Alex was amazing with having all the fun things set up for our one old infusing snacks in the fridge. So welcoming. They have so many fun beach things in the garage to use as well! Ashley’s place is lovely. Spotless, house, beautifully decorated, relaxing porch, pool and fire pit. Kitchen was well stocked and beds were comfortable. The location is great in a peaceful neighborhood and close to everything- grocery story, breakfast, and not a far drive from the ballpark for some Spring Training games. The location is convenient to Clearwater, beaches, St. Pete’s, Tampa. It was an excellent, relaxing trip. We would recommend this house and would love to stay here again. Ashley, was very responsive and friendly.

Ashley and Billy were amazing hosts! They were extremely accommodating and made everything very simple. The house was incredible and they definitely helped make it better!

Such a beautiful and peaceful place to stay and relax. My favorite part about this house was the serene backyard and how much nature there was in the neighborhood. Everything was so clean and accessible. I’d highly recommend staying here!

Misha and Anna were great hosts as they answered all my questions quickly since this was our first experience with AirB&B. The property was perfect, providing ample room for my large family, especially the private, secluded lot with a beautiful pool. Local beaches, shopping and restaurants were very convenient, especially the Legacy Trail for biking. Our first experience was simply wonderful, and we have many memories to take home with us. We would recommend this property without hesitation working with Misha and Anna!

From now on, this is my 1st look when I’ll be in St. Petersburg. My son and I visited Eckerd College and to have an 18 year old say, “Dad, this is so much better than a hotel. It’s like being at home!” The restaurant vibe downtown is amazing and it was 4 minutes by car. I have a bad hip, if not you could walk in 15-20. We ate at Bonu which was as good as restaurants in the North End in Boston. Gwen and Rick genuinely care about their Airbnb guests! Great coffee, too! You won’t go wrong!

This place had everything we needed. Bathroom was a bit small but adequate.

Our time in John’s place was an 11 out of 10.Truly one if not the most comfortable , convenient, and neat places to stay in . He is extremely flexible and always willing to help out with any matter of concern - very few ever came up since he is so respectful and responsible that he’s proactive to make sure we are satisfied with our rental.

We had a wonderful time staying here. The location is perfect, very clean, and the host was very responsive. Thank you for the recommendations during our stay!

This is a great place to stay! Restaurants and shopping centers are in walkable distance and Denise is an amazing host. Keeping this place in mind for future vacations.

Great little place in a great location not far from Clearwater. Indian Rocks Beach is nearby and we preferred the quietness of IRB to the crowds at Clearwater Beach. Jeremy was a great host who was very responsive, flexible, and kind. The host also had great local recommendations. I personally recommend the little coffee shop behind the Air BnB for a delicious cup of coffee and breakfast. Would totally recommend anyone to stay here!

One of my favorite AirBnB we have stayed in to date. Owner took great care to provide a cozy home away from home. Provided were beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys, hangers, charging stations with USB ports, shave lotion, mouthwash, toothbrushes, toothpaste, kitchen with all basic ingredients, utensils and appliances to cook with. We really appreciate the attention to detail and would love to stay again if available.

This facility was exactly what we needed, I will say I was kind of shocked that I thought I prepaid for everything and then was charged for parking as well as a resort fee… Still feel like it was a pretty reasonable price. I just wish she would’ve included it on the front end.

Everything was terrific. Great spot to be close to the beach, have comfortable accommodations, and be within walking distance (or short car ride) to several spots. Host was great, parking is sufficient l, and the pool out back is a nice bonus. The unit had all the kitchen and bathroom necessities to feel right at home. Very minor issue, but worth noting the unit shares a stairway to several other units. The stairway is very loud and the door doesn’t shut very tightly. Upstairs tenants are heard moving about the unit at all times. *Again, very minor, but others may want more quiet.

Marisa's place was a very comfortable and clean stay steps away from the beach. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the area and Marisa's condo!

Nos gustó mucho alojarnos en ese lugar. El departamento súper cómodo y con todo lo que se necesita para una hermosa estadía. La vista al lago del balcón increíble. Cerca de centro comercial y de las playas de Bradenton y Ana María.

Nice apartment tucked away from street. Had most things you'd need for a brief stay. Hosts were very responsive when we had an issue getting in the gate. Pool and gym easy to use and nice to have. Abes place (resturant) and groceries are in walking distance. Enjoyed it very much for almost 2 weeks! note: Was quiet most of the time but upstairs neighbors VERY easy to hear at all hours, and kept me up the last few days.

The condo was great. Impeccably clean and provided everything you might need during your stay. It was excellent value for the rate. It was also a very short and simple drive to get to Clearwater beach. I would definitely go back.

Die Wohnung war für uns zwei perfekt, ebenso die Lage. Es sind keine 5 min zu Fuß zum Strand. Die Wohnung entsprach genau der Beschreibung und war mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter, Mel, war jederzeit sehr gut und schnell. Wir würden diese Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen. Vielen Dank Mel für alles.
