Excellent location for peace and quiet and relaxation. we were well accommodated and friendly host only added to the great experience.

SPARisio was our base for our exploring holiday and it was perfect. It's secluded, but easy to find. Sasso Marconi is 15 mins away with many restaurants, shops, and a larger supermarket if the Coop in Vado is closed. Silvana and Alberto were very friendly and accommodating hosts, with plenty of recommendations. They live in the house in between the 2 Airbnb’s, so are always around if needed. The property itself is beautiful; amazing views and well equipped with everything you could need, from the pool and sports equipment to the cooking utensils and sunbed towels. There is a washing machine, but this is shared with the other Airbnb on the estate, and the hosts, which is worth bearing in mind. The pool area is lovely with loads of inflatables and volley balls, sunbeds, sofas and shade. There is no dishwasher, and I couldn’t find washing-up gloves in the supermarkets, so come prepared if you have gel nails! Overall, this is a great property, in a stunning location. Highly recommend.

Lara ist eine freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei ihr. Die Wohnung ist im unteren Stock, dafür schön kühl. Die Umgebung und der Platz rund ums Haus sind fantastisch. Vorallem der grosse Pool mit den Liegen unter den Bäumen. Die Sonnenuntergänge beim Abendessen direkt am Pool, werden uns unvergessen bleiben. Auch Glühwürmchen kann man sehen. Die Unterkunft ist eher teuer, aber super gelegen. Auch für Ausflüge bestens geeignet. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Dette var et veldig ålreit sted å bo for en stor familie eller flere vennepar. Fine rom med egne bad på hvert rom. Alle rommene har også sin egen kodelås. To etasjer. Stort og fint kjøkken. Linda hadde satt ut litt snacks, vann og kaffekapsler til oss, hvilket gjorde at vi følte oss veldig velkomne. Svært enkelt å bruke huset, enkel innsjekk med kodelåser og god kommunikasjon med verten. Bordtennisbordet utenfor ble flittig brukt. Kunne kanskje med fordel hatt noen flere sittemuligheter utendørs. Gratis parkering i gaten rett utenfor huset. Ca 15 min unna Bologna sentrum (ca 20 euro for taxi).

Spacious, great location and extremely convenient to the train station. This space worked perfectly for our 3 couple travels. Our host was extremely accommodating and allowed for luggage storage and bathroom use after checkout, which meant we could enjoy our day before departing from the train station.

My stay at this Airbnb was absolutely perfect! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, providing helpful tips about the area and making sure I had everything I needed. The location was ideal — close to local attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area, and I can’t wait to come back!

We had a great stay! Check-in and out with a lockbox was really convenient. Super walkable to everything in center city. And the home is just very cute and well decorated :) the only thing to mention is I would be wary of counting on the WiFi. It’s just a mobile hotspot and it was pretty spotty. Nicolò was responsive and brought us another one to try but it wasn’t much better. I had to tether to my phone to do Zoom calls for work.

Siamo arrivati sera tardi, ci hanno accolto benissimo, molto gentili, sempre disponibili. Il monolocale è stato perfetto per noi, con una bomba piccolissima e un cagnolino, avevamo tutti gli spazi necessari. Il giardino meraviglioso che circonda la casa, ideale per il cane, il monolocale arredato bene e molto molto pulito! Se dovessimo tornare a Bologna sicuramente torneremo qui!

Ein sehr schönes kleines Häuschen wenige Minuten von Bologna entfernt in einer ruhigen Gegend. Isabella reagiert schnell auf Nachrichten und hat das Häuschen perfekt eingerichtet, sehr zu empfehlen!

Amazing location, great garden, and beautiful entryway. Very walkable from the train station (30 minutes), and 10 minutes to the city center! Great spot to eat right across the street, too! Host was always responsive and even came within 10 minutes when we couldn’t open the door once.

Wij hadden een heerlijke driedaagse bij Andrea. We stapten heel wat af. We vonden het ook fijn dat de airbnb nét buiten de ring ligt, lekker rustig, een beetje in het groen. Te voet sta je snel in de stad. Het appartementje is heel proper, alles aanwezig. Goede uitvalsbasis om Bologna te ontdekken.

La casa molto bella e pulita. I vicini straordinari, gentili e ospitali. Ciccio, il nostro cane, ha trovato un nuovo amico a 4 zampe, Jack (Il vero proprietario di casa 🤭) che si è preso cura di lui, presentandogli tutti gli abitanti della zona e sgridandoci quando lasciavamo Ciccio a casa da solo. Posizione strategica per muoversi nei dintorni ed evitare il traffico. Ambiente silenzioso e tranqjillo

Une superbe maison paisible et agréable dans un très beau lieu. Nous étions en déplacement professionnel à la Fiera qui est un peu éloigné, mais quel plaisir de pouvoir se reposer le soir dans ce lieu et en journée pour ceux qui ont souhaité profiter.

This lived up to every hope of staying in a small cottage in the countryside of Italy. The place was immaculate and very new. The family was so welcoming and warm and gave us great recommendations for our visit. I highly recommend visiting the restaurant next-door for local cuisine. Be advised that it is in the flight path for the local airport, but it never disturbed us at night. I would absolutely stay here again!

There were many positive aspects to our stay. The apartment was very clean and well-organized, offering ample space for 8 people. The kitchen was functional and equipped with brand-new utensils. The beds were comfortable, and the bedrooms were well-appointed with wardrobes. The bathrooms were spacious, and the apartment’s location was excellent, with convenient parking right in front of the entrance. On the downside, there was no hot water on the first day, the apartment was not very soundproof, and we didn’t have the required card to dispose of the trash. Communication with the property manager was smooth and efficient.

Thank you very much for the pleasant stay and all of your help — we loved your space (well-stocked kitchen with yoghurt, jam, and cereal, eggs, juice, cold water and all the utensils you could need; comfortable and spacious place; stylish interior design; large, warm bathroom) and how welcoming and accommodating you were. Eine sehr schöne Wohnung, gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sie bietet genug Platz auch für vier Erwachsene. Sie liegt zentral im Ort, Geschäfte und gute Restaurants sind mit ein paar Schritten zu erreichen. Zu trubelig ist es dort dennoch nicht, nur wenige Autos fahren durch die Straße vorm Haus, der große Garten bietet zusätzlich Ruhe. Super, dass man darin auch parken kann. Savigno ist ein toller Ausgangspunkt für Besuche in Bologna oder Modena, für Radtouren oder Wanderungen in der herrlichen Natur der Emilia. Wir haben von dort aus auch schöne Ausflüge zum (Bade-)See von Suviana und nach Ferrara gemacht - und waren abends dennoch froh, zurück in unser idyllisches Dorf zu kommen und noch auf einen Affogato zur Eisdiele bummeln zu können. Die Kommunikation mit Andrea und seiner Schwester klappte ohne Probleme, sie waren gut zu erreichen und sehr entgegenkommend. Vielen Dank für alles, wir kommen gerne wieder!
