sonia pour notre arrivée et notre départ. La villa est très bien située, près de la plage et d'une épicerie. La cour était magnifique, parfaite pour se faire des bons repas BBQ. Nous garderons d'excellents souvenirs de notre séjour à la ville de Sonia. Merci infiniment!
