A great house for two families with kids! Very clean and spacious. The heated hot tub and pool was amazing! The host was very friendly and responsive. The drive to Siesta Key beach was short ever with traffic. We would definitely come back!

Great landing pad for the last leg of our stay in Florida. Incredibly convenient beach access, on site parking, and functional layout.

the Guest House exceeded our expectations, it was like being at home. The grounds are amazing, right on the river with several areas to enjoy the scenery and wildlife. We will stay there every time we visit the area.

We really enjoyed our stay. Communication with the hosts was seamless. The airbnb was clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable and all necessities avaiable. We liked the neighborhood for walking our dog and found the neighborhood peaceful. Would definitely stay again.

Cozy and comfortable cottage. Great location, clean space, and appreciated having the extra space for my family versus a hotel at comparable costs. Basic items like coffee, welcome snacks, dish washing pods, etc, appreciated to make the most out of our short stay.

Romualda’s home was very clean, beautiful, and modern. She was very communicated from the time we booked the AirBnb, to the time we checked in, and the time we checked out. We felt right at home as she had many ameneties that were offered and more. We will definately book again next time we are in town.

We had a wonderful time in Sarasota. Maureen and Patrick are clearly hosting pros. The kitchen was well-stocked, so we cooked most of our meals, made coffee/tea in the mornings, and kept groceries from the nearby Publix in the fridge. We enjoyed making dinner and sitting out on the screened in porch. The neighborhood was very residential and safe. The bathrooms and bedrooms were well-stocked and comfortable. Five college girls slept comfortably across the three rooms and I would say one more could definitely have fit as well. The house had a carport with a washer and dryer with detergent, beach chairs, umbrellas, and puzzles. Even when it rained, we enjoyed sitting in the house and reading because the space was relaxing and comfortable If you’re planning on going to the beach, download the Bayrunner/Breeze Rider apps to catch the free trolley. The trolley was a short walk away through the neighborhood and we enjoyed riding to the beach every morning.

Our stay was fantastic! The house was the perfect size for the three of us. We originally had it reserved for us and both of the kids, so Jeff had the extra bed there waiting for us. We've been coming to St. Pete for 7 years and I love the historic old charm of the houses and streets. Jeff definitely went the extra mile with lining the stove with foil and having every convenience of home. Already going to schedule our next stay with Jeff. Also loved the central A/C!!!! Great private place to stay in St.Pete.

I cannot emphasize enough how perfect the facility itself is and how incredibly responsive, kind and helpful Liz is. You will not ever meet a better host.

Aaron's place is very centrally located - most restaurants and attractions were only minutes away. The neighborhood is very nice, felt safe. House was very clean and backyard was private.

Will definitely recommend this spot to others! Very convenient spot in Northeast St. Pete.

This place was perfect! Beautiful and peaceful backyard with a pool, we didn’t get to enjoy it but overall this place was beautiful.

Stay was wonderful. house was perfect, hosts were incredibly thoughtful and responsive. My family of 8 travels together so the two bathrooms was a little tight. Would have loved an extra bathroom or two for the price but the heated pool more than made up for it. The heated pool kept my grandson entertained and enthralled all week as did the toys made available to him. in addition, the childproof amenities were amazing and made the trip easy and relaxing. The house was perfect and just as described. Terrie and her husband were so helpful with me having a late arrival. Directions on what to do when leaving were very clear. Yard was great for being fenced in for my service dog and the area was perfect for walking. Grocery store very close as well as some specialty coffee shops. Lots of separate spaces to relax in which was great.

The place was nice. We would only suggest a little more comfortable seating in the living room and more light. It was really hard to see when the sun went down. The place was very clean and comfortable. Beds were great. Location quiet and peaceful. Check in very easy. Communication prompt and clear. Wonderful experience overall.

We had so much fun! Beautiful location and extremely clean property. Best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. They even went the extra mile and decorated the place with Christmas decorations while we were there over the holidays. Thank you for everything, we will definitely be back!!

We enjoyed our stay at the Pink Flamingo house. The house was well supplied, and clean. I would definitely recommend this house for any one that has a bigger family to accommodate for. The children enjoyed the heated swimming pool. Yvonne was very easy to work with and always responded when we had questions.

The condo was great. Impeccably clean and provided everything you might need during your stay. It was excellent value for the rate. It was also a very short and simple drive to get to Clearwater beach. I would definitely go back.
